I want to thank all the Google reviewers that left their HONEST opinions of ONE STAR RATINGS regarding the quality of food and lack of service at this restaurant. It saved me from probably organising a terrible PARTY FOR EIGHT PEOPLE in MID AUGUST . When so many people take the time to leave valid comments that are basically all the same there must be so much TRUTH in what they say.

I had a fantastic time at Terra Brazil Rodizio! The meats were flavorful and cooked to perfection, and the variety was impressive. We loved the açaí bowl. 😀 The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we always had what we needed. The atmosphere was warm and lively, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great Brazilian dining experience!

£64 foot two buffet meals and two soft drinks! The selection of food was poor to say the least typed of by being quite cold. Trust me chicken lasagne served at room temperature is quite unpleasant to eat. Unfortunately the rest was of a similar standard. I must say the steak selection looked okay for the more expensive option but I didn’t fancy trying to eat £50 worth of steak in a Sunday lunch time. Very disappointing.

Great food options here. The quality of the meats from the BBQ option are very good. The service is excellent. The server is prompt. It was a little quiet in there but otherwise very nice.

Very poor buffet, the servers very slow and meat to much garlic. Only the entertainment was half decent .

Walked in and was stood by the door for about 10 minutes til someone noticed us , not a single person sat inside so no excuse . Paid for the buffet and wasn’t offered drinks til about 20 mins later , staff lounging around talking extremely loudly making me and my colleagues extremely uncomfortable , food was absolutely disgusting I had to vomit it out and was told to tell them beforehand ? Was I meant to know your food was going to make me vomit , the manager was atrocious and had no care in serving gone off food , will not visit ever again they will try to intimidate you and make you feel like you’re a ghost , service was atrocious.

This is my second time here, the forst time was great but this time not so much. I don't think ill be back any time soon... the service was slow and the buffet was pretty basic. Not a big variety of meats either.

We went on a quiet night and had wonderful service. The meat, carved at the table, was superb.

I visited here with a couple of friends in February 2025 and was really pleased with my meal. Not only was the meat great tasting but it also kept on coming and I felt for £35 a head you really get your moneys worth at this restaurant. There was also a fantastic selection of beers on tap I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will definitely be visiting again in the future

I love having dinner with my family here! The seasoning and service are outstanding! 😍 The staff is always friendly, including the cook, who is a great guy. Today we were leaving and the waiter Estanio asked if we had eaten the pineapple yet. We said no. He made sure to ask for pineapple for us to help with digestion. He was super attentive! Thank you all. We are always well taken care of!❤️

Absolutely fuming!!! Booked table of 9 for mid day. Confirmed day before that 5 are children and would it be ok to have pizza and told yes. Day came and we went the waitress was dismissive and wouldn’t listen when we said we had booked. She sat us down and only two small drink menus between nine. Then when asking for food menus she didn’t understand us well. She then said there are no pizzas until 6pm. When asked to speak to the manager got told there wasn’t one in the restaurant. Asked for kids menus and told there wasn’t one even though it’s advertised on the windows. Absolutely disgusted and children disappointed.

This is the second time I have been to Terra Brazil. The food was quite nice and it was great to have the opportunity to taste dishes you would not commonly find in the UK. The meat was generally really nice, there were some cuts that were a little too salty or just tasted a bit strange. However that could just be down to how different Brazilian food is. Service was at best mediocre, the person serving us didn't seem to the know the menu and two of the three cocktails we had were acceptable (Just) we had to send one back as it was as salty as the sea and undrinkable. Considering the price for each cocktail, they were very, very underwhelming. When we first arrived there was quiet music playing the background, not sure why but as the night went in they cracked the music right up. I don't mind loud music but they were obviously playing it from YouTube and at times it was very random ads and deafening. It was quite an expensive night, we did enjoy our time out. But I don't think I will be going back to the Addlestone restaurant for a while if ever. Shame as the concept is great and the guy coming round with the meat was really nice. We had a good chat and a laugh with him.

Excellent food, atmosphere, service. Individually, our group had meals from £20, £30, £40 per per person depending on how far one wants to go. Enjoyed our evening out, what more could you ask for! :)

Just been to this restaurant and I must say it was very disappointing We was shown to a table with no menus at all Waited thirty minutes for service Then chose the full buffet .food was bland and cold waited another 25mins for meat to be calved which was ok but very salty Drinks took forever the girl serving us never had a clue trying to take our plates before we had finished same with coffee cups then when we got the bill noticed it was now £34 per head not £29 as advertised and some how wanted to charge another £15.00service charge for what service which we had removed overall a very poor restaurant won’t be recomending it any time soon A real pity because it could be a very nice place Dec 24

Probably the best Brazilian grill in the UK! The meats are succulent, and they had all my favorites— picanha, chicken hearts, grilled pineapple, and Brazilian cheese bread. The service was excellent, and a special shout-out to Francisco, who was super friendly and kept us company. He went above and beyond, constantly checking what kinds of meat we wanted and heading straight to the kitchen to prepare them for us. Truly 5-star service!

