Costa Coffee in West Berkshire

The staff are rude. I ordered my coffee and it wasn’t what I expected. I asked for it to be made a certain way. Considering I visit almost daily, I was familiar with the staff. One lady who works there knows how to make the coffee the way I like it. When I requested she make my coffee (like she had previously instructed me to do) I got scoffed at. Then the next day I got confronted by another worker ,who was not present, berate me to the point of tears. Ever since, I have had numeral staff be cold or confrontational. This has made me both sad and disappointed. I will not be going back

Lovely to sit in side or out. Clean nice staff. A lot better than northbrook Street costa. As the air-conditioning isn't blasting out.

Been delivered the wrong coffee

I bought a small mango cooler and a medium mango cooler and both of them had the same amount of drink the only difference was the size of the cup and the medium size it wasn't full.

Go here a lot, easy and convenient. Need to keep tables and floors often though.

Out of breakfast wraps but could have sent a substitute of a toasty or something or called me etc instead only recieved a brownie and half a costa drink. Very disappointed.

Costa forgot to include a toastie and Just Eat refused to refund my money

The person serving was rude. She also shouted at me because I didn’t understand her question. I asked why she was shouting at me and she laughed.

This drive thru is half way stop over for my 9.2 mile weekly walk this month. They have indoor as well as outdoor seating. And do not hurry you to finish. I do not enjoy shop brought sandwiches as they seem to have little taste. However, I am a fan of Costa’s coffee (better quality than Nero and Starbucks). Clean loos to boot!

Very easy as it’s a drive through, staff are nice and friendly and really quick service.

I have been coming to this Costa on a weekly basis for a while now, always with my baby in his pram. I have only been offered to have the tray taken to my table once despite the fact that 95% of the time I have a drink and something to eat. Lately none of the employees smile at you and very rarely have a nice word, which is a shame as the coffee shop is rest lovely not overly crowded and noisy.

Costa coffee ☕ + drive thru - not a lot of parking 🅿️ but you can find a spot across the road and walk over. Always decent quick service 👍

Costa Coffee, as a company, is generally a constant source of irritation as, unlike everywhere else, you can't get a large cold drink for no other reason than the overall management are w*nkers. That said, this is my local and I'm up in here every day. Literally no complains with with this exact store.

Really nice, newish cafe area. Haven't used the drive thru as it's not my thing but always looks busy. The coffee here is generally good as Costas go, but I personally prefer the pastries over the road at the Wild Bean (bp). The staff here are a bit of a mixed bunch but mostly very pleasant/friendly, and they clearly work hard to tackle the queues. Loads of parking that's free for 4 (I think) hours. Will be back soon!

Great service, quick and polite

Had a coffee (Mocha) it was so bitter. Staff were chatting and swearing in their conversation, loud enough that myself and 7 year old could hear as she asked me why they were saying naughty words. Shame but won't be returning

It's a Costa drive through in an edge of town retail centre, What's not to like! Within walking distance of the Tesco, Lidl and next to b and q and Dunelm (and carpet right, which I have never been into, no reason). Toilets not always open but meh. Also within walking distance of the BP garage so if you are charging your electric car you can go get yourself a coffee...

Pretty good as Costas go. Well laid out with enough seating. Didn't try the drive through, went inside. No wait and plenty of seats.

Strong coffee for a chain, gets the job done.

Lovely food and drink. Shame its now turned into an office with people working and having loud telephone meetings. It shouldn't be allowed. Rent premises like other people have to do!! If you're there with friends you want to relax.

Visited Costa Coffee last Sunday morning for a hot coffee with a friend ! Good service, excellent coffee and nice warm clean premises.

Brand new facilities. Clean and tidy. Good service.

Nice new Costa - only downside is occasionally hearing groups of men at other tables effing and blinding every other word. They seem to be fuelling up before going out to work so may avoid young children and family time.

I popped in for a coffee and toasted sandwich knowing how good Costas are. This one is clean and bright with big windows and an attractive outside seating area looking onto the carpark. BUT.. the staff were brusk rather than welcoming and the toastie was chewy, overdone on one side and soggy on the other.
