Three of us booked for lunch. It was quite noisy with young children among their families, but staff found us a good place to get the best of the atmosphere while being able to talk among ourselves. The staff were busy with orders but always attentive to everyone’s needs, and helpful. They were really on top of everything. The menu gave lots of tempting choices and our chosen dishes were delicious - great work from the kitchen. We really enjoyed our visit and will happily go again; recommendable for anyone, including with V or VG preferences.

My partner came in on a Sunday unexpectedly as we were in the area and we had a very lovely lunch. Very tasty food and excellent service from everyone who helped us. Our waitress was Crystal and she was very attentive and provided really great service. We would recommend!

Want to ruin your evening? Book a table here, wait for an hour, and leave without ever being seated… We made a reservation for Valentine’s Day, but the restaurant was overcrowded, and we were told to just wait. We waited for 40 minutes and still weren’t seated because, as they said, there was a “rush” in the kitchen. After waiting for 40 minutes, we simply went home. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for.

Really poor show from Zizzi for Valentines Day, we arrived on time for our booking at 18:00 but took around 10 minutes to be seated. It then took 50 minutes for our food and drinks order to be taken, 90 minutes in the starters arrived, then mains an hour after that. We ended up leaving after this despite having paid for the set menu and went elsewhere to get desserts. There were clearly too many bookings taken with a long queue waiting outside, and not enough staff to deal with the number of people they had seated at the restaurant.

Booked for 7pm and was stood out side in a long queue of people who had also booked from what I can imagine anywhere from 6pm!! The restaurant was packed also it was ridiculous thankfully harvester managed to seat us. Outrageous being as its Valentine’s Day as well

Valentines ruined. Booked a table for 19:00 for valentine's dinner. Arrived 10mims early then stood in the que for 40mins watching people who were seated waiting for their food the whole time we were stood there. Very disappointed especially as we both made an effort to go out.

Fabulous server called Sabi. So friendly and professional. Amazing smile and we were served with kindness. You are a credit to Zizzi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My pizza was stone cold due to not being able to get a delivery driver and instead of making a fresh hot one they sent one out that had been sitting for over 40 mins

Ok food (my pasta was very cold but once heated up was delicious!). However service awful- I wanted to start training the waitresses! Everything took so long when it didn’t need to. For example the waitresses were slowly clearing tables instead of delivering the drinks that were sat on the bar for ages. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the inattentive and unhappy, slow service was really annoying!!

The service was lovely. Monika was a great waitress and we thoroughly enjoyed the food.

I had a meal here today (crispy ham carbonara) that I had recently and loved but today it was truly awful. Pasta was virtually cold, sticky, hardly any sauce. I was so disappointed

We had three courses, prawn starter was ok, little bit overcooked but still nice. The chicken prosciutto salad was perfect and the desert was delicious! Thanks Scott for taking care of us.

We went to Zizzi at Port Solent for my daughter's 21st birthday. Our host, Scott was friendly and smiley and made the experience memorable. The food was gorgeous, we couldn't fault it....salads we're particularly good. Overall a fantastic evening, the only little moan was that they didn't have the warm lemon meringue cookie dessert.

We were served by Rachelle who was friendly, attentive, and an all around great waitress. We had a great experience.

Little Lauren did a great job all evening.

Usually pretty good with service but today wasn't the best. My wife and children's dishes were good, but mine was served in a cold bowl which made it cold after a few minutes. We also ordered courgette frites which didn't arrive. We were not asked how our meal was which they usually do and all the other tables around us were asked. Also not offered grated parmesan or black pepper. At least my Peroni was tasty 🤣. Let's just say I'm not rushing back.....
