The best restaurants in Oxted North and Tandridge Tandridge South East

We came here for my birthday lunch and were blown away by the quality of food, friendly staff, price and overall feel of the place. We did the lunch deal and we were so impressed with how much you got for the price. Our server was so lovely and attentive, and made me feel really special on my birthday. It has the feel of much more expensive Japanese restaurants in London and is a real asset to Oxted. Cannot recommend this place more and we're already planning when we'll be coming back!

This was the 4th time we've been eating here, and it did not disappoint. The food, as always, was exceptionally good. The staff were attentive and engaging on what was a busy evening. I can't recommend Kinjo enough if you are looking for a great Japanese meal and a great night out. Just been back again and still it is top notch.

Grace and Matt were both friendly and accommodating. Both the food and the service is 10/10. Highly recommend!

Food was nice but on paying the bill they charged us £460 when in fact it was £277 ,they did alter the price but it shouldn't have happened in first place ,won't be going again

My partner said ‘it is a trick restaurant’ - it wants you to think it’s better than it is!? The very high price for the tasting menu and wine flight makes you think that you are in for something very special (trick 1) The portion size is very small ( most notably the Pate) trick 2 Staffed by young inexperienced girls with no Matre de onhand to guide and control them Service was slow (70% capacity) Very expensive wine by the glass served pre poured and not a sight of the bottle (the wine should have been served at the table from the shown bottle?) trick 3 Not a special experience and not value for money trick 4

I came to oxford visiting friends after the festive period and we decided this was a lovely little spot to relax and enjoy each other's company. The food was absolutely fantastic with brilliant presentation. I had the fillet steak with homemade chimichurri and it was cooked to perfection. The lovely design of the dishes the food was served on also gave a nice touch. However, the whole thing experience was ruined by what seemed to be the owner getting very angry at one of the young female members of staff, he was shouting in-front of a restaurant full of people and it was incredibly uncomfortable. I won't be returning

We'd just finished touring Hever Castle and were ready for a proper bite to eat. A Google search & short drive later, and we found ourselves plates deep into a well-presented Steak & Ale Pie/Chips & Cajun Chicken Burger/Sandwich. They were both extremely delicious. With Oldies Classic tunes playing in the background, this charming cafe just feeeeels right. The server/service (Alex) was wonderful, as well. We were so amazed at how beautiful our food looked and tasted, we forgot to take photos--embarrassing.... A gem of a place!

Fantastic coffee, the best in the area. Very friendly service. Shop is stocked with wonderfull luxurious items. We definately come back soon.

I was so happy to see brisks in Oxted was open once again as well handy for the nights you really don’t feel like cooking. I always thought a slightly healthier meal than fish & chips as the burgers were thick proper meat and grilled or griddled so most of the fat had left the burger. However we had it tonight for the first time and i couldn’t be more disappointed. First off they’ve stopped the Oreo milkshakes 🤣 but the worse was left to come no longer are the burgers thick and juicing (not greasy) they are now thin extremely greasy patties and I don’t think even when you order 3 in your burger it adds up to the original burgers. My burger was so greasy it made me feel sick (I’d expect this at the fair or roadside) but not when it costs you £12.95 for a cheese burger with bacon. The sweet potato fries were so mushy they might as well have been sweet potato mash. It was also all cold and I collected on time driving only a short distance.The burger box has grease soaked into the paper so some of the grease had actually drained out of the burger. Please bring back the old brisks

What a lovely cafe! Really nice, relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. It was busy on our arrival, so we did have to wait for our food. Because of this we were offered coffees on the house. Good wholesome food also.

I’ve been here yesterday night with a group of 7 people and we all truly enjoyed the experience at this wonderful restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant from the quality of the food , the lovely atmosphere and the highly welcoming and professionalism of all the staff. Since the welcoming to the good-bye all members of staff been engaging with a beautiful energy and nothing was too much trouble. From food runners , waiters and manager they all been great. Big thank you for the kitchen as all the food felt fresh , well presented and delicious to the last bite. The place looks clean with a very elegant decoration. Certainly will not be my last visit. Thank you for all the team for having us. I will see you soon !
