Harbour Arms Micropub in Thanet

This is such a friendly Miro pub, I always feel comfortable. Great atmosphere, Great Ciders, the best sunsets to behold on the harbour arm wall.

First time visiting this place. Love independent small pubs. The sun was out and we had a try of several of the beers. Really friendly good service. The chilli pickled eggs were a winner. Definitely will go back

Great spot with fantastic views of the front. Really great atmosphere and staff were great. Only let down by the veriety of ciders on offer, half on the menu were unavailable. The four half pints of cider I did try were tasty and reasonably priced for the location, definitely recommend this place for good local flavour and great views.

Very good micropub about 20 minutes walk from Margate railway station. Three cask beers on handpump when I visited including a dark bitter. Plenty of outdoor seating overlooking the harbour.

Great selection of cider and fun local atmosphere

A really nice place to stumble across. Beer and cider selection is pretty good and lots of other drinks are available! Staff dude was cool and nice amount of customers inside and out! Will definitely go back when I'm in the area again! 👍🏼🍺🍺👍🏼

Lovely little shack on the jetty . Had a lovely cider and it has a wonderfull view of margate beach.

Great little pub. Not a wide choice of ale but they were good choices. Cider, wine etc. Lots of character and a friendly welcome. Found it a bit chilly in there on a winters afternoon but we were dressed up.

Thursday 14th December 2023 This pub on Margates Harbour today served 4 gravity beers straight from the barbells, and it's only a small pub, but it's well worth visiting as the landlord served up well kept real ales This pub is a must to visit to drink real ale in Margate

Small menu but the cask was fresh and delicious. Looked like it would be a cosy place in the evenings, lots of seating and board games. Had some live music too

Probably one of the first through the door on a Saturday and one of the pumps ran out within 20 minutes. A bit disappointed

Great beer and atmosphere, try out the variety of ciders and other drinks. In the winter months, try the milled cider, it is so nice and filled with flavour, and warms you up on top. So bloody great

Quintessential Margate Mirco Pub on the harbour wall. Beautiful location, great atmosphere. Cask ales were some of best we tasted in town. Worth the walk out onto the sea wall for the brews and views.

The Harbour Arms is nicely situated at the end of Margate harbour. Nice beers and ciders at reasonable prices and wonderful place to be especially in the summer as it has great views of Margate.

Excellent cider service was great

I did not go there, l was race officer, of the fleet of racing dinghies in the sea off Margate Harbour. This is in a console above all of the small businesses on th harbour arm. I have, since above visited the bar at the sea end of th harbor arm & the coffee shop just beside. Both are pleasant enough for a good rest & a view of Margate from th water position. Th staff are friendly & helpful w reasonable prices & a can do attitude. Worth the effort of walking from th old town.

I came here last week having been drenched by the sea and the owners were so lovely and welcoming. They offered to dry out my shoes and stick the fire on for me. The selection of beers were delicious, and they do cheese boards too. If I ever come back to Margate, this will be the first place I return to

Literally the most friendly guy in Margate running this place. Lovely beers, ciders and other bits. Always had a bowl of water and a treat ready for the dog too. Super nice views to soak in the stunning light

Decent micro pub but we visited 28th August and the indoors was still closed and pints were in plastic cups. Really nice stiing though overlooking the harbour and margate Bay.

Great location, lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon listening to Dub reggae, this pub is located on the opposite side of Margate beach on the same side as the Turner art gallery, when the sun is shining sitting outside feels great and the vibe is very chilled the staff are very friendly.

Best spot in Margate for a beer when the sun's out, beautiful views over main sands and the seafront and nicely shielded from the worst of the winds. Small but great selection of real ales as well as bottles of all the usual stuff. Had a couple of pints with my girlfriend today and was served by the lovely Paul who was great value and offered us tasters before buying. Great spot and we shall defo be back! Cheers

It does what it says on the tin.

A choice of 3 ales at £3.50 a pint. All well kept and very nice. Interior is compact and cosy, the staff friendly and hospitable. A good selection of boardgames are taken up by the clientele and many good conversations ensue. Outside on the harbour wall there is bench seating and tables and external WC's that are shared with the other bar at the end of the harbour arm. All in all a good proper boozer in a lovely location. If you are expecting spit and polish and chicken goujons this is not the place for you. A great way to round off a day in Margate
