Costa Drive Thru Eastbound in West Berkshire

Girl working didn't give me a chance to speak. Gave me milk with no coffee in it. Waste of money, waste of time.

It's great for speed but it's too late if you have a rubbish drink it's also more expensive than a high street Costa

Rude, left me at the order point for 5 minutes, then looked at me through the window to proceed to do her paperwork. Didn't purchase!!!!!

I have a 2.6m height van. So I couldn’t go under the barrier. I parked next to the kiosk went to the window. Refused to serve me because I didn’t have a car. bonkers. There was no queue no one waiting. I drove on and didn’t bother.

Luke warm coffee or burnt tasting coffee on every visit. Recent visit they also managed to mess up the a simple toasties order. If you use them, make sure to check everything before you pull away.

Possibly the slowest drive through coffee location in UK.

First ever drive thru coffee. 4.30pm on a Saturday. Waited at the order speaker, said 'hello?' a couple times, no answer. Drove to the window, knocked a few times, opened the window and loudly asked if anyone was there, even beeped the horn once. Nothing. Swear I could hear someone in there. Either way, no service, and it was definitely during open hours, and there was no sign to say it was closed. Saw other cars tried too, but no success. First drive thru coffee was entirely disappointing. Would give 0 stars if I could.

For past few weeks I have been visiting costa drive thru Eastbound and have noticed new faces in the morning. I am always hoping for the lady in long ginger hair as she makes the best latte! She always welcomes me with a smile, I have no idea where she gets the energy and happiness from as I am always there around 5am! Well done Costa for employing nice, polite and full of good manners people who actually care about customers and who can make our mornings a little bit brighter with a beautiful cup of coffee!

Said it was open but sat waiting to order for 7-8 minutes. Nobody came, drove up to the window and no sign of anyone but all the lights on. Had an open sign and within opening times. Bizarre.

Brilliant service and great drink too! Will definitely come back, brother! 😄👍🏼
