The best restaurants in Reigate and Banstead South East

Really friendly owner and lovely staff. We’ve always been taken care of, it’s always clean, welcoming and good vibes! The drink selection is great and they’re very accommodating for big groups. Highly recommend for events and night outs! If there’s anything your group ever needs the owner will always try and cater.

Freds está situado en Osterley supermercado Tesco extra. Visité recientemente para el almuerzo. Básicamente, vende sandwiches y bebidas, además puedes comprar ensaladas y pasteles. El sistema de pedidos parece complicado pero los serviciales camareros me llevó a través de esta. Pedí un pollo parmigiana sub y una taza refrescos de refrescos. El subcomité estaba muy sabrosa pero un poco demasiado salsa de tomate hizo soportar para comer. El personal era muy servicial. Vale la pena una visita si va de compras en los Tescos

Food and drinks were very good. Desserts were lovely and were priced right well. Nicely decorated for Xmas! Our server Alice was brilliant as well!

Planning permission was eventually received for conversion of the pub into residential units - and work has now commenced on the car park. A great pity - as this pub has played a large part in the lives of the local Reigate Hill community for many decades, and now has gone forever.

Open on Christmas Day... Nicely busy with cheerful staff. We go there a lot. But the Banstead store is looking tired and could do with a refresh, if only a coat of paint and a permanent fix for the temporary....at least 2 years...bit of wood under the counter. Always get a good coffee with super friendly service.

Had a sausage roll here today for £3.70- whilst it tasted great the service from the older lady here was abrupt and rude. Also I would heavily suggest removing the ‘Ranga Yum Yum’ from your store as this is a very offensive and derogatory term and caused my wife a great deal of upset. Do better!

Still very poor overall service and pointless display boards ----- Pointless order board, tells your food is ready to collect 5 minutes before it is.... annoying and reduced to 1 star _________ After refurb, pretty good self service is a bonus and the orders ....... Drive thru can get manic and people badly park which restricts traffic flow and then causes more blockage ... No pedestrian access to site .... OK, can get really busy.

Just popped in for a couple of drinks after shopping in Horley. Lovely big pub with great choice of drinks, as always at a great price, plenty of seating and helpful staff. Good food and service at a great price. Nice clean toilets - very important. Well done guys.

We were warmly welcomed to this lovely pub. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a huge choice on the menu and the special lunch menu which we had. We found it reasonably priced. The food came promptly even though they had a few huge groups in. All the food was tasty. We really enjoyed our visit and will be back again. Our waitress Sophie was lovely!

Do not use this location for delivery. The drivers lied and said that they had delivered my food but had not. I had to complain several times over the phone just to finally receive my order Two hours after I placed it and 7 Phone call to the store. Food turned up soggy and undercooked. I then sent a complaint form via email as I was unable to liaise with the staff working at the store at the time due to their poor Customer service training. After a few emails with a person called Carole They offered me a voucher, which I already stated. I was not happy with. I recommend that Carole herself should re consider my refund request as I had already provided all evidence of call logs and photos as per her request I was denied a refund which was quite shocking to me as I also run a business and sometimes we make mistake mistakes and get things wrong. It’s all about how you correct it and I would always refund the customer if they found that my service were not adequate, particularly if I was at fault which in this case dominoes. So if I was you, I would get another store to save disappointment

We are long term customers but it has turned awful in recent times. As others have said, food now comes overcooked or undercooked, the spare ribs are just fat on a bone, even the prawn crackers are stale and people on the phone are often very rude and told us the food is supposed to be like this. Time to find another Chinese!

If the order tracker is to be believed my pizza was sat waiting in the restaurant for an uber eats driver for 20 minutes. By the time my food got here it was luke warm and it looked like it had been dropped on route.
