How can you explain the fact that you started banging on the door of my room so that I would open it, after I opened it you immediately started yelling and accusing me of smoking? .After I came to my colleagues’ room, who were lying quietly resting and not smoking anything, they were also puzzled that you had “bothered” them like that. Then I decided to come down to you to find out in more detail why you were thinking about us, so I invited you into the room to check whether we smoked or not, for some reason you thought that I blamed the other rooms. You say that there was no one but us, but in the morning I saw a man who was leaving the hotel with a suitcase. I advise you next time to calmly find out what’s wrong, and not start with shouting.

I am here now, four staff members, arrived at 5.30 it is now 6.30 two tables have walked out due to lack of service - we ordered three drinks at 5.40 we are still waiting!!! Never again !!

Lisa and Paula did a great job. Friendly, really good food and excellent service despite being very busy. Recommended.

I eat at The Angel when in the area on business. Food is always excellent and the service outstanding. Great value for money too.

Had a lovely lunch at Cobbs today. Excellent food delivered by very attentive staff in convivial surroundings. What more could one ask.

Food wasn’t available due to chef , but the atmosphere was amazing rooms are 5***** … not to mention the hospitality of a lady called “Sam” she couldn’t do enough for us xx will visit again

Guys, so welcoming. Staff great but the community got involved too. Happiness cannot be measured here. The guys are off the scale. And for your info, the sad hungry northern couple got to the Ghurka Chef on time. Thank you. Sorry we ran away.

Don't expect your food in the time they give you. Told one hour took over two hours. Called to ask where my food was only to be told we're very busy! Not good enough. Suggest you avoid

Can't comment on food as I did not have any. But a brilliant place. Bar staff happy and friendly 😊

The staff are rude. I ordered my coffee and it wasn’t what I expected. I asked for it to be made a certain way. Considering I visit almost daily, I was familiar with the staff. One lady who works there knows how to make the coffee the way I like it. When I requested she make my coffee (like she had previously instructed me to do) I got scoffed at. Then the next day I got confronted by another worker ,who was not present, berate me to the point of tears. Ever since, I have had numeral staff be cold or confrontational. This has made me both sad and disappointed. I will not be going back
