Lovely homemade items as always fresh and hot. Lots of slection. However i dont expect to walk in and hear a member of staff call another member fat. Thi is not acceptable to hear in a business place

Lovely bakery in Broadstairs. Super staff and excellent food. Bought sausage rolls, mince and onion pies, Bakewell tarts, Nelson slice and spinach and ricotta rolls. All delicious. This bakery is a must if you like a crust! Thank you Crusties.

Stopped by Crusties on a day trip to Broadstairs. The steak slice was very good, tasty and good quality steak. Service was great and prices reasonable. Nothing fancy but a good bakery lunch spot on the go.

I stopped at Crusties during a visit to Ramsgate. It's great to find a proper, old, traditional bakery. I have quite complicated food intolerances, but they had great allergen information to hand and quickly and discreetly showed me which loaves didn't contain dairy or soya. The bread was so delicious I nipped in for a loaf to bring home. Please can we have a London branch?!

I try and use the bakery at least twice a week for lunch. The bakers dont have customers they have friends , Every town should have have a Crusties .If your in Ramsgate for the day and have children this is the place to go.

I finally got to this outlet today and the window display was as tempting as ever and the prices for the food rather low. The colourful and varied display of food in the window is impressive and inside there is a huge range of rolls, pies, drinks and sausages. Recommended.

This bakery has a couple of other outlets, the one I mainly use is the one in Broadstairs. However, you can always get quality cakes and filled rolls at excellent prices. A must to drop in and get a snack to see you over till dinner.

As we planned to have our main meal in the evening we looked for somewhere to have light lunch.. Crusties offered us fresh rolls ,with a variety of filling and other savoury pastries and pies. We opted for a ham roll and a cheese roll with a small "home made" sausage roll as well and a tea and coffee. We ate outside, watching the world go by, and came away very satisfied, ready for more explorations. Good value for money and very friendly, pleasant service. Oh we also bought a loaf and that was excellent.

I have been going to this bakery on and off for a number of years. On two occasions, the elderly of the female staff, shows dislike of certain customers - during my second (and last) visit recently, I heard her say to another female member of staff, "see what this one wants".

If you like cake this is your place. I love cake. I'm gonna have to give crusties a wide berth for a while as I just joined slimming world (booooo) but seriously... They know how to bake here... They put Mary Berry to shame. Eat their cakes. Eat their pies. Eat their rolls.

Ordered and pointed to a chicken mayo roll. Didn't realise till I was back in the office and took a big bite out of it, that i was given EGG MAYO. I am allergic to egg. Was not a good afternoon.

Been going in here for years since the 90s I think. Service is quick your in and out within a minute, its great for snacks to eat while on the go, its also cheap. They do deals of bacon roll with a cuppa on market days. I like Crusties and I hope it continues on for many years.

Watery ice cream - yuck. Unfortunately I think the proprietors forgot to add the ice cream powder to the liquid today. Within 30seconds of having the cones the “ice cream” was melting and it was very watery tasting. It is advertised as Jersey ice cream which surely means it should be creamy?

Not our first rodeo at this fantastic establishment. A great a-la-carte menu with some typical comfort food choices, but also offer daily specials that are creative and very tasty. Today we enjoyed Haddock & Chorizo croquettes, Deep fried Brie with Cranberry sauce, Pork Tenderloin with Bubble ‘n Squeak and Black Pudding, Sea Bass fillet with Prawns & Tempura King Prawn, Ribeye Steak with Peppercorn sauce, Mushrooms and Chunky Chips.

We came here for a meal to celebrate my birthday and although service was good, I left feeling disappointed. Not sure if it was anything to do with the main guy not being there but there was a few things that I wasn’t happy with…. The toilets stank of urine. You could smell it from outside the toilets. It was disgusting. The ladies toilet would not flush. I reported it but nothing was done about it. My daughter’s dinner had black hairs in her food and my other daughter’s chicken korma looked microwaved. There was also a real language barrier with one of the waiters who couldn’t understand some drinks. It’s a shame because it’s the first time we’ve had a negative experience here.