Had a wonderful dining experience at this Brazilian barbecue restaurant in Addlestone. The flavors were absolutely fantastic, with a great variety of perfectly cooked meats. The service was friendly and attentive, making the evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious and authentic barbecue experience! Francisco treated us well.

Nice restaurant, good service but try to avoid certain things.. they refill the mayonnaise from a huge bucket that they keep out back when you request a new bottle and some of the meats were very fatty. Atleast they serve nice cold drinks but they really need to sort out the budget aspects of the services. They've compromised the quality abit unfortunately. If you stick to just meat and chips you can't go too wrong though just don't eat the sauces if you care about what you are putting inside your body! When I last visited one year ago was a much better experience but they seem to have reduced down the menu, didn't even serve onion rings anymore!

Sadly disappointing We decided to eat there as one of the group had done so before and enjoyed it Service was very slow We paid extra to get the meat skewers and we hardly got any. They did agree to a reduction in the bill but still disappointed with the whole experience

Awful awful awful. The food is shocking as well as the service. The restaurant was pretty much empty for a Saturday night and there’s a reason for this. Me and my partner was in there for about 20 mins and left and was charged £50!!! As soon as we left my partner threw up the food as it was revolting. The beef flaps were more chewy than a 60 year old prositute.

Twice in a week.. once just with my wife before the cinema and one with the grandkids after the cinema. I love their picanha, my favourite cut, and they give me it every time I ask. I try to go back when I can.

We went to have a friend catch up. The music was so loud that even asked them to turn it down we still couldn’t hear each other. Lots of different side dishes but unfortunately all the vegetables were in the chilled section. The meat was very enjoyable. It was a pleasant evening with a good live singer.

I was deeply disappointed with my experience at this restaurant, especially as a Brazilian who values authentic Brazilian cuisine. The food quality was subpar and did not represent the flavors or quality one would expect. The restaurant atmosphere was notably empty, which felt unsettling, and there was no sign of freshly cooked meat, which is a staple in Brazilian dining. Additionally, the customer service left much to be desired. The current manager seemed unprepared, which affected the overall experience, especially compared to the previous management, which was far more attentive. Given the high prices, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Amazing food and amazing service.

Not the best rodisio we've been too. Layout was OK, chairs were comfy. Food was okish. The buffet was disappointing. Only a few different salads and one version of the black bean stew. Would have liked more options. Service could have been a bit friendlier and helpful. Even though we had booked and reserved a table for our wedding anniversary, we were shown to a table near the front door where a cold wind was blowing in rather than one of the empty snugs. After about 45 mins, a dj started making a racket (well over 80db) so we couldn't hear each other so left rather than having dissert or more drinks. Won't be returning.

I went to another restaurant of this franchise and everything was perfect. This restaurant is not at the same level unfortunately 😕 The tables are with benches, with velvet on the cushions, almost impossible to pass and very uncomfortable for the guests in the corner. It is not a good choice for a buffet restaurant. Then, the buffet was nice but the choices are less than in the other restaurant and they left the foil on top of the plates to keep them warm, but esthetically it was a mess. The food was good. For the rodizio, we stayed 2 and a half hours and I think that they passed once every 20 minutes with the meat and the choice was limited. Steak, steak with garlic, picanha, chicken sausage, chicken, and one cut that I'm not sure what was it. Except for the picanha, that is always amazing, the rest of the meat was...ok. nothing special. As dessert we had acai ice cream, a cream caramel cake and I ordered the banoffee pie. When they served the ice cream and the caramel cake, they said something regarding the cook didn't do the cake. But it wasn't really clear and at the end I understood that my banoffee pie wasn't available. They didn't ask if we wanted something else instead, they just left us there with these 2 desserts. The bill was high. We were 5 people, £43 per person. And we ordered only 2 glasses of house wine, 2 juices and 1 beer. I'm sorry but I'm not going back here again.

