Comida y bebida (oferta de desayuno) estaban bien, pero el personal era una pérdida total de tiempo. Les tomó una edad para servir y el sistema de recompensas no estaba funcionando, así que cuando pedí un recibo me recibieron y no estaban disponibles.

Por las veces que he estado allí la mitad de su personal no puede entender ni una sola palabra de lo que digo. Siempre pido un Large Latte pero las últimas veces que me sirvieron estos dos estaba completamente jodido. ¿Cómo puede la gente obtener la palabra Avena y Naranja de la palabra grande.

Vegan sausage roll is a disaster, uncooked splodgy mess. Returned and told that’s what it is supposed to be like. No refund offered. Nice and polite staff.

Long queue, waited for sometime, when we got to the counter the sausage rolls were burnt , not sure why they were still put out to be sold. Furthermore a staff member came out with a tray of what looked like chicken bakes and literally threw them into the display counter some falling out. We and a few customers left Very poor standard today very disappointing

Always great experience in this store.Staff is very friendly and coffee is great. Sweets are always fresh and store looks clean👍

We love greggs and noticed the new store couldnt resist a sausage roll cuppa and spixy chicken bites managed to a table it was busy but people were being serviced quickly and the service was friendly

Love greggs, cant go wrong only complaint is sometimes the food is cold, and service is slow but its a very busy store so this is expected.

Amazing palce for a quick meal, shame they dont warm up your sausage else it would be great. still they are good.

Excellent breakfast and a good price. Bacon roll is a must... Cheese and sausage wraps are very good. Cappachino are a must, half the price of other coffee shops.

We have been there for a coffee after our lunch.Even if it was queue we didn't wait to much to have our drinks

Great food and service but let down due to being unclean in the eating area . Not that busy at the time and I totally understand that it's a minimum wage outfit so don't blame the staff. I blame the company for not employing an extra crew member to cover the house keeping to make costumer satisfaction a priority especially as so may competitors are opening nearby looking to take away business.5 cakes make an hours wages in places like this . Cost to companies is about 18p for the cakes " do the maths " pull your socks up Greggs and invest into more staff "

I had two eclairs for a quick breakfast. There was a line that moves quickly. The eclairs were very good. This was almost the only place near the Premier Inn City Center that was open before 11:00 AM. It is located above the Bar, which is an old city gate.

Pretty much a standard Greggs, good food, friendly staff, quick service, generally clean. What more is there to say, you know what you're getting.

Lugar perfecto para hacer una parada entre paseo y compras, para tomarse un café o comer y saciar el hambre, buena variedad de cosas rica, ademas muy economico, esta en la calle principal.

Pretty standard Greggs experience! You know going in what you're going to get; neither bad nor fantastic baked goods but a reliable way to cure a hunger pang. The vegetable pasty I bought wasn't hot, despite the shop having just opened, and was pretty average. The jammy heart biscuit was nice and a decent size. I can't really complain for the price paid but don't expect anything amazing!

I was a Solent student and during a busy day at Uni I decided to go to Greggs between lessons for something quick. I have had the sausage roll which was cold and tasted like chemical. I am from Cyprus and the pastries there far outweigh the one I have tried. That was the worst experience I have ever had in a bakery. Definetely not reccomended.

Pasties and sausage rolls galore. Staff are efficient and friendly. What's not to like? Tasty and reliable.

A menudo se utilizan Greggs antes de trabajar. Completamente desanime ahora después consistentemente recibir comida fría, incluso si la tienda acaba de abrir sus puertas. Personalmente no soy un gran fan de esperar en una cola durante un rato, para grosero servicio y comida fría, así que me estoy tomando mi negocio en otro lado

Stayed over in Southampton for my boyfriends work and had to hit the road early. Dived in here for breakfast and enjoyed the bacon butties and tea. Service good and cooked quickly. Not far from the Slug and Lettuce.

This can be a busy shop but on numerous occasions when I have been in here the bakes and sauage rolls have been slightly warm at best and the chiller nearest the door doesn't seem to work.The service is quick and some members of staff can be friendly and others need to smile a bit more.
