One of the friendliest pubs I've ever been in. Food was amazing. 3 meats 5 veg.pots and Yorkshire pudding. Best pork belly I've ever had. If you can book in you must go. Good pudding selection

I ordered from FireAway Wouldham last Tuesday, and the experience was a total disappointment from start to finish. First, my order was delayed by 30 minutes, which wouldn't have been an issue if someone had contacted me. Instead, I had to sit in the restaurant area waiting with no updates. When I finally got my pizzas, I was shocked at what I received. The first image shows what’s advertised, and the second is what I got—literally four pieces of meat on it. I thought it might have been a mistake, but when I opened the second pizza, it was the exact same. It looked nothing like what was advertised. I called to ask for a refund, but the staff member—who was clearly new—said he was ‘trained to put that much on’ and that 'it has onions and peppers so it's not like it's empty.' He also said he couldn’t give a refund without the boss calling me back, so I gave him my number. It’s now been over a week, and I’ve heard nothing. I’ve been ignored by the team at FireAway Wouldham, and I’m left completely disappointed. This is not what I paid for, and it’s certainly not what’s advertised. Avoid if you want what you pay for.

Very disappointing visit steaks undercooked, and some returned. Poor slow service. In general everything was wrong.

Booked on line Nov 23rd for a booking on 9th Dec. Had immediate confirmation. Received reminder 2 days before. We arrived at the restaurant we discovered it was all boarded up and looked like it had been closed for months. Website still up and taking bookings

We went lunch time and it was quiet.So we chose to sit in the bar area ( if busy next time we will sit in the restaurant) window area could have done with a clean but on the whole it looked lovely and clean and well maintained. .We chose the set lunch menu plenty of choice.The food was well presented and tasted lovely . The tiramisu was to die for 10/10. I would recommend for a reasonable priced special lunch date .Worth a look & try .

Newly refurbished, good range of reasonably priced largers and cider, only one ale that is in the marginally higher price range. 25% off for happy 😊 hours on some weekdays. Smashing staff in pleasant surroundings

As you can see by my previous reviews, I am I seasoned traveler and always seeking that extra special dining experience, whether it be a road side street kitchen or well presented non chain restaurant. Passing through Rochester on work related business, I happened on this well presented establishment and its decor and that little bit of class I could sense enticed me in. I was not let down in the slightest. Had the pork.l belly starter and 1/2 lobster Thermidor... 1st class. Good value and bang on. I will always be enticed with food that is hard to replicate at home of complicated.. And this was just that ... There is a few 1 star reviews but see straight through these as picky customers and or busy day .. Well done all keep up the good work, atmosphere is great and staff especially Klodian and Reece were fantastic and attentive..

Very old pub. Real fire and several rooms. Good homely feel

As always food was delicious and piping hot. I only ever use this kebab house. The delivery is always super fast and the drivers are always lovely

We have used this takeaway quite a bit since moving I'm nearby. The food is always really good but they do get extremely busy that customer service sometimes let's it down. We made an order last night of about £50 and ordered for collection. When I arrived I'm the shop there was a queue out of the door and the poor person behind the counter had clearly been told to just keep answering the phone to new orders. It took ages to get the food after I asked as the person behind the counter again got distracted by the telephone. They need to manage situations like this better by having more staff. Good food though.
