Love this Costa. Recently renovated and it looks great. So much space inside. I don't like that there's one toilet though. The staff were friendly and very efficient. The place was very clean and had plenty of seating and parking.

This Costa outlet offers both a cafe and drive through. The general atmosphere is clean and efficient. It must be noted that the cafe closes 1 hour before the drive through.

Be aware ,if you want to sit in for a coffee, they close at 6pm NOT 7pm (that's drive through only)

Lovely peaceful environment for a stop on your journey. Clean, well laid out and service with a smile. Easy for wheelchair access, too.

The cleanest, most stylish service area I've ever visited. Service was slow though, and there were only 2 people there. I suspect it's because it's relatively new.

Always a nice experience when visiting this Costa. All the staff, especially Ryan (whom still served us after they were shut, we read the opening times wrong) are always friendly. Highly recommend.

I am Very regular at costas everywhere. Also a frequent drive through user at this costa. Always had fantastic service from the start except today. Served by a bloke who definitely did not understand what customer service is. No courtesy, no service; appalling behaviour. Seemed to be agitated because we took some time (not long at all) whilst deciding what to order and then decided to request a babycino when arrived at the window to pay. He made us feel like we were a nuisance. Really no place for people like him to be doing this job. Complete misfit. Costa I apologise. My first ever bad experience but enough to spoil my mood and urge me to leave this review. You ought to train him better or replace him!!!!!

We had dinner at Costa Coffee along the way and it was a wonderful experience. It was quite quiet in the restaurant, which created a relaxed atmosphere. The food was really tasty and we enjoyed a large iced coffee with caramel. The prices were slightly higher than normal, but considering the quality and portions it was quite reasonable. Conclusion: Costa Coffee is a nice place for a break on the road. Delicious food, great iced coffees and a relaxed atmosphere make it well worth it, even with slightly higher prices. Highly recommended for coffee lovers and gourmets.

Peaceful pit-stop in a historical building set slightly away from the busy A2 dual carriageway. Usual Costa menu; service was very pleasant and the toilets clean.

A hidden gem! I have just visited for the first time a brand new Costa located on A2 northbound between Canterbury and Faversham. It’s a lovely, light and spacious Costa, although a little quiet as I don’t believe all the roadside signage is in place yet. The staff are all attentive, helpful and waiting to serve with a smile… one of the best Costa experiences to date - and I’ve been in a few!!! There is both sit in and drive through at this location, with lots of parking… absolutely recommend, not just if you are passing by, but also as a destination in its own right! I will definitely be back!! ☕️☕️☕️☕️

I REALLY wanted to love this place. It's my birthday today, so I decided to treat the family. Ive been experimenting with cooking Nigerian dishes recently and wanted to see how my home cooking compares (nigerian beef stew with homemade cassava root fufu was the culinary highlight of my year haha!) We ordered beef Egusi stew with pounded yam. And another stew (not Okro because I knew I wouldn't like the slimy texture). There was one small cube of edible beef in each of the two portions of Egusi, and the rest was tongue, gristle, and tripe. I guess it is likely quite authentic, but for a UK palate, we all found it completely inedible. The other stew had the exact same bits of "meat". We don't call offal "beef" in the UK so this came as a really unpleasant surprise. The chicken suya portion was tiny. It's described as "chicken skewers" - there's absolutely no way you'd have gotten a skewer through the pieces we were given as they were at least 70% bone. There is literally more bone than chicken. Way too much chili (and I like my food fiery), and not a hint of peanut, unfortunately. Like I said, I really wanted to love this place but I've just spent £62 on three meals, three sides, and a can of coke. The can of coke was the only thing out of the whole order that we've been able to use. Expensive experience as I had to buy McDonalds to feed everyone as the meals we had purchased werent edible. I think I'll stick to my home cooking, following online recipes. I did learn today that I'm not a fan of pounded yam. I much prefer cassava root fufu so I guess that's saved me making pounded yam.