Crap cuts of meat, overall poor service, like a ghost town inside so that means the "sides" are sat there for hours and a poor selection of sides at that, if you want a proper Brazilian meat place find a bem brasil it makes this place look like a homeless shelter kitchen, wouldn't eat here again if it was free

No wonder the place was less than half full. Self-serving food was very poor and not many options. Meat was coming very slowly and only 3 kinds. To finish the desert was a chocolate cake was hard to eat. The staff was nice though. Charging those prices you would expect to have nicer foods. First and last visit for me

Visited tonight with 4 work colleagues...2 from Brazil and 3 of us from UK. Loved the restaurant straight away...nice warm lighting and furnishings, staff really friendly and welcoming plus it was nice for one lady in our party who didn't speak much English, to chat with the staff in Portuguese 🫶 The food was amazing...off the charts and plenty of it too! Good selection of meats, salads and traditional Brazilian sides...absolutely delicious. Will definitely be returning. Obrigado 😘

Not too difficult to find parking. Another day we went to have a pizza there. Ind it was delicious as well. With true pieces of meat. Recommended this place

I went there recently with my Brazilian girlfriend to treat her to a 'taste from home.' It was absolutely delicious, loads to choose from and she said it was a genuine authentic Brazilian experience. The staff are Brazilian and have brought their culinary skills to the UK. We will be coming back regularly x

Met at the door by a chap who (if I’m generous with the description)… ‘forgot’ to tell us there was a lower set price other than the £30 for the buffet and meat. The same gent was later sat browsing property websites at the front ‘greeters desk’. Having been given the bill, the optional “restaurant tax” as it was described to me was asked to be removed from the bill. Very odd experience… but the food was fab.

Food was undercooked and had clearly been on the cooker being kept warm for a while! Buffet food was dry again been sitting out under the bulbs for hours as there was layer of skin cooking on top of the food. Meats came out but were not many options when serviced by the cook. NOT HALAL Update: still lying about being halal in July 2024. First off it took a long time to be acknowledged at the door and seated. My partner called in advance and book to check it was halal and they confirmed. They also call themselves halal everywhere on the internet. The meat that was served was mediocre and salty. Then the server brought over two skewers one had chicken wrapped in bacon and the other had chicken. We were shocked. How can they claim to be halal when bacon fat is dripping all over the chicken? The waitress explained that the server was new. Quite frankly that is not our problem. If you are going to open up a restaurant and call yourselves halal it is your job to ensure your staff know what that means. Who know what’s going on behind the scenes if that’s how they serve food in front of you! It is deeply disturbing that this restaurant thinks they can use “halal” when it is not. They may use meat that is halal but they are not serving halal meal. There is gross cross contamination. We refused to pay and only paid for our drinks and left. The halal certificate should be revoked.

I had dinner with my friends here on a Friday. The buffet spread was delicious. The meat steaks were soft, succulent and juicy added to the good variety of cuts. The pineapple was the icing on the cake after the heavy dinner. Amazing dining place for anyone who has the appetite to eat different types of meat and enjoy the wonderful hospitality of the staff.

After many times eating at Terra Brazil Restaurant . I never been so disappointed. Buffet was Empty. Missing lot of food. Asked the staff for assistance . Never came back or replacing food / top up! Never happen... at Saturday evening around 8pm !! Poor communication with Customers. I was so disappoint tonight. Quality of Food has dropped Horrendous !! Male toilet dirty and Toilet seat was missing.

I’m not one to write reviews when it comes to restaurants. However on this occasion I feel it’s a must. We visited tonight for my birthday meal, my god what amazing food. Would definitely recommend the BBQ meat option. Beef, Pork, Lamb, chicken. All the meat melted in the mouth. There are other options for those who are not bbq meat lovers. The staff themselves are friendly & happy to chat with us. We will definitely be returning and bringing more people with us.

My son celebrated his 13th birthday at Terra Brazil Addlestone. Mr. Francisco, the owner, ensured the 10 boys enjoyed some of the best cuts they had ever tasted. Along with the salad bar and hot dishes, the boys were thrilled with the experience, and my son was overjoyed. The staff was kind and efficient. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Francisco! You made my son's birthday unforgeatable!

1st time eating here tonight. The food is amazing! Quality ingredients. Fresh food. Genuine friendly service. Value for money. What more can you ask for. Normally we eat in the cowboy restaurant in Addlestone as a treat for the kids. They loved it here tonight. Help yourself buffet, meats off skewers and both the banoffee pie and chocolate and coconut cake were delicious. They give it a 10/10.

Our first visit. We'd been to a similar meat focused place a few years ago. Nice setting, very clean and efficient friendly staff. We all went for the meat plus buffet option. Sadly pretty much all of the meat options were tough and chewy and the buffet was bland and luke walm. I'll not be going back sadly, I wanted to love it.

Just to set the scene, my husband and I were working away from home and arrived at the restaurant tired after driving 200 miles and working all day. We had contemplated cancelling our reservation, but are glad we didn't! The service was relaxed, friendly and beautifully efficient, the food was outstanding with options to suit every palette and the ultimate testament is that my 'foodie' husband, who usually finds something amiss when we eat out, had no comments apart from "delicious" and "Wow". Thank you to the guys at Terra Brazil Rodizio and we'll see you again soon.
