A great takeaway for fish and chips and Chinese. Good choice on the menu for Chinese. Reasonably priced. Takes cash only payments.

Went with a group of friends it took 45 minutes for food to come mine never came at all asked 3 times where my food was after waiting over a hour still no sign of my food all my friends had ate there's I asked for a refund I had no apology only when one of my friends said I should at least have a free drink was when I was offered one terrible service ill never go there again

Extremely frustrated when trying to redeem a voucher for a free coffee after collecting enough stamps. Was told to pay extra before I could have my coffee which was meant to be free. Barista refused to take the extra charge off and had zero customer service skill. After raising my issue with Customer Support several times over the past four weeks I not had one reply from Neros. Clearly not interested in customer care just profit

Been here a few time now But was here Easter Monday for lunch. We had the Scott Egg on the starter menu And the pie for main can't find anything wrong with the food or drinks

Went to this restaurant for a birthday with family. Our waitress was very pleasant and helpful. Drinks came quickly and the food was good. We had a really enjoyable meal and time.

We have been going hear for several years for breakfast, but after today's grumpy service (not from the new lad who was working hard), we shall not be going back. You are in the hospitality industry and a smiling face is all we expect.

I am a great fan of Cook BUT the Chicken Alexander was totally bland and tasteless. I like quite bland food BUT this was beyond bland....completely tasteless and a complete disappointment. Sorry Cook - I like many of your dishes BUT this was a complete disappointment and did not live up to expectations in any way - bland, nondescript and even a full bodied glass of red wine could not recoup the situation.

I went to get a small pizza with my friend, and mine said 20 minutes but when it said it was ready nothing happened. I waited an extra 10 minutes and asked where it was, I asked multiple times and nobody answered. Eventually, somebody came and gave me my pizza and it was sat waiting for 15 minutes and came cold, my friend experienced the same problem and she had to wait an extra 23 minutes. Not impressed at all.

Had a sausage roll here today for £3.70- whilst it tasted great the service from the older lady here was abrupt and rude. Also I would heavily suggest removing the ‘Ranga Yum Yum’ from your store as this is a very offensive and derogatory term and caused my wife a great deal of upset. Do better!

Come most days in the morning, owners are very friendly and so are the staff loveley coffee ☕️

Freezing cold pizza never answer the phones won't exchange the food and don't where gloves avoid Banstead dominoes this is not the first time I have been given cold food
