Updated Review: A few weeks ago, the community manager at FireAway Wouldham reached out to address my previous experience, and I have to give credit where it’s due—she made a significant effort to turn things around. She not only offered a refund for the disappointing orders but also invited me to re-review the store by placing a large order for six people. While there was a small hiccup with a missing side, the pizzas were much improved and enjoyed by everyone. To make up for the forgotten item, she personally drove the missing side and an apology pizza to my home, which was an impressive gesture. It’s clear that they’re making strides to improve, but I can’t overlook that this was part of an effort to redeem themselves after a poor first impression. That said, the progress is evident, and I’m tentatively increasing my rating from 1/5 to 3/5. I’ll definitely be back on my own terms soon to see if this improvement continues, and hopefully, I can raise my rating further. For now, it’s promising to see the team taking feedback seriously. ——— Previous Review: I ordered from FireAway Wouldham last Tuesday, and the experience was a total disappointment from start to finish. First, my order was delayed by 30 minutes, which wouldn't have been an issue if someone had contacted me. Instead, I had to sit in the restaurant area waiting with no updates. When I finally got my pizzas, I was shocked at what I received. The first image shows what’s advertised, and the second is what I got—literally four pieces of meat on it. I thought it might have been a mistake, but when I opened the second pizza, it was the exact same. It looked nothing like what was advertised. I called to ask for a refund, but the staff member—who was clearly new—said he was ‘trained to put that much on’ and that 'it has onions and peppers so it's not like it's empty.' He also said he couldn’t give a refund without the boss calling me back, so I gave him my number. It’s now been over a week, and I’ve heard nothing. I’ve been ignored by the team at FireAway Wouldham, and I’m left completely disappointed. This is not what I paid for, and it’s certainly not what’s advertised. Avoid if you want what you pay for.

Chicken always seems to be dry in their dishes these days. Not moist at all and it has been dry the last 3 times we have ordered from there. Disappointing.

Booked on line Nov 23rd for a booking on 9th Dec. Had immediate confirmation. Received reminder 2 days before. We arrived at the restaurant we discovered it was all boarded up and looked like it had been closed for months. Website still up and taking bookings

Booked the outhouse for a birthday function. This is an ideal family space, where you can enjoy an event or celebration. Great food and really well looked after by the team.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken and chicken chow mein, portion of sweet and sour was tini, chow mein was a good portion but had no taste, like spaghetti with chicken. Portion sizes here are an absolute joke and barely any sauce.
