Exceptional waitress, who went above and beyond to give us an excellent experience. Please reward Monika Food & wine both fantastic! We had Super Zuca salad, Peperoni pizza, garlic bread & Merlot.

Very disappointed with food here, the nachos were clearly not fresh, even though the menu states freshly prepared, the salsa was from a jar and rubbery cheese , chicken was rubbery and the paella had no taste at all , seemed to have been microwaved. When I voiced that the meal was not satisfactory absolutely nothing was said or done. Will not return here !

When I received an email for the one day only 99p main course I thought it was a good offer. Unfortunately, I did not read the terms and conditions which meant what I thought was going to cost £4.95; for the five of us ended up costing £45.00. You had to buy one of their extortionately priced drinks £4.25/ for a tiny coke the cheapest being a tea for £3. and the 3 courses for children at £9 each which was also well overpriced for what they get. The service was absolutely horrendous. We were seated at our table and no one came anywhere near us for 15 minutes over the next 15 minutes I asked for water 3 times. The staff were quite happy wiping tables, but not paying any attention to the customers they had. Overall I have come to the conclusion that the food quality has gone down, the service is not good and even if you do have a voucher or code, you will end up paying far more than you anticipated.

Good, food and very enjoyable. Excellent again yesterday and staff worked so hard.

Went to drag brunch with my friends absolutely amazing the manager and the staff really made our day so helpful and accommodating. Going back again next week.

Unfortunately has closed down permanently..real shame as was a brilliant resturant..probably the best in port solent

It would be a much better service if you stayed open to the time specified! But closing at 9.45 and having a time to say you close at 11 at night is not acceptable do needs to be reviewed!!!

Great location but it's very small inside and is often overwhelmed by strong cooking smells. For some reason they don't have adequate ventilation!!

We visited this morning for breakfast. We ordered 1 egg & bacon sandwich, 3 croissants, a tea, hot chocolate and an orange juice. It cost £17.40. The drinks came out quite quickly which was fine. We then waited nearly 30 mins for the sandwich and 3 croissants! The sandwich came out toasted for some reason. I said I would eat it so don’t worry after she blankly at me. It took another 16 mins for the croissants to arrive. Now fair enough we did ask for 2 of them to be warmed up, but when 2 came out warmed up and no sign of the other one for yet another 10 mins. My husband politely asked her why it was taking so long for the last croissant to come out. Her answer was I wanted all the food to come out at once (failed at that one)!! She then said with a total attitude “ I’ve only got one pair of hands you know”. She then came back and chucked the plate on the table and walked off!!! If they don’t want to be a cafe then don’t be. Save your attitude and comments to yourselves! The customer isn’t always right. But when you get attitude and a stupid waiting time and then the order is wrong. Politeness never hurts from the staff! When the locals tell you to avoid the place your best off listening to them! Oh well lesson learned!!!

Love the atmosphere, vibe and decor in here. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I had the lighter option vegan pizza my daughter has the kid GF pizza. She didn’t like the kids apple juice as it wasn’t fresh… which is ok and an opinion

I travel 15 miles to buy my Fish and Chips from Mother Kelly’s avoiding several other shops that are nearer and cheaper purely because it used to be really good. However, no one minds prices going up, it’s the economy we’re all in now, but the bag you see is Mother Kelly’s new large chips ( it used to be a box now it’s 3/4 of a scoop. Barely enough to feed my cat! ), the 2 large cod were jammed in one box so when I got them back they’re all broken, no offer of salt and vinegar and all served by a New member of staff who didn’t have a clue what he was doing. Surely there are better ways of making Cut Backs! I won’t be buying from Mother Kelly’s again, but thank you for the service I’ve had over the last 15 years

So, decid to try different venue .. was good to see updated menu .. 7pm booking . Service of drinks very slow and as always salad bar empty . Bread rolls cold and hard.. Food was ok . Needs improvement for another visit

El gran DJ tenía tanta variedad de música tan buena para que todos se levantaran y bailaran toda la noche. La comida fue un poco decepcionante, ya que no había mucha variedad, sin embargo, lo que pedimos era muy sabroso. El personal realmente encantador, especialmente la camarera que nos sirvió.

Have eaten here in the past and it was ok, don’t know if their supplier has changed or if their standards have, but the last kebab I had here a week ago made me sick. Also had a bone or something in the chicken doner
