Llamarse a uno mismo "estaciones" La comida era tan sosa, "mi Nan blanca sazona mejor la comida" ¡el tamaño de las porciones es una broma y cuesta mucho dinero! ! ! todo está separado. . . ¡una comida debe venir con todos esos extras, especialmente por el dinero que pides! servicio muy grosero! ! ! ¡3 rodajas de plátano en la olla! ! ! Además, buen trabajo, revisé la bolsa ya que dejaron dos artículos. . . cuando finalmente recibieron mi pedido justo cuando llegué a casa, ¡hacía frío! ! ! horrible lugar, nadie desperdicia el dinero que tanto le costó ganar allí, especialmente cuando no obtiene una sonrisa o un agradecimiento. 0/10 KMT

Honestamente, la comida no es terrible, pero he probado mejor. El cordero al curry estaba seco y un poco soso, el rabo de toro también era soso. La comida venía caliente y bien empaquetada, pero creo que su comida necesita más sabor y especias.

Ahorre su dinero. Pedimos una comida para llevar a toda la familia, que tuvimos que ir a recoger. 9 millas por trayecto. Cada comida era fría y tenía que ser recalentada. Cada comida era 8. 50 Comida de cordero al curry. El cordero al curry estaba seco como un hueso y cero sabor. Comida de pollo al curry: ambos eran insípidos y sin sabor. Jerk Chicken Meal: similar a los demás, sosa, insípida. Harina de pescado frito: el pescado de un chippy tiene más sabor. Sin condimento alguno. Curry vegetariano: cuanto menos se diga, mejor. Fui a la basura. El pastel de macarrones sabía bien una vez, lo había calentado y le había agregado sal. Albóndigas: lo único que vale la pena comer. Lados - Costo 1. 50 cada uno  Plátano 5 piezas por lo que menos de un cuarto de plátano.  La ensalada de col estaba en una bañera tan pequeña que la medí. Era  5 cucharadas soperas Es una pena, ya que estaba delicioso. Si viviera más cerca, habría recuperado todas las comidas y pedido un reembolso completo. Desperdicio total de dinero. No volvería a ordenar de Seasons otra vez.

Overall not completely happy - order was late even though they had over an hour to cook and deliver but still late, there was more rice than ackee and fish so disappointed!. The only thing that was decent was the chicken. So I really hate to say it but probably my last order not worth what I paid for the meals.

Driver couldn't find address but apart from that everything was rly good

Good food and is cooked well, although expect to wait around 1.5 to 2 hours for your food. It’s arrived quite late but the driver did apologise. 7/10 👌🏽

Las bolas de masa hervida son para morirse. . . . . . tan feliz de haber ordenado una porción. El chef me permitió probar las albóndigas antes de comprarlas y añadió una pieza adicional a mi porción. Esta fue la primera vez que probé Seasons y me complace decir que estoy muy contento y volveré pronto a probar otros platos. ! GRACIAS

Ordered at 6.08pm. Food arrived at 9pm. Rang multiple times every time we were told it’s on the way . This is the Second time so NO THANK YOU Interestingly just eat website delivery status was updated as “delivered an hr before we received it!!!

Over an hour late. Kept ringing and kept being told it was on the way for an hour. Food come and there was food missing. Joke.

I ordered rice and peas with a carrot cake. I got a call after almost an hour of placing the order that they didn’t have carrot cake (why was it still up on the website then?) and I was given a list of cake options to choose from. I chose another cake and was told I’d get my order shortly. I waited for almost an hour before my order was delivered and I was told the initial driver didn’t show up. This was my first time getting the cake and I was not impressed. For something so expensive, the slice was too small. The custard was okay though.

My food was 45 mins late, I ordered a large meal and asked for no bones, food was full of bones and my large portion was half empty so equivalent to small portion waited nearly 2 hours for food to be delivered, not happy !!!

Food was quick to arrive with friendly service but it was uninspiring and the rice was tasteless, mutton curry was good. No patties or banana loaf were available so changed to chicken pattie and cherry and coconut slice. (Cheap cake in wrapper). Most ended up in the bin sadly.

Will never use them again delivery is always late and it's the same reply the driver has just left kmt

Took 3 hours for my food to turn up, and the lady on the phone was hardly apologetic. Food was ok, not worth going to again and definitely not worth 3 hours wait!

The film was absolutely excellent take me back to my childhood growing up in Newtown and I remember going to a couple friends houses while I was was Desmond the second Theodore Pope and having a meal with lovely the taste of the Caribbean well done guys keep up the good work coming back soon Mr Michael shorter

usually love seasons go there often for their chicken rotti but today the chicken was pink inside and has bits of jellyish meat hanging from it. When i rang the lady instead of apologising and maybe sending a new one back she said weve sent out loads of chicken rottis today n not one complaint like that was relevent, and then said if you want a refund call later when my manager is in (not she would call me) really upset because i usually love their chicken rottis. Also offered to send pictures to prevent me coming on here and doing it but she wasnt interested

Waiting time shows as up to an hour, and then when you put the order through they always seem to then add another 20 mins. This time around they phoned as soon as I put the order through....no salt fish patty so I had to choose an alternative. 1 minute later they phone again....we have no fish!! That was the whole reason for making my order and if you have no fish then the menu should have been updated. I doubt I will be giving them my custom again. Delivery is always a problem, but its a shame as when the food is on it, I really enjoy it.

