I'm so sad to say this but my mum and I both had Chinese with you last night. We have both been throwing up all night because of your food. Very rare for me to review, but it had to be said. it's a shame as we won't be ordering from here again

Food is brilliant I normally get delivery and it's normally quick only this time it's had me waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes so far and still waiting was not a massive order so not sure what the issues also when rung up to ask just basically rushed me off the phone I won't be using again very rude

When I ordered I was informed delivery was 25-45 minutes. It finally turned up hour and a half after ordering and the food was cold

Such fast delivery come in 20 mins but the Chowmein was awful, I asked for 2 chicken chow meins come so dry I put after 2 mouthfuls in the bin. Felt sick, ate something hard in there felt like a stone just a vile Chowmein never ordering again

Food was 45 mins late, cold and not very tasty. The veg spring rolls and salt and pepper chicken were nice but the satay chicken was bland and the chicken had a bad texture. Would not recommend or order from them again.

Took nearly two hours to receive it. That’s after reporting late 3 times on just eat and then ringing them direct. By the time we received it I wasn’t hungry and it was time to go to bed!

We ordered at 7pm and our estimated delivery time was 7.37, at 8.30 I called to see if there was a problem to be told it was out for delivery. At 9pm i called again to be told it would be 10 mins, at 9.45 I was told they were waiting for the driver to pick it up. It arrived at 10.25, we had just resigned ourselves to going to bed, our order was incorrect, the food was lukewarm. I would very much avoid this takeaway.

Driver was friendly/polite. Delivery was early (which was good) overall, satisfied with the order.

Worst special chow mein we’ve ever had - tiny pieces of chicken and no other meat, dry, and bland. Spring rolls ok though.

Despite a phone call after 40 minutes to be told it was 5 minutes away, the food arrived over an hour late whilst speaking to the restaurant again! The restaurant blamed Just Eat! Very, very disappointing.

I’ve got to say, used KingWok for the first time yesterday for a collection takeaway, food prepared spot on time, great taste, plenty of meat in the dishes, best Chinese takeaway I have had for a while.

A+, Always great food and more variety than most menu's. One of the best in the area but that does mean delivery can sometimes be slower, however it's always worth the wait especially the generous Crispy Mongolian Lamb & Pancakes portion.
