Waiting 10min at the till asked if someone was available to take an order was told we are short staffed so no and it's not my problem I'm doing drinks RUDE AND POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Tried to stop for food on the way home after a long flight. Got to the services at 22.40 and was informed by a worker they were closed! When there opening and closing times state 7am - 11pm! They had clearly been closed for a while because there was no food on the counter, all the chairs were up and the floor was wet from being mopped.

guy at the front said there was no ice went back in because my drink was warm, he rolled his eyes went back to get two buckets of ice after claiming the ice machine was broken, coke was still warm really shows low lazy these people are can’t even flip a burger or put ice in a machine, seriously never met more retarded people in my life!!!!!

Staff were slow and miserable. Burgers were tiny. Would NOT recommend ordering here!

Ordered 5 burgers gave me 4 only. I have to remind them, they checked and then they made it ready without any apologies. Unacceptable from an esteemed firm like Burger King. Order 3103 29 July - 10:20am Service 0 stars actually

I normally love the vegan whopper but this was dry, with only a tiny bit of sauce, lettuce and tomatoes, and missing cheese entirely

Server wouldn’t give me tap water “we can’t do that for customers sorry”. KFC next door did. Surely in a restaurant there is a tap?

45 min wait for food, staff chin wagging in the back and laughing about it, no apologies just a rude snarky comment, absolute joke fast food this wasn't, KFC next door, can see why these places keep closing

30 minute wait for one whopper meal. No idea why it was so slow.

Westbound Burger King. Food not hot. Not cold but obviously 3rd time in a row Burger King is on a mission to make UK healthier by putting people off buying thier cold overpriced food. Shame I used to have real BK cravings when they could be bothered to serve it HOT

I can't understand for the price of £12.50 you get such a bad burger .. very dry as if it was a sponge .. it had no taste ... the bread was breaking very hard .. very big company but the quality sucks .. you should take examples from the people who make Burger Van ..

Insanely quick turnaround for food, all was made so fresh the chips were so nice and crunchy. Great service especially on NYE, staff were friendly, efficient, and all smiles, as well as a great vibe. I never normally get fast food at all, but this one experience has convinced me to get a few more burger kings in the future. Thank you Zahra and staff, hope you all have a lovely New Year!

Horrendous service from a man that couldn’t really care any less. Had to order at the counter as I had cash. He was totally ignorant and twice walked away to do something else, while I was talking! Dumped my food on the counter and turned his back on me as I approached to get my order. Not a word spoken except to call my number. No manners and disgusting customer service. If this is what Burger King are happy with, you’ll have no more of my money. Food was also sloppy and very underwhelming. Overpriced rubbish.

Need to cook the patties fresh everytime. Takes a little longer but tastes so much fresher. Enjoyable meal. Nice staff.

Really poor staff. The gentleman at the front of house was ok. Who ever was wrapping the food was throwing the food so hard it kept landing on the floor and you could hear them asking about 3 somes.

Lovely place, nice holiday. The whole place is spotless. All areas are well maintained. Food is absolutely excellent in the buffet and individual restaurants. The staff are friendly. Couple of niggles given the cost and promised rating of 5 stars , it's 4 at best TV has very few English channels, the hotel evidently caters for more Germans , yet UK tourists are the second highest cohort, this needs sorting. Our suit had lovely balcony views of local bins, not exactly the jewel in the crown that was promised. Reception has little or no assistance to take guests and or luggage to rooms with many new arrivals given verbal directions to find their own rooms. Needs work to get to 5 stars and the cost is a little high at £1800 for a week given drinks are mainly cheap local brands with even all inclusive guests required to pay extra for premium brands , this aspect is VERY poor.

Burger king used to be my favourite fast food restaurant mainly because of their bean burger however, as a lifelong Vegetarian it's clear that Burger King have no idea of the difference between a vegetarian and a vegan. EVERY veggie option is actually Vegan last time I tried you couldn't even order a coffee once you've chosen the Vegetarian option. I do pop in now and then in the hope the bean burger returns. I don't want food that looks like meat, and fail to understand why any non meat eater would want to buy "Bacon" that's made from plants.

It's a burger king in a motorway services, not a 5 star restaurant. It's does its job. But occasionally they get the orders wrong, so check before legging it

Area sectioned off due to a leak from the rain in the restaurant. Food was fine, but service was poor. Some guy just shouting numbers out, no hello or thank you. Appreciate it is not the best job in the world, but being polite and happy leads to people returning pleasant gratefulness for their experience in your company. It made our day watch people's faces as they received their food. The guy may have just had a bad day.

Actually for a burger king the food was lovely. Hot and tasty. It is a service station so not picturesque, and was basic. But for a stop off on a long journey was better than some.

hardly any lettuce in my whopper, 3 very very cmall bits of onion, next to no sauce, and 3 small pickles..... not what i expect from burgerking. never had a burger like this from any burgerking.

Probably the worst BK I've ever had. Burger looked uncooked and was cold. We left both of our burgers which we NEVER do! Sprite was more carbonated water than sprite. Staff were pretty unhelpful and grumpy.

Normally like burger King, but we had the whopper meal and the bun was stale and crumbling where it was so dry, no lettuce and barely any onion or tomato. Burger and the chips were ok though.