The oxtail is to die for. Amazing. I get it everytime. Really can’t get enough. Beautifully prepared and delivered on time. The patties are also amazing.

Ordered food at 6pm. Only my side and drink was delivered at 7. Then had trouble getting my main meal to be delivered and refused a refund. It’s now 3 hours later and I still haven’t received my food. Due to this I wouldn’t order from here again and don’t recommend it. The service was awful which is a shame as always have liked their food.

Oxtail was superb. And the fruit punch... Amazing.

Food was delivered 45 min late or even more. The chicken was great but that’s the only thing. The fish was dry, maybe because it was cold. The patties were actually nice but the wrong kind. Coleslaw was runny but and again the Pantene was cold and dry. And after 45 min delay they forgot two meals and we had to get food elsewhere. All in all not a good experience neither with the restaurant or just eat. It was my sons birthday and it was ruined. The restaurant refunded the meals that did not arrive but refused to do anything else about the quality of food. Still waiting to hear from just eat

The rice and peas were very good, the chicken was pretty good (not the best but not the worst) . But the dessert let it down, one of my carrot cakes didn't arrive and the other was out of date (by a few weeks) additionally the other slice of cake we ordered (pineapple) was really dry but the custard was hot. The cola was also warm which isn't ideal if you want to have it straight away. Also the option of cutlery would be good. May not be ordering again.

food delivered 90 minutes late, called the restaurant who said it didn’t exist, then they delivered the wrong meal and said I’d have to deliver it back myself if I expected a refund.

Normally enjoy this but that this time the mutton curry was 50% oil and had a kilo of salt in it.

My food never turnt up. Ordered at 7pm its now half past 9. Was told an hour ago it would be 15 mins???? Now the number is engaged and the resturant is showing as closed. Brilliant

Gave me the wrong order then said they would replace it. I waited for hours and they still didn’t replace it. Couldn’t then eat the original as they told me the delivery was on its way but never showed up.

Order moved from 4:10 to 5:10 but food was okay. Couldn’t find a good safety rating for the restaurant was a bit worried.

Waiting for just over 2 1/2 hours after several(4) phone calls and trying to pass the blame from the woman on the phone and the delivery driver(when he finally arrived)it was very clear they both lying as the mediocre food was hot enough that it was freshly cooked and the resturant had only started cooking it when i went mental over the phone about 30mins before it arrived. This resturant has progessively got worse in service and food quality for the last few months. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, ITS NOT WORTH IT.

I placed the order at 5.40 it was supposed to be delivered at 6.55 which was the earliest time and only a few miles from our hotel and it was delivered at 7.20 . We also weren't impressed that the food was delivered without knife and forks and so we had to eat the food with teaspoons

Terrible service first they didnt have ingredients to make what ive ordered and sent a substitute which was subpar. When they delivered the order they forgot the main dish and 8 had to wait another 45 mins before getting it. Food was cold by then and the taste of it overall was not very good. I wont order again from this place.

I have never received my order. The customer service representative at Just Eat was incredibly helpful and I cannot fault them, but the restaurant failed to answer their calls. I had to cancel my order and I was told to refuse it if the driver ever turned up at my front door.

Payed for 2 cans of cream soda and received 1 can of GRAPE soda

Mutton curry with rice and peas was very tasty but it had big bits of bone in it so not as much meat as I first thought. Fried chicken was chopped up into bits with bone and cartilage. Plantain was really soggy. The wait was the most annoying bit, to be honest, so don't think I'll be ordering from here again.

I waited 45mins as stated when order was placed. Food did not arrive. No communication was made to state where my order was. I rang the shop to be told another 45mins as they were having problems with their driver. So if I hadn't of phoned I would have waited an hour and a half. I cancelled my order.

Its just as well their food is good as they always seem to add 30 minutes to the predicted delivery time AFTER you have ordered, and they are then always still then later than that

I had fish, with rice and peas, and a fish pattie. I have eaten from here before, and again the food was nice BUT, the delivery was terrible. One of the reason I chose the restaurant was it only had a 45 minute wait time, which was better than quite a few others. As I soon as I ordered though, the restaurant immediately added 30 minutes to that, and then they ACTUALLY delivered 30 minutes later than that (ordered at 7pm and did not get meal until 8.45pm) Its a shame as the food was good, but it left me wishing I had ordered elsewhere. Will it be another year or so before I try again?....
