Stopped over here to see my brother before heading home and it was amazing. Delicious boneless banquet. Very good price and food was quick and there is free parking for 2 hours. Reccomend moto reading northbound jf your on m4 heading to London.

Was served yesterday by samir the young fella at front seemed to be from the same country as I'm from surprisingly. Fast and efficient seeing the fact that he went to the middle made my burger and came to serve it to me all by himself all in time as i was in a hurry to carry on with my journey. Fries were seasoned well and tastey too perfect job👌

Avoiddd at all cost, i dont ever write reviews for chain fast foods cause you know what to expect. But this one is one of a kind. Most suspicious chicken pieces ever, soggy batter, and somehow in 10 pc bucket, 8 of them were pink and raw. Fries were crime to eat, beyond bad, raw, soggy, tasteless! For first time in my life, i wished i chose to eat at burger king instead of kfc🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

The worst KFC I have ever been to. The chips were very dry and chewy (this only occurs when they have been left for hours after cooking) the thigh in the megabox was the smallest I have ever seen. Customer service terrible. I'll be sticking to the Aldershot drive thru now that's for sure.

finished a long shift at work looking forward to eating some kfc, stop at the services and got exactly what I was looking for, the service was quick, the staff were polite and the food was nice and fresh. Simple easy and efficient. Will be returning as a happy customer!

The gentleman at front, pawan served me in a nice manner and fast service time.

I love this place so much, one of my favourite restaurants on my way to work 😅 Always friendly and welcoming stuff.

Food was good, service was quick where before it was slow due to lack of staff that day but made up for it on this visit.

Staff was amazing, Manager in person come to show me menu on kiosk, first time I saw original recipes chicken cooked to perfection

Absolutely appalling I have been here twice and the customer service is shocking and I was charged twice for 1 meal ended up paying 21.58 Great British friggin pounds for 1 bludclart meal and it didn't come up so I had to complain untill I got my food the seating area had rubbish everywhere and had to wait 30 min after complaining before finally getting my food ,well out of town. just get food from the burger king next to it. AND MY GRAVY WAS EXPIRED

Absolutely appalling, the customer service really speaks for itself. Actually no it doesn’t bc they just ignore you when trying to order food. I was stood there for 15 minutes and they just stared at me when I asked if I could order they looked at me then ignored me, my mum asked to order they said “no sorry you have to order by machine”. Well I’d have liked to know that 15 minutes ago also I can’t order by machine bc I have cash you delinquent. Can’t rate the food as I didn’t get any but the 15 minutes I was stood there 3 people came back and complained so I think that says something, either way I’m not returning absolute waste of space.

It was December 19:45hrs, sunshine would have been nice.

Small order mid afternoon took 8 minutes, half of it cold and items missing. 10 minutes later and another person who ordered at the same time is still waiting. Seems understaffed!

Food tasted like it would be expired. Chicken I spit out straight away, tasted like old meat

Ordered the 6 wings with fries and a drink. Used to self-service ordering screen. Order took a while, not sure why as it was not particularly busy. The tables were in need of clearing and cleaning. The bins were also full The seating was area pleasant

6 hours after eating the vegan burger here, I started hurling my guts out like I've never hurled before.

Machine took ages to get going, ordered a BBQ wrap got a supercharger! Way too spicy for me! I dunno what it is about KFC employing staff who can't read an order! I mean I picked it on the machine! Lad who threw the tray at me needs a lesson in customer care! Seriously man have some pride in ur work! Overall the standard bad service u expect from KFC these days!

Located in the motorway service area, one of only a few food outlets on site. Motorway service areas now offer limited choice of food, but I understand the nature of the business of food served quickly and then move on. Plenty of choice of chicken served in numerous ways. Drinks and dessert available.

Food was hot but they had not checked if the drinks was working properly. Had to go back as was just soda water they was giving out. They did change but after a lot of it was this person's fault

Order a zinger burger worth £5.79 but found nothing inside the burger except chicken fillet

Good KFC on the way into London, use the KFC App and get the special price if you order one if the monthly specials ... So £5.99 for the Mighty Bucket for One instead of nearly £10 motorway services price... And you can cash in any freebies you have on the App as well. Enjoy

Bloody terrible, lost my order because the server said the wrong number

Staff just mucking about and joking thw whole time instead getting orders so took ages to get served.

The usual KFC. Meaning plenty of flavours and lots to eat. Sometimes service stations are not as good as town centre stores due to transient customers but that is not the case here Definitely something to be dead about empowered staff Tasty.

Vile chicken. I think it’s cooked differently

Super slow, no receipt printed. Had zinger rice box with extra zinger, dread to think what regular zinger is like as there was no zing.

7 staff working not a lot getting done, multiple orders brought back due to mistakes while I waited

Customer service is on very high level, love it 😊😊😊
