Great food cooked freshly. Make a super variety of delicious pies. Good gluten-free choices. Separate menu and happy to adapt other menu items where they can. Helpful, friendly accommodating staff.

We always feel so welcome at the new Stag Pub! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the roast dinner is absolutely amazing – one of the best I’ve had! They really look after the kids, making it a great spot for the whole family. Plus, the pool table adds a fun touch to the experience. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fantastic meal and a great time!.. Pat, Jess and their team do an exceptional job xx

Good beers on tap served by a landlord that cares about the quality of his ales. A big garden with a covered section and a play area for the kids. Well worth a visit.

After reading some of the negative reviews on here I was concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel. It turned out to be one of the cleanest Premier Inn's I have stayed in! Staff were friendly, room was presentable and beds were comfy.

Went for lunch with my husband. We’ve passed this place for years and always said about stopping off but had never done so. However today we did and we are kicking ourselves that we didn’t do it sooner! I had lasagne with a side of garlic bread and chips and I can honestly say it’s the best I’ve had! The portion was massive and I couldn’t quite finish it although I had a good go. My husband had the pie and said it was amazing, although it looked a smaller portion than mine he said that the pie was filled to bursting. The garlic mash was amazing and he would not have eaten any more if it had been bigger. We just about managed to share a trillionare tart which did not disappoint. When (I think it may have been the owner/landlady) brought it out and realised we were sharing she actually offered to go get more! Apart from the amazing food the staff were exceptional, the only complaint we have is that it’s not closer to our home but next time we are passing we’ll be coming back for sure! Oh and to top it off the prices are extremely reasonable.

Iv had many takeaway meals delivered they have all been very very good always hot on arrival and packed very well you get large portion which are of great value

Got a delivery and the food was very good, a little pricey, but that’s the times we live in. Was hot and fresh with great flavour. I would have it again.

Plenty of parking available when we visited

The intention was to have a meal in the Spitfire café. I paid a visit to the male toilet and was unable to clean myself properly because of the complete lack of toilet paper, plus paper towels and soap. I pointed this to a female employee of the Café, her reaction was I never go into the male toilet to check the basic facilities, only the ladies toilets. No other attempt was made to replace the missing items. Due to the filthy state of the place, therefore, I made no attempt to order any food. The Spitfire public café, should be shut down, until the basic hygiene standards are met. Kent Country Council Public Health will receive a copy of this review. Under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 the Council has the power to require the provision of sanitary facilities in relevant places which includes places used for "the sale of food or drink members of the public for consumption on the premises".

My partner and I have found the BEST burgers in Kent. A few months ago we drove to Rascal Bay in Manston to play mini golf. We hadn't planned to have lunch beforehand, but boy are we glad we did!!! The burgers were so damn good, that this past Saturday, we literally drove from Folkestone to Manston, just to eat burgers at 'The Tenth Cafe and Bar'. It's super casual, with indoor and outdoor seating. You order your meal at the window and when your buzzer goes off, you collect your meal and pick a spot to enjoy the not delicious, tasty burger. The portion of fries is really generous too! I enjoyed the 'Black and Blue' burger: For all you blue cheese fans like me, this burger is quite simply, TO DIE FOR!!! (see photo of menu attached for detail). My partner enjoyed their new Bacon and Cheese burger with fries and said it was outstanding! Nicola, who is the lovely Soul who expertly prepares and cooks these fabulous meals is friendly, efficient, kind and is wonderful to have a quick chat with, when she isn't busy cooking up a storm! We are more than happy to drive the hour each way, knowing we will be able to enjoy an outstandingly tasty and exceptionally, reasonably priced burger!!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌

Banging food a must try delicious food cant wait for our next visit soon

Lauren served me and my mum tonight. Very good service, felt at ease and very well looked after despite how busy it was . Prawn starter was too small however Lauren took that off bill as she agreed silly small portion for the price. Otherwise very happy and we will be back. Thank you
