A really badly organised restaurant and staff. They may have been short staffed but told us nothing about having to wait or any issues. No one seemed to have a particular role. We sat outside and no one came to take our order. I went to get someone eventually. The server then took our order and that of others waiting. We ordered two cokes to drink. Another 15 minutes and we got two diet cokes. They were taken away to be replaced but again no one returned. We had to ask again. Food sat waiting to be taken to tables so it was luke warm. We received a 10% discount but would not return. It may be a different story when it is quiet but don’t go if it is busy.

I booked a table for 5.30pm on the Saturday of the Bank Holiday weekend. We arrived on time and were met by a greeter who showed us to a table and told someone would be out to take our order. We were passed several times by staff as they waited other table and after nearly 15 minutes we had to grab a member of staff to place a drinks order and get food menus. We ordered a Peroni and cocktail, a few minutes later we were told they couldn't do the cocktail so another was chosen. A different waitress brought our drinks, a Peroni and different cocktail to the one I ordered - it was replaced about 5 minutes later correctly. Nearly 30 minutes after our arrival we had again needed to grab the same server to explain we only had another 45 minutes and were worried we wouldn't be able to eat in time, she apologised took our order and said she'd get the kitchen to prioritise. The food then came quickly and the starters were delicious, the mains followed but again one order was incorrect having ordered the duck macaroni cheese and receiving the classic macaroni cheese - hard to believe given I'd pointed to both the cocktail and main course when placing the order. Again, both meals were lovely and we ate quickly. We decided to go inside to pay, the server returned promptly with the card machine presenting it to me and seemed surprised when I asked for a copy of the bill. As we'd received the wrong food we wanted to check the bill - thankfully, the bill was correct to what we had received. Overall, the food was good, but the bar busy with a stag do and the attention lacking - particularly given we'd booked and were expected. We'll likely not choose to visit again any time soon.

Food was ok, however my server got my poke bowl sauce pot out of the fridge, put it ON THE FLOOR to pick up another, then put my sauce pot IN MY POKE BOWL. He made me a new bowl when I pointed this out. I wouldn't eat from there again as food hygiene is obviously a problem!

When we were there the food was nice however both myself and husband got food poisoning. I'm just glad I didn't give any to my baby.

It is a great sports bar, in a great location. The food is on point and tastes delicious. The staff are very helpful and friendly, with quick service. Overall, an enjoyable experience.
