Ordered on Deliveroo last time and the chips had changed from the delicious ones they used to be, but weren’t awful so wanted to give them another chance.. Wrong order & the chips this time were hard and tasteless. Sophie’s cafe USED to be so good! There must be new management or something :( Really disappointed. For the prices you should not be getting orders wrong and hard chips. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I had a fantastic time at Terra Brazil Rodizio! The meats were flavorful and cooked to perfection, and the variety was impressive. We loved the açaí bowl. 😀 The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we always had what we needed. The atmosphere was warm and lively, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great Brazilian dining experience!

Went in for a drink and was served by a very stroppy rude young girl with dark hair who made us feel as if we shouldn’t be there. This has the potential to be a very nice pub if staff were nicer and didn’t make you feel like you shouldn’t be there. No wonder the pub only had five other customers in there, we will not be going back.

I ordered from Nando’s Addlestone last night and had one of the worst delivery experiences ever. I ordered a chicken pitta with extra pulled chicken, chicken wings, mac and cheese, and creamy mash for my daughter. What I received? Only the pitta without the extra chicken I paid for. The rest of the order for my daughter was completely missing. I received some garlic bread I didn’t order, clearly showing they messed up my order at the restaurant. I called customer service and spent 50 minutes on the phone only to be told they couldn’t refund me, couldn’t send the missing food, and couldn’t even contact the restaurant to check what went wrong. Instead, I was repeatedly told to fill out an online form, attach pictures, and wait 48 hours. So instead of fixing their mistake, they left me with work to do. No dinner for my daughter, no compensation, just wasted time and frustration. I have the full phone call recorded. Needless to say I tried to call the restaurant many times without luck. This was beyond unacceptable. My family and I will never order from Nando’s again.

i ordered plain chicken wings but they had some medium sauce on them. i ate them but let our server know just in case there had been some cross contamination. they still offered a free dessert for me and one for my partner too! great service will definitely be coming back.

Al-min has closed down and has been taken over by another company!!! My other half just went down to check where our online order has go too, but it's closed down! Don't order via justeat, ubereats or food hub as they haven't been updated yet

I placed a order on a Saturday night for collection, bit of a wait as it was busy however, I think he is the shift manager with glasses, blonde short hair? Was absolutely fantastic, very nice lad.. he was very friendly even though I could see he was stressed due to workload. Whoever you are, our superman for the kids during this wet weather!

Having arrived late at my daughter’s in New Haw we decided to feast on a banquet courtesy of the Colonel. Not being expertly proficient in IT I decided to place our order via the KFC app and opt for collection. Job done, Order placed and paid for, I headed to the franchises to collect our much anticipated bags of delight. Order collected, I headed to my daughters house to be greeted by four eagerly waiting faces, Managing to manoeuvre my way to the kitchen and avoiding the circling vultures I placed the bags on the worktop. Seconds later, I heard the screams and anger, missing items ! Not only were there missing items but they were my daughter’s order, no gravy or chips. Not wanting to be asked to leave her house, I offered her a share of my gravy and chips. Once the rules regarding double dipping were established, we tucked in. Then disaster, Imagine my disappointment when half way through my Zinger box meal, I discovered my Buffalo Bites chaser were also missing 🤬 I cannot criticise the quality of the food, delicious as always, but the missing items caused unhappiness. I should have known better, it must be part of the training package to disappoint customers by not placing all of the items ordered into the bag. Remember folks, check the contents of your KFC bags prior to leaving the premises.
