Such fast delivery come in 20 mins but the Chowmein was awful, I asked for 2 chicken chow meins come so dry I put after 2 mouthfuls in the bin. Felt sick, ate something hard in there felt like a stone just a vile Chowmein never ordering again

Took nearly two hours to receive it. That’s after reporting late 3 times on just eat and then ringing them direct. By the time we received it I wasn’t hungry and it was time to go to bed!

We ordered at 7pm and our estimated delivery time was 7.37, at 8.30 I called to see if there was a problem to be told it was out for delivery. At 9pm i called again to be told it would be 10 mins, at 9.45 I was told they were waiting for the driver to pick it up. It arrived at 10.25, we had just resigned ourselves to going to bed, our order was incorrect, the food was lukewarm. I would very much avoid this takeaway.

Driver was friendly/polite. Delivery was early (which was good) overall, satisfied with the order.

Worst special chow mein we’ve ever had - tiny pieces of chicken and no other meat, dry, and bland. Spring rolls ok though.

Despite a phone call after 40 minutes to be told it was 5 minutes away, the food arrived over an hour late whilst speaking to the restaurant again! The restaurant blamed Just Eat! Very, very disappointing.

I’ve got to say, used KingWok for the first time yesterday for a collection takeaway, food prepared spot on time, great taste, plenty of meat in the dishes, best Chinese takeaway I have had for a while.

A+, Always great food and more variety than most menu's. One of the best in the area but that does mean delivery can sometimes be slower, however it's always worth the wait especially the generous Crispy Mongolian Lamb & Pancakes portion.

Chicken fried rice tasteless. No spring onions, no garlic. Just fried with soya sauce & added some poached pieces of chicken. The biggest rip off of the century was the sweet & sour pork. A 0.3cm piece of pork was ballooned with batter. Might as well call it sweet & sour fried batter. I’m from Singapore by the way. This isn’t Chinese food!

Have used this takeaway for years but tonight was the first time I was disappointed. Singapore noodles had no shrimp or char siu just a few bits of chicken. Son’s special fried rice wasn’t too special either. I hope you go back to the original recipe.

Love this chinese, Always order online through their website. Great service, when pre ordering, food normally comes before the given time. Drivers are always friendly. Food is always hot and tasty. Just one thing though, I wish the pancake rolls were a bit bigger as they're really good.

I didn't get what I ordered. Food was too salty. 40min later another person knocked on the door with food delivery which made me feel confused. As I have already eaten I turned it down. I have a feeling orders were mixed. We normally order from King's Wok and its always good, just this time smth went wrong.

I’ve never had a problem with kings wok, fab service everytime and the food is always so good, and I love the fact they are always so kind to give me a lot of hoisin sauce to go with my duck pancake rolls when ever I ask as it’s not on the menu, they never charge me extra. Waited over one and half hour for a delivery.Phoned up asking were delivery is excuse short staff and they were not prepared for being busy.l will never order again don't care about the food even it is good and tasty growing old from waiting never again

The only reason why the food was late was because they were extremely busy. Besides that the food arrived piping hot and was absolutely delicious!

Good food, portion sizes are big so had leftovers. Delivery at the earliest time. The only problem was the sauce that came was curry sauce instead of sweet and sour.

Again Kings Wok have amazed me with fantastic food delivered hot, On time and to a high standard. Sweet & Sour Chicken Hong Kong and egg fried rice cooked to perfection and Crispy Wontons that were crispy, Soft inside but not spoilt. Fast delivery, Polite delivery driver and hot on deliver.

Second time I have used Just Eat / Kings Wok delivery service. Food was as described on menu. It was delivered on time and hot. I would recommend the Just Eat delivery service and Kings Wok take away meals to my friends and family.

Excellent customer service, Food came on time (10 mins early but that’s fine), food was hot and delicious. Also very helpful with allergies, cooked our food without eggs. We will definitely order from them again!

Ordered the Duck Roll starter, Sweet and Sour Chicken Hong Kong meal for 1 and Salt & Pepper chips. Everything was absolutely delicious and delivered hot. Will definitely be using again. Excellent service and great food 😎👍
