Food great and good value as always. However the diet coke bottles have got much smaller in size (but same price) and not sufficient to hydrate. Therefore needed to order to two which was expensive and disproportionate. Come on wagamamas - sort it out and stop selling miniature coke bottles at full price!

It was a waste of money. Please don't go there. I'm a 40 person. I know what I did order I tried twice last week but unfortunately it was waste of money. No good food. Thank you very much. Go there if you want to waste your money. Thank you

We arrived and we’re not greeted warmly , I had booked but a table was not ready. It took an age to get a drink and then we were informed that the main courses were £2 more than advertised and all the rest £1 more it felt like we were being ripped off The food was ok but too much salt , cash only that tells you about the restaurant. The toilets were sticky and unclean . First and last visit

Hemos estado en este restaurante varias veces y me gusta el ambiente tranquilo. La comida es un poco más caro de lo que normalmente para así que tienden a reservar para ocasiones especiales. La característica excepcional para nosotros es la voluntad del chef para adaptar platos para la cena y son siempre servicial en tratar con mi intolerancia gluten.

My favourite local italian. best pizzas ever. Very accomodating to kids and toddlers even if they make some mess. Good selection of vegetarian options.

I recently visited The Titanic pub for some work drinks, and was pleasantly surprised by how good the customer service and atmosphere were! The new owners are very welcoming, friendly and chatty. Although it was very busy (it was its opening night), the bar staff worked very hard to serve everyone as quickly as they could, the drinks were very well made and well priced. The pub itself is well decorated, clean and tidy. Despite there only being one toilet cubicle in the ladies', it is well kept and well stocked with loo roll, soap and hand towels. Well worth a visit!

Jasmine gave excellent service, was very attentive and friendly. Asking us which table we would like and solving any issues we had quickly.

I go to coffee #1 frequently. The main reason, apart from the great coffee, is the staff. Very friendly and polite. Last time I went though there were two new people. They couldn't- and didn't even try to- hide they wanted to close the shop and go home. The man collected the outside chairs and tables half an hour before closing time, put away the water bottles instead of refilling them, an hour before closing time. He even asked to take our tray when I believe there was no rush. They lady at some point said really loudly something like " I really want to go home." I understand it was Friday afternoon but that behaviour only makes customers feel unwelcome. Please keep the old staff on Fridays, when I usually visit the place. They are lovely.

Nice, small/medium size Genting Casino. Very clean, friendly staff and good area for watching sport on large screen. Called in a few times during August to try the slots. On each occasion Casino appeared about 40% capacity in relation to players present to slots. However all slots that appeared to be available had a reserved card on screen preventing use. Where were all these people? Smoking break? Toilet break? At Bar? No none of these, observation revealed that the players were putting a reserved card on the screen whilst playing another!! I understand Casinos may be okay with this during quiet periods but this selfishness by the players is poor etiquette and does not allow others to experience the pleasure of the slots.

Friendly and professional staff. Lovely selection of cakes. Nice environment. Good place for a pit stop coffee and snack or lunch whilst shopping.

Stumbled here while drunk last night and oh my god, what amazing food. Usually when you ask for lots of jalapeños on salad you get about 3, they gave me about 15. Not sure what you add to the chicken doner kebab but it’s absolutely delicious. Palatable the next morning too which is a bonus. Decent price too. Got yourselves a customer for life!

Walked in off the street after seeing the street advertising for Peri Peri. This is a lovely little restaurant in downtown Southampton. A good range on the menu and very well priced. NOTE: No licence so cold drinks only - no problem for me. Food was cooked well and came well presented and hot. Very tasty! Staff lovely and toilet extra clean! Would I return? Yes I would.

Food and drink (breakfast offer) were OK but staff were a total waste of time. Took them an age to serve and the rewards system was not working so when I asked for a receipt I was greeted the they were not available.

Both our sandwiches were wrong. How difficult is it? You tell me. When we complained, the manager was all about, "drama." He needs some training before getting into hospitality. Ridiculous.
