Exceptional waitress, who went above and beyond to give us an excellent experience. Please reward Monika Food & wine both fantastic! We had Super Zuca salad, Peperoni pizza, garlic bread & Merlot.

My beautiful daughter and I had a really lovely time at Zizzi Port Solent at lunchtime today. The food was scrumptious as always and the service was delightful, thank you. Grand to sit outside in the sunshine too.

"Rocio" was very lovely, really patient, kind & friendly throughout our hole meal, my partner was hard of hearing and even though I didn't tell her I felt like she picked up on the vibe straight away and was so lovely to be slower in speaking and understanding when he asked her to repeat herself.

We had just arrived that afternoon on our way to the Ferry. Went on a recommendation from hotel staff. Although it was a busy Saturday night the hostess managed to squeeze us in. The place was a bit noisy (to be expected) but, the food was delicious. Cromer Crab to start followed by sea bass all cooked to perfection 👌 Serving staff friendly and efficient

Posting on behalf of my parents. They hadn't been out for a while and this is the first time in ages they'd been somewhere. They were welcomed by the staff, the food was good. My Mum had the Mushroom Brindisi to start which she enjoyed and the Chicken Milanese for main which she said was very nice. My Dad had the Bruschetta to start and spaghetti bolognese which he thoroughly enjoyed. The portion sizes were quite generous so they didn't get to try the desserts as they were very full. Overall the atmosphere was good and there was a nice view out over the harbour. They would definitely go back again.

Garlic bread with Cheese chilli fantastic. Wife had Spaghetti Carbonara, clean plate. I had Casa Pollo Picante (menu said spicy but failed to find the spice but still nice) service quick, with a smile and checking all good with us. Definitely go again. 😀

I had the large Calamari side order of fries and side order of salad.Well the Calamari was over cooked and crispy the chips were OK the side salade was just a few leaves with some sauce mixed in with it.Service was very good would I return no.

Just had a delicious family lunch at Zizzi, Port Solent! We had the Mozarella and Caramelised Onion Garlic Bread for starters. It's a firm favourite of us all. Mains were Ham & Mushroom Pizza, Chicken Spinach and Prosciutto Calzone, Meatballs and Pasta, Mushroom Risotto. All platters and bowls finished. Dessert was gelato, sorbet and a Salted Caramel Chocolate Brownie. Again, not a scrap left. Definitely one we will visit again!! Top marks for a very pleasant lunch with excellent service!

We enjoyed a fabulous meal at Zizzis Port Solent on Good Friday. It was busy but we didn't wait long for food, which was delicious. Sienna our waitress was really friendly and helpful, she helped us to get a discount using a blue light card. This was a very pleasant surprise as I hadn't realised you could use it there!

Delivery time and driver were fine. But quality of food very disappointing. Emancipated pizza, if I was served it at Zizzi’s I would not pay the bill. First and last time for a home delivery.

Set in a lovely location with views over the marina. We turned up on a busy evening but they soon found us a table. They offer a good value 3-course menu for £26.50 - all the food was tasty but I especially recommend the beef brisket pasta dish 😙. The staff are friendly and hardworking, and although there was a delay with the main dishes, they kept us informed and didn't charge us for the drinks! Be warned that they don't accept Tesco Clubcard vouchers any more. The area looks great for the summertime, but I imagine it gets busy.

The food is very tasty, the Zillionsire’s Fudge Cake is one of the nicest things I’ve ever tasted. We were served by Rocio, she was friendly and her service was excellent. The atmosphere was great and I would definitely come again.

Took an hour and a half to get our mains, their excuse was a large table, that took priority over the entire restaurant. That’s really it good enough. I will not be returning.