Honestly I can't believe the ordasity of the place. I sympathise there was only 3 members of staff working while it was extremely busy but the food was not only terrible. Rushing a service made countless mistakes the order was wrong so we went to get it rectified but still was orders missing. There was no apology and it has resulted in me leaving more hungry than when I arrive. Absolutely disgusted

We arrived at this services with a flat tyre and were concerned about being late for a flight. Marian helped us to unload the car to find the spare tyre and changed it for us. He was friendly and really helped us to save our holiday at a stressful time! Thank you for going above and beyond.

Coca Cola was warered down to the point where McDonald's Sprite would have given me a cleaner mouth. Chips were great though, would recommend the chips. Service was slightly too slow for my liking. The toilets were overflowing but overall the water there was great with a hint of lemon zest. Would recommend getting up and getting KFC.

Cold fries . Cold and chewy onion rings . Cold and old burger buns . Meat was ok. There was no customers before me so probably fries onion rings and bun was prep early. Really disappointed. Visit at 12.06.2023 around 8.20. Coffee was nice 👍 Will not comeback .

Erm? It's a burger king! Nice burgers, but have noticed that they have all shrunk in size over the past couple of years!!! Fries are not as good as they used to be, but the Strawberry shakes are delicious! Way nicer than Macdonalds shakes, which now are pumped full of sweetners!

Found that it was quite busy and therefore noisy therefore we code to eat in the car. Food was ok, pretty average fast food place. Some of the staff clearly didn’t want to be there lol, maybe nearly the end of a shift?

Found this in my burger. Cold chips! Not good food.

Expensive, tiny burgers, and the machines wipe your customisations. When I asked the man who worked there if there machines just cleared customisations when you go back into the selection, I was told "how am I supposed to know?"

What can I say, it’s a Burger King at services so let’s be honest it ain’t going to be great…. And it wasn’t! My expectations were correct but we were in a rush so hey 🤷🏼‍♂️. I had the new peppercorn burger 🍔 which was mediocre at best, a little cold. Partner had some kind of bacon double thing and we shared the “loaded” fries, which were ok I guess. I’ve given it 3 stars because it was clean, tidy and a fairly swift service. Shame there was a leak in the roof with a bucket to catch the water but this is down to maintenance of the services, not Burger King’s fault so I’ll let them off there!

Not the greatest burger king but certainly expensive. we ordered a two adult meals and two kids meals. Unfortunately those serving have obviously never tried sharing 1 tray and everything directly on 1 tray with two kids. They also missed a few things from our order too. Definitely none of the money is spent on customer service training thats for sure.

My bacon double cheeseburger was stone cold it arrived after 1 mins and they said they’d put it in the microwave 😳. They said it was fine, I said I’ve had Burger King before and it’s hot and the cheese is melted. I got a refund. Very puzzling. Beware of food poisoning at this site.

Got 3 burgers from here and everyone had food poisoning, food was bought on the 20th Feb 2023 in the morning. Terrible experience and will never eat from there again…

Horrendous. Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and when unwrapped, it was missing the bacon. Told staff and the could not have really cared less… added the bacon and gave it back to me. Bacon was stone cold as was the bread and burger just warm. Tables were not cleared and the whole BK area was full of rubbish, Why would you bother eating here, when it’s this bad. @BurgerKingUK hope you use this feedback with franchisee to improve the awful customer experience.

Prices more expensive than your local BK but that's par for the course I suppose at a services. Food has always been cooked fresh and hot and staff have always been pleasant and helpful. One time I had an order mixup and the staff were very apologetic and sorted it out quickly. Seating area is very modern and open as well, with old school pictures on the wall.

Horrible Burger King. Won't accept any coupons, won't let you mobile order, prices are extravagant, and quantities are hilariously small. Motorway robbery indeed.

Another shocker, asked for a combo box, and only got given chicken nuggets and onion rings. Cashier didn't mention there was no chili cheese bites or chicken fries. Never visiting this services as a whole. Abysmal

Super slow service, always a mistake in the order and barely ever has coffee. Would give zero stars if I was able to.

Staff were blazes and scruffy, couldn’t be bothered logging into the coffee machine (blonde haired woman said she’d forgotten) he said its not working. Offered us hash browns when we could have had fries but he said no; then served them to someone straight after us. His attitude was rude and disbelieved we could only order tea on the diy order screen, so instead of doing our order he went over to see ‘no we can’t order coffee on the diy screen’! We were in a hurry after just getting off a plane with a long journey ahead of us and all we got was an attitude like ‘computer says No!’ They weren’t ready for 7am opening basically. Overall the services itself was grubby hence almost empty; just a short distance was a far cleaner services and busy.

The guy serving me was about as enthusiastic as someone who’s cat just died, I made it very clear that I didn’t want mayonnaise in my burger, the guy grunted and then what did I get? Mayonnaise, the only saving grace was that he rectified it quite quickly..

Very slow and packed the wrong food some bits were over cooked and cold and sadly there were no chips cooked so I would have had to wait for them when he gave me the rest of my food then he gave me the wrong sauces :( all in all want the greatest meal

I can't remember when I had such bad service from ANY STORE. Stood at the counter and spoke to BOTH People serving and both IGNORED me completely. No customer etiquette! All I wanted to do is modify my order. Its OK.....I'll now take family of 6 some where else and hope people will read my review and do the same.
