Staff and service are always lovely at this Costa - I’ve had staff before go above and beyond to help me in the drive thru and it’s always quick and efficient. Thank you!

This has put me of chinese takeaway for life total rubbish food can't describe how bad . Prawn dish and beef dish exactly the same and that was horrible. Do not go here. No stars from me disgusting.

Went in this morning completely unsure of what I wanted. The staff are so friendly and patient which I appreciated as I struggle with simple decision making and have felt very rushed in other business closeby. Would 100% recommend Cafè Vinny :)

Well this was an interesting evening, I am giving it a mixed review , we were a group of 16 for my daughters birthday , we had booked weeks ago so expected it to be smooth but it wasn't . Sadly the restaurant was far too warm and everyone was uncomfortable. We were told it would be two tables of eight but when we arrived it wasn’t so they had to rearrange the tables . The service was slow and we didn’t get our starters for half an hour after sitting . The starter portions were all very small for the price they charge - for example I think £14 for a minuscule portion of salmon is excessive , same with the scallops , we asked for bread and were charged £5 for a chunk of bread !!! Steak was ok but really nothing special for £28. Monkfish was nice but again nothing special for the price , the sole was nice but overcooked as was the lobster . Most of the staff were friendly and helpful . Sadly we felt it was very overpriced and the food just ok , we won’t return anytime soon .

1st time visiting BB's, friendly and speedy service, and the Honey Chicken with Noodles was A-maze-ing. Highly recommended if your in Margate.

Booked a table for Sunday lunch (7th July) We arrived 10 mins before our booking only to find it was closed? There were also a number of people arriving who had booked a table and others arriving as hoc. There were 2 people inside in the kitchen area, who at first totalling ignored us and then when we knocked on the door and got the lady’s attention, only to have her shake her head at us? She didn’t answer the door. There was no sign on the doors to explain why it was closed and they didn’t answer numerous phone calls!! Terrible way to operate a restaurant. They’ve lost our custom but we gained a lovely place around the corner, Lavan, where we will visit in the future. Get your act together Coal Rooms. What are you running - shambles!!

We had a wonderful meal on Saturday afternoon. For desert we ordered plum and apple crumble and custard. Expecting a bowl of plum and apple crumble only to discover a flan with the plum and apple crumble on top of it. What a disappointment, even the chap next to me was disappointed as he had expected the same, a bowl of plum and apple crumble

Great fish and chips wouldn't use any other

Very nice breakfast with my wife before driving home to Herts after holiday. Wife had full English I had bacon and mushroom sandwich.