We had high hopes for a Mother's day meal at Zizzi’s, but unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we sat down, it was clear the restaurant was understaffed. The cutlery was dirty, which was off-putting from the start. It took ages for anyone to take our order, and we weren't told that they didn't serve rum when ordering a strawberry daiquiri until we were given an entirely different drink. The waitress was rude when we pointed this out, making us feel like we were the problem rather than the mistake being theirs. When it came to the food, our meals didn’t arrive together, with some people at our table receiving their food long before others. By the time the last dish arrived, half of us had already finished eating. Overall, the service was slow. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and seeing as it was Mother's day, they should've been more prepared. In the end, we were here for over 3 hours.

We arrived and was greeted shown to our table we ordered drinks and then food. Our starters came out for 3 of us but we were half way through ours before 4 persons meal came out. Then between starters and mains we waited 40 mins. When we spoke to the person in charge she said she would chase order up. She returned telling us 2 mins it still didn't come until around 5 mins. When he did hardly any chicken on my husbands pizza and my baked pasta very dry. The person in charge didn't even say sorry or offer any kind of discount. On top of which When we finished our mains 3 of us my husband still eating the waitress came to clear plates and asked my husband if he was finished while he was clearly still eating .

The calzone was cold with no chilli ,the calamari was cold and bruschetta was just a punnet of half cut tomatoes no bread barely any onion the portion of ravioli was very small for nearly 17.00 pound a portion

Lovely meal at Zizzi Port Solent this evening. The food and service was first class. We really appreciated the 30% off food voucher. Well done Zizzis. Lauren, our waitress deserves a pat on the back for looking after us despite the restaurant being very busy.

Dreadful experience. Usually love coming here and service is good. Not this time. My food was forgotten, made to wait 15 mins when we asked for the bill which in the end was forgotten too. Discount which was promised for the forgotten food wasn’t put on. I don’t recommend eating at this location any time soon. Really let down by staff.

Food to seated restaurant customers was delayed due to delivery orders taking priority. Food arrived bearly warm. Ingredients missing from dishes, not as advertised. Over an hours wait for main and several desserts not available. On a positive the waiting staff were very apologetic and remained professional to our complaints.

It is always a pleasure dining at Zizzis even though I am clearly the oldest person there by about 100 years☹️. The food is excellent, always served hot and always very tasty. The experience is enhanced when served by lovely young Sienna who is always so cheerful and pleasant and attentive. She should definitely be given a pay rise.

Decided to celebrate my birthday meal here and was not disappointed at all. The food was amazing as always, so much options and everything just delicious! The service was fantastic. The waitress Monika was so friendly and attentive, never left our drinks empty and even put a candle in my dessert and got everyone to sing happy birthday. She really made the whole experience extra special! Look forward to returning soon!

Went to Zizzi in Port Solent with a friend of mine for her pre-birthday dinner. We both ordered coffee & a lovely pasta dish (recommended by our server, Lauren), along with some sweet potato fries & veg. We then shared a yummy choc sundae before enjoying a celebratory cocktail each . We both found the food & drink to be absolutely delicious and will definitely be returning in the near future! Our server, Lauren, was very friendly & helpful too and we were grateful for her reccomendations! :-)

The best restaurant I’ve ever been to!!!! The atmosphere is so nice, and our waitress Lauren was the sweetest!!! Will definitely be coming back!!! (Highly recommend the Wagyu pizza!! :) )

I gave 5 star review only for one of the managers SABINA 💖 that solved our problem there . I went for lunch yesterday with my family as we had something important to celebrate , we go always at zizi for it's pizzas as they are delicious, we ordered the same pizza me and my husband , both of them they were not as usual size and prepared , but one of them they had filled most with salad on top it was very dry and smaller thank usual in size , and we waitted an hour for that pizza . I was very upset and talked to one of managers the girl named Sabina , she was very kind and understanding , she took our pizzas back and made others for 15 minutes , and she told us that another chef cooked those and the second pizzas were the same as always ,perfect . So I wanna say thank you Sabina for hosting us so kindly and solving our problem so quick and explaining everything so kind and calm and concerned about your customers and thank you to the second chef who made delicious pizzas for us .

Crystal was a lovely host, she was polite and friendly. We didn’t feel rushed. Attentive without being pushy.
