Love testwood chef . Great family run business is always great value and lovely

They've been there 40+ years food was still as good

Food arrived with half of it missing, we had to ring back twice nearly three times before it arrived by then the other half of the meal was stone cold. Will not be going here again.

Thank you yet again for a lovely meal and birthday candle for sons bigs boy birthday. Beth was fun and happy to make the meal enjoyable.

Ain't had shapla for years&this eve orderd one&what a disappointment!! Raw stringy dough in uncooked naan bread,cold tasteless chicken in greasy cold rice. My missus korma was just as bad we had a mouthful and fed the outside bin.....still poppadoms are ok but a toddler could cook them tbf

For once I thought they got it right, didn’t have to wait too long to order our food and didn’t have to wait too long to have it served, how ever when we had finished we asked for what was left to be put into containers , so we could have the remains later on, when we came to pay the bill the waiter informed us the chef had put what was left in the bin, no reduction in the bill and a scant apology from a junior waiter. GET YOURSELVES SORTED OUT AND YOU COULD BE A GREAT RESTAURANT

Special Chowmein very greasy masked any flavour that should have been there, lemon chicken was very bland texture of chicken put me off finishing it.

What a great friendly pub Good old style locals place We went for the Wednesday night quiz There are Regular bands and quiz nights etc + Best landlady in the business ! Well worth a call in for a drink if you’re in totton area
