Staff were very tentative and food was soooo tasty, not loads of choice on the menu so what they did have was full of flavour and well presented. So nice to support local and non-chain looking forward to returning☺️

A little gem on a busy road my first visit today with my elderly mum and was made so welcome from an earlier phone call for directions …. Which easy to find So pleased I went excellent food and fantastic valve friendly atmosphere from start to finish I felt like I’d known Nick ( the owner ) and Jackie for years The best bubble and squeak I’ve had in years looking forward to returning soon It may be a small diner but a big personality for a professional business

This fabulous venue is once again staging live music. At the moment only occasionally but events will increase in time. Keep an eye on their website and social media. Intimate venue hosting interesting acts from far and wide.

What a lovely little pub. Really friendly staff and super relaxed. Only stayed 30 mins but wish I'd stayed there the rest of the night. Definitely going back!

Warm and friendly ambiance. Very welcoming. Consistently superb , delicious food served piping hot. Great value for money. Locally sourced fresh produce. Takes a lot of beating Highly recommend.

Went here with my husband and my dad, for the Sunday carvery, we arrived a bit early, but they was fine with that and was shown our table, then asked if we wanted drinks, which we did. Short time later we was asked what meats we would like, the hubby and me chose pork and beef, my dad chose gammon and beef. Now what I really liked about this carvery was, they got your meat ready on the plates then came and got you to go and get the rest of your food, this was done a table at a time, so no standing in a queue waving your plate around. Plenty of both meats was put on our plates, there was plenty of choice vegetable wise, ie cauliflower cheese, swede, brussel sprouts, carrots, cabbage, roast potatoes, Yorkshire puds, stuffing, and best crunchy pork crackling ever!! I ate everything on my plate, really really enjoyed my dinner. Pudding My hubby not a pudding person and my dad was too full up , I chose spotted dick, but I was full up as well so asked if I could take mine home. Which was not a problem, was nice and hot and put in a container for me. All in all, a lovely little pub, in a rural area, staff where lovely, polite and efficient. If you like great homemade food definitely worth a visit. Will definitely be going back again.

Came here for steak night on Thursday, 2 steaks for £30! My steak was cooked to perfection and well seasoned. I had the red wine and shallot sauce which was amazing. Will definitely be back

Yet another gorgeous roast beef dinner. Fresh, hot and lots of it! Friendly family pub, lovely atmosphere and very welcoming. No need to look for anywhere else. Thank you all x

Thank you so much to the wonderful Atilla for hosting my daughter’s “Multigenerational wedding Shower” at the Enchanted Patisserie. We were able to have the place to ourselves after 4pm, for the most amazing afternoon teas for 12 family and friends. The savouries are gorgeous but the cakes are out of this world. Nothing is too much trouble at the Enchanted Patisserie . We all had a fun, relaxed time together enjoying the best afternoon tea in Chester.

Have been here for lunch a few times now, the food has always been great with the added bonus that they have Amstel beer on tap.

The chicken burger was wet, bland, mushy and horrible. The fries were fine so I ate those, I told the staff who served us and they couldn’t care less so I asked if it was possible not to be charged for mine but they said as I’d already tried to eat the burger which I left the rest of as it was a pile of mush and that I had ate the fries they wouldn’t. I asked if they did the online discount they had on their site and they said no it was from a while ago. There was no way of them giving me any form of compensation for my experience in any form. Luckily this place has since shut down.

Love this Costa. Recently renovated and it looks great. So much space inside. I don't like that there's one toilet though. The staff were friendly and very efficient. The place was very clean and had plenty of seating and parking.
