Lovely team, which was very accomodating, with milk steamed to perfection. Very impressive to see an independent coffee shop amongst all the big brand shops

Bacon muffin looked ok until it was cremated, it was so over toasted and burnt. The latte was way too over heated so i couldn't have a drink of it for about 20 minutes to wash the dried out muffin down ☹️ so wish i had taken a photo

Just popped in to have quick coffee with friend and decided to also have something to eat. My friend had vanilla milkshake which she said was delicious and a cheese and tomato muffin which also was delicious. I had a gorgeous cappuccino and a bacon muffin which was crammed full of lovely crisp bacon. All the muffins and baguettes could see had plenty of filling in nd was watching them preparing food and everything looked so good. Definitely recommend this lovely little coffee shop 100% 😊😊😊

Bacon and cheese muffin, mocha and iced latte all very nice. However, don't get the scones in a plastic wrap - totally fell apart on opening and very dry. These are clearly bought in bulk and nothing fresh about them so opt for something else instead. The venue is light and bright albeit a little noisy due to how popular it is but it's nice to see life. Prices as expected for coffee houses nowadays. Would I go again, yes for the coffee and muffins but definitely not for the scones.

Absolutely lovely coffee shop. I tend to get a cold drink most times I'm shopping at westwood. I think if I'm being objective the hot drinks are good, but nothing special. Where as the cold drink are really quite nice. Paticularly love the milkshakes and ice teas

I'm a regular customer, staff always so friendly, croissant are out of this world!!! They deserve a good review as work hard and not all customers are respectful.

Had the Bacon & Brie panini, and a latte. Served quick with only a small queue. Has free WiFi, so perfect place to catch up on work. Would highly recommend!

Dirty tables .waited 20 mins outside all tables needed clearing and cleaning. Cigarette butts everywhere under tables . Didn’t bother staying to try food.

Flat White edition of their coffee comes out looking well presented but I'm afraid it lacks depth of flavour. Costa Coffee's version is stronger and thus much better. Did not have any of their pastries so cannot comment on them. I don't see any selling points so I won't be returning. Danny

A really well decorated and warm coffee place. Staff are all so friendly and accommodating. The vegan sausage roll was fantastic! Warm out of the oven! Definitely will come again!

The BEST coffee place I have ever been to. The coffee (hot or cold) is exceptional and so rich and tasty. I recommend the peach iced tea or chocolate orange milkshake!! service is top notch, lovely and inviting staff Trust me they are AMAZING 10/10!!

This coffee shop now has its own lovely store just near Boots (rather than small shop in Whsmith). Really great big menu selection of hot and cold drinks 👌 Staff are always very polite and friendly :)

I’ve visited twice now to this coffee house and I’ve sat next to the counter where they prepare the food. I have never seen a place where they are so hygienic preparing the food wearing gloves and NOT handling any other item. Maybe just be one up on other restaurants and spray your tables and wipe with kitchen tissue not the same old cloth.

Great coffee, hot chocolate or chai latte or whatever drink you want, you wont be disappointed and always very satisfied with the food, the staff are always polite and great service.

A comfortable small cafe above WHSmith. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the drinks, the polite nature of the lady that served us, and the cleanliness of the cafe even near the end of the day. We came in here after finding Caffe Nero closed for plumbing problems, and Costa smelled of burnt milk or something. We didn't plan to come here, but we were very glad we did!

Why go here when Nero and Costa are just round the corner?

i havent been here for quite a while but a friend and i went there as was at Westwood Cross. i treated myself to a banana milkshake first in two years. they do the best !! my friend had soup but no drink. service is good but disabled toilet/nappy changing could have done with a bit more tlc on floor ! apart from that it was fine.
