Food was amazing and the portions were huge so fresh and tasty, I would recommend this restaurant in a heart beat and have been using them for years 👍👍

It was really late and was cold and dry. Pretty upset as we usually enjoy our food from here.

After waiting 90 minutes I called to be told that they lost the ticket and they’d deliver asap which they did 15 mins later it arrived however the chips and kebab was cold and the burger was overcooked such a shame as we are regulars and never have had a problem like this before

My order hasn’t arrived. To keep within the delivery timeframe, the JustEat driver said the food was delivered at 20:05, it is now 20:25 and still no food! We ordered an hour and a half ago.

Thek kebab meat was very thick and cold and soggy chips the salad wasn't even cut up .First time iv ordered from this place .and the last time !!!

The delivery time was superb, but the food was a bit cold, it wasn't freshly grilled, it looked like something that already cooked, waiting to be order, preheat and served

The chips was really greasy and the kebab meat tasted bitty. I think its the packaging that's made it taste bitty.

Food was burnt, items were missing. I claimed back the money for the missing chips but we ended up just eating the rest of the food as we were too hungry to return it/wait for a replacement.

Have always been ordering from Rochester Grill and happy about it. Sadly, disappointed that there's not enough meat as compared to the salad.

Food was alright. Didn't get burger sauce on the meat and chips, like we asked for and hardly any chilli sauce on the chicken kebab. Chicken was quite dry like ot had been sitting there for a while.

Lamb Sheesh was Burnt, charred completely! Lamb doner was stale and dripping in oil, really disappointing food, I have ordered from here before and food has been ok but this time the food quality was very poor. Don't think i ll order from here again.

I never write reviews but I always look at reviews when ordering.. so credit where credit is due. Our meal was so delicious! Tender kebab and full of flavour and my husband had a burger which he really enjoyed. Thank you! Finally found a yummy decent kebab - will defo be ordering again soon.

No sauce, wrap fell apart not wrapped properly. Ordered a mixed full of donner no chicken.

I don't usually leave reviews, but credit where credit is due. The food was banging, plenty of meat cooked to perfection, chips spot on and crunchy, which is always my bugbear, soggy chips. Will deffo be ordering from here again.

Both chicken kebabs were really dry, over cooked and in some places burnt. The chips were like cardboard and my pitta was rock hard on one side. Disappointing.
