Domino's Pizza in Reigate and Banstead

Freezing cold pizza never answer the phones won't exchange the food and don't where gloves avoid Banstead dominoes this is not the first time I have been given cold food

I have ordered a chicken feast and paid £20, delivery was quick but most probably because there was no food in it anyway... Avoid this place at any cost. Pictures attached. Undercooked chicken wings as well.

I visited this branch to enquire about catering for a party. With a number of questions I had expected good customer service and someone knowledgeable about what they sell. When I asked if they cater for children with a celery allergy, the only response I got was … we have standard recipes and only cater for gluten free. He had no idea what allergens were present in the food he sold. And he had no interest in helping me cater for the event: would never go back .

Ordered a Dominos on Saturday night from the Banstead brunch. Delivery driver knocked on the door to which my 13 year old sister answered. We do have a dog that is territorial naturally and does bark when the door bell goes. firstly, the delivery driver tells the dog to shut up & was rude and blunt with a 13 year old girl. Never write reviews, but thought this was disgusting and unprofessional.

Terrible service. The pizza was not cooked properly parts of my order was missing, ruined my evening and appetite. NEVER AGAIN Total S****

Order every Friday, tonight pizza very bland and tasteless 3 quarters of two large pizza binned, due to not having any tomato paste on base

Absolutely appalling customer service this evening, both manager and delivery personnel rude and unhelpful. After receiving a wrong order, refusal to ensure that the correct order was delivered. Have been a customer of Domino's pizza at this and other branches for years and now doubt that I'll ever want to return. Over to you Papa John's!

Called after an hour to find out where pizza is.... told my order was cancelled by mistake!! Re ordered... as typing this 50 minutes later.... no pizza arrived. Shocking service and really poor for FAST FOOD!!!!!

Pizza ordered at 4pm for a 5.15 delivery for my sons 7th birthday party. Arrived 25min late with no explaination. This isnt the first time, they seem to not be able to cope with weekend orders as this has happened before whereby we had over an hour late order. Not good enough dominos for the prices you charge!!!

The food was slow , my order arrived 45 mins late and cold . The guy who delivered it didn’t smile and looked as if he would rather be somewhere else .
