Costa Coffee in Thanet

It's a costa, although they specialise in giving you a medium when you order a small!!!

A very good experience. Prices are acceptable. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. There are some sandwiches and sweets in addition to wonderful Costa coffee.

Above average Costa,staff always friendly and service as quick as you could expect.Often arrange meetings here as its so pleasant, probably more than I should!

Relaxed atmosphere to drink your coffee.. Even better when you have a freebie..

Great coffee, best I've had for a long time

Shout out to Emma serving early this morning, who went the extra mile to find me the exact breakfast I craved. Facilities were crispy clean and shelves well stocked.

It's a Costa, what's not to like. Staff are very friendly.

We ordered americano's which were actually just very watery tasteless black coffee.. not what an americano should be. When I politely explained to the girl behind the counter she was pretty rude and said, it should be watery! 🙄 when you're paying £3 a cup in a proper coffee shop you expect better service and knowledge of how to make their coffee properly.

Lovely place in the middle of nowhere on the A299. Always pleasant staff and good coffee and Almond croissants.

As always the food was good the staff done their job. My daughter and I had cheese and ham toastie's and a latte as we always do.

Absolutely atrocious, me and my boyfriend come to this costa most days and have has good service today, we came through drive through and paid for 2 iced salted caramel frappes as we always do. we also get asked would we like “coffee and whipped cream” on our frappes and we always say yes, today we came and got asked about cream that was it. when we got them there was no coffee in them even though they are meant to ask if we do want coffee, and there was also meant to have the salted caramel sprinkles on which didn’t happen, my boyfriend went and spoke to the manager about it and was very unwelcoming, rude, and unpleasant to be around. we think personally for someone who is a manager should have a bit more pride when it comes to there job!

We stopped here for a coffee expecting a higher standard. Unfortunately due most likely staff shortages, we were left to queue at the counter for around 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The poor young lad behind the counter was running around whilst other staff just wondered. Finally got served only to find coffee was not at the right temperature. I couldn't be bothered to complain as the large queue that had grown behind us was still there.

Whereas I cant fault the coffee, the food in Costa is extortionately priced. Costa is Costa. Not much else to say. The staff are always friendly though.

Popped up at 5.10. Says on website closes at eight. Lights on but door locked and cones blocking drive through. Barely legible times on door which was locked. Rang number on website but said it was incorrect number. Confused and disappointed. What ARE opening and closing times. About ten cars in car park. Possibly staff.Rand door bell but no response.

This Costa is out of the way and can be caught at quiet moments so myself and assembled hoards can take it over for an hour or two, they are surprisingly tolerant and very helpful, no problems with drinks so far, a pretty good Costa.

A new takeaway and seating inside and outside. Food very good.

Clean new place, poor service. Had Belgian hot chocolate and was not impressive.

If you want to grab a quick coffee in the morning then go to McDonalds across the road! 25 mins it took me to get a coffee and toast via the drive through this morning and then they still messed my order up. Have had poor service a number of times from this Costa however today was the worst! Beyond useless!

This is by far the best Costa in Thanet. Always kept clean and tables regularly cleared. On the past two occasions they have told me to take a seat and brought the drinks to the table.

New, so nice and shiny 🙂 also calm and quiet when I visited.

Expensive, like most Costa coffee shops. I hd a latte and a bacon cob. The cob was ok, but the latte wasn't up to much.

Absolutely love this Costa, the staff are super friendly and the facilities are always clean which is saying something compared to other Costas in the vicinity..... Went with the dog and teens today and still pleasant... always pop here for coffee and always come away better for the experience 😉🤣

Exactly what you expect from Costa, not the cheapest, but great quality coffee and food.

New, clean store, friendly staff, usual menu away from the Thanet towns and beaches... perfect for the start of a journey, or the end...

Brand new so expected it to be nice which it was, but as in another local branch, again, tables were being cleared without being wiped/sanitised between customers, we made sure to keep the tray under our drinks.

Was served by Keely with a warm smile and cheerful welcome. Took my order with no fuss and helped get my points on app! 👍🏼 It a nice clean shop and relaxing. Coffee good to. Certainly one of the better Costa’s I have been to.

Love Costa Coffee, but the air conditioning in their stores is always too cold. I had to go outside to warm up!

Always clean & tidy, compared to Westwood Cross. But still need to learn how to make a proper Mocha latte 🙂

Medium cappuccino was only half a cup, rest was thin froth. Very poor for Costa.

Ordered a large coffee and the cup was half full. Gave them the benifit that this was a once off. Tried again and this was even worse. Don't use minster drive through

Very friendly staff and quick service

Abysmal. Ordered two drinks & was told to park up. Waited almost 25 minutes & no drinks! A member of staff then left as the place had closed. I left & claimed money back from the bank. Won't be returning!

Great store. Look out for the manager Kyle. He's amazing.
