Decent services to stop if you're on the M4.

Visit the eastbound services for a coffee. Mostly at Pret and Costa as well at times Wonderful staff and service

Like all motorway services it's expensive. Quick service at KFC and Burger King. I try to avoid motorway services but when you need food and toilet you have no choice. I've been to better and also been to alot worse

Very busy the gents were crowded plenty of food o unless.

On a Sunday morning, lots of space in the caravan bays, which were well-signed. Costa coffee was exceptionally well-presented, and staffed with a smile. Good variety of food choices across the Moto site. Facilities clean.

Warm, clean and service is amazing

Motorway services were fine. Place to stop for all the essentials, toilet, food, drink, fuel. Provided the pit stop we needed on the way home from hp studios in London.

Food retailers advertised open to 23.00. Monday 1st July, 2024, 2155, Burger King Shut, KFC shut. No explanation. Contacted Moto, no explanation. Rubbish. Drive on to a Welcome Break if I was you. It's suggested that it could be a staff changeover, but the manager said they were shut for the night and who shuts for a changeover an hour before closing? Shame they lie instead of using honesty.

Nice place for a short stop on coach trip to London from Wales. We were all able to get refreshments and use the toilet facilities which were well cared for. Thank you.

£11.09 for poor quality 🐀 rat meat (it says chicken on it) in CHOW and warm coke. At least they take cash as kfc’s not bothered. If you can avoid unless you want coffee from Greggs.

From an HGV drivers perspective it’s really poor. Trucks parked around the outside on double yellows blocking others in, showers dirty, multiple toilet cubicles closed and the remainder either blocked (filled to brim with waste / toilet paper) or soiled with toilet paper on a wet floor. And at £31 for 24hrs relatively expensive. One to avoid if you can.

If you are on the M4 it's a good place to stop, that is if before 9pm, they might close the M4 and you are stuck till 6am. They could warn you.

Standard service station you know...gents toilets were clean.

Fine for an oveenight stop on a long journey. It was a good location for us and good value. The service station have plenty of electric car charging points and shops for food etc.

Male toilets smelled so disgusting you could smell them in the food court - absolutely awful.

Excellent service, clean and tidy. Great mini softplay and playhouse for the little ones. Wish the dryers in the ladies weren't so loud, scary for the little kids as well as painful for those with hearing issues. The lower level sink was great but no low level soap? No toilet in the baby changing and disabled toilet locked therefore no father-child facility.

Very busy, fast food shop I used (won't name it) took ages and my order was the second on the screen Done loads of other smaller orders before mine Was for 3 people so reasonably big Would not use again if that busy (about 25 kids standing around counter)

Stopped for a quick top-up EV charge. They have fast charging machines. Full charge in under 2hrs 👍🏽

Great stop for refuelling Diesel in your car or vehicle.

Stopped to use the bathroom and get a coffee. Seemed pretty good.

Disgustingly dirty and gross 🤢 especially the toilets. Oh and shamelessly expensive as well.

Most unusual thing, the men and the women due to problems had to share the women's toilets. No problem except that it was confusing for the lady that bumped into me as I was going out. She was a bit fazed till I pointed out the sign.

It's a Moto motorway services. We stop, eat a packed lunch and use the toilets. A welcome break but nothing to get too excited about.

Parking is good, the services around the shops and food area is nice, modern and inviting. However, despite looking modern and tidy on my visit the smell of the toilets was awful and you could smell them from down the corridor.

Good parking, good selection of food available. Big let down was the smell of the toilets - both men and womens toilets smelt awful.

It’s a motorway services. If you tired and want to take a break and use the toilet, it’s a great place to stop. Everything is stupidly overpriced from coffee to petrol. There are much cheaper options all around but if you are paying for convenience. If you need it, it’s there.

Car park layout isn't great, not sure what you can do about that. Toilets smelled before you entered the bathroom, toilet I used was clean.

Nice Moto, Visited this place around 2am coming from Stanstead Airport. the place was open and manned at the time I visited. Great services!

More massive price gouging, badly maintained site. ----- ADITIONAL - you can tell how much these scumbags dgaf by the copy and pasted nonsense reply they use to make it look like they are doing something MORE ADITIONAL - they replied again and proved my point further with mistruths and lies - they understand they have a captive audience and dont need to give good service or decent prices .....

Motorway services are rarely great. Especially Reading. KFC - 3 out of 10 Costa - 2 out of 10 (got the orders wrong for both customers in front of me. Then got mine wrong. How can it be so difficult and so slow to get a coffee? My awful chicken was on the table and going cold before my espresso was served, in cardboard when I said I was sitting down…

To pay parking fee and to have the trailer’s curtain cut off is just bad. But I suspect those people are most probably other drivers those kind with the dirty habits of littering alongside the roads …. And left hand drive .

Stale food and terrible coffee, do not buy from this drive thru. The almond croissants tasted like they were left out for 3 months. Despite checking if they were fresh, I had a very affirmative nod from the manager. Alas having driven away I realised both my almond and plain croissant had been sitting on their shelf for a while. Absolutely disgusting.

Not many staff are visible but when I find one, always helpful especially when collecting parcels.

Good rest stop en route from west to east. Recently refurbished toilets and good food selection including M&S food, WHSmith, Burger King, noodles, Greggs, Cornish Pasties and the ubiquitous Costa outlets. Free parking for up to 2 hours. Electric recharging at far end of car park. One of the more pleasant services.

Look ok, quick stop to refill screen wash

Toilets nice and clean. Greg's a good place to stop for a quick tea. M&S was a bit sparse. Shame as it's usually the place we pick up a snack and something for our evening meal when we're traveling.

Just wanted a quick dinner but waiting 30 mins. One guy was fulfilling orders and did them one by one so the food that was ready kept piling up and he just kept ignoring it. Same happened her last week too. Ridiculous.

Convenient for a coffee and pee break.

Good small service station, which has an M&S, WH Smiths, and a few on site fast food options, so you can eat there or shop to take things home. Fuel on site, a good parking area too with electric charging stations which seem to work most if not all the time based on the frequent stops I make here. There is also a hotel on site should you need to stop over, so all in all a pretty reasonable little services.

Basic if you just want a cheap room

Pretty decent for a motorway service station. There's plenty of parking and a number of different food options if you're peckish. You can even get your washing done here rather than visit the laundrette. All options are covered!

good EV charging for electric vehicles

My usual rest stop. I often make a stop to grab coffee and something to eat when on the M4 to and from Wales to London.

Had a break here on return from Bath. Had our coffee and snacks here. Very Good. Recommended for short break. All options are available

These places are all the same. Expensive for anything but sometimes you just need a coffee.

Not bad as service stations go, plenty of choice of food. Toilets are not too bad as moto toilets are normally gross

Updated it since I last visited, and looking good, really fresh. Only 4 stars as the coffee was poor, wish was disappointing.

Good range of food and retail options. Plenty of toilets. Clean enough. Got WHSmith's, M&S, Burger King, Greggs, West Cornwall Pasties, KFC, and Costa. FYI- this is exactly where the variable speed camera start going Eastbound all the way into London. They're unforgiving and will change along with the speed limit. There is a lot fo them and have seen lots of people caught recently. Go careful all the way into London along the M4 from here!
