A Christmas gathering for ten. Very disappointing turkey meal, small portion and dry turkey, although starter and dessert was ok. In spite of pre-ordering one dessert was unavailable. No napkins or condiments on the table, no wine list offered and service from main server was unfriendly and unprofessional. She informed us at 10.00pm she was closing at 10.30pm. No Christmas spirit or atmosphere. Would not recommend

They’ve stopped accepting Amex which is annoying, particularly given there are big brands that usually take all cards.

Always friendly helpful staff, food is always cooked to order and fresh.... one of the best KFC around. Never har an issue. Quick, hot food,Always clean tables. Highly recommended. For some finger licking KFC

Ordered a veggie pizza. Nice selection. A lot of veg. Very cheesy. Garlic sauce works super well! Was offered extra. Suggest to get extra if you're a saucy freak. Served by owner, respectful and good manners.

Great atmosphere for a family meal , child friendly environment with welcoming staff. The chef came out too and we told him how much we enjoyed the food. The garden is a good size too, we will be back!

There’s an Indian lady who works nights here who is possibly the rudest person I’ve ever met. Makes you wait for absolutely no reason too.

Popped in on the way home the other night. Staff friendly and the kitchen is open so you can see them cooking which is a nice touch. Ordered special chow mein, special foo yung and salt n pepper chicken. Probably the best chow mein I’ve had - big chunks of beef, pork and chicken as well as king prawns. Very impressed.

Stayed with friends for one night with dinner, bed and breakfast. Right from arrival Emma was so welcoming and accommodating! The rooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable. The food was delicious! The service was great! Situated right on the canal and by a train station this has great access for walking or trips further afield. Would come back. Great stuff!

Great pub. Great location. Samantha went out of her way to make myself and my dog feel very welcomed. I will definitely be going back again.
