It's always my favourite, wouldnt go anywhere else. It's quick and convenient. Staff are friendly.

The chicken was rubbery and deeply fried almost as if to try to hid the rubbery part and the wrap was not fresh. The veggie burger and ice cream was the only thing i liked.

chick shish wrap is always banging, delivery always on time, and driver friendly. Can't recommend enough if you fancy a good 'kebab' place 👍

Food turned up really quickly, but unfortunately too quickly. 15/20 mins yet the food was cold. How is that possible. I was impressed how quick delivery was until I have to re cook it all to make sure it was enjoyable and safe.

About what you could expect from a kebab house really. Good food that itches the takeaway feeling. Amazing delivery time considering they drive from totton to romsey. Ran out of 7up but subbed with coke so all is groovy

After waiting over an hour for a delivery I then called the place to ask where our order was and received a lot of abuse and swearing over the phone by a person saying they were the owner saying I should be great full to have an order being delivered at all. They were very rude and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say and treated me with total disrespect and disregard for what I was asking. Will never this place again and will recommend to all I can not to use them.

After receiving a voucher, I was forced to order online rather than via the app. I didn’t think to check my delivery address, assuming my details would remain the same. My error! After an hour and half without food, I eventually called the restaurant (I’m not one to hassle people) only to be talking with the rudest, most unhelpful person ever! My food never arrived, and I’m out of pocket. Instead of listening or trying to offer to help, the man abruptly reminded me, “that’s your fault!”

My wife and I just had a mixed chicken dish and lamb donner kebab each with salad and mayonnaise. We've eaten here before and it's been great but somehow tonight was even better. The meat is really good quality, even the donner. The salad was so fresh I think they cut it for our order. Just giving said 45 mins it was more like half an hour.

The food exceptional as always - the best kebab shop in Totton for night out! When ordering add extra garlic mayo it changes everything. Delivery on time and driver had no issue to find us as a bit tricky location. Thank you will order next Friday again chef!

I have just had the worst experience. I have ordered from here SO many times without issue - even last week. However, we called to enquire about the £80 minimum spend for delivery as it has always been £50. The manager was extremely rude to my partner and dismissive from the very moment he answered. I have never been spoken to like that before from anyone and I am absolutely appalled. I would not have someone with that attitude working in the industry. Sadly, looking from previous reviews this is a longstanding issue.

The food was delivered Cold, delivery was over a half hour late, was not convinced the chicken was cooked fully, chips were soggy and staff who answer the phone are just plain rude Would not order again and would not recommend to anyone

pizza was great, the delivery person hit a white transporter van when turning around but didn't stop to look and drove away

Our go to place for a kebab now. Don’t listen to these 1 star reviews. Mistakes happen doesn’t mean you should give it the lowest rating possible.

Rude abusive staff after missing some of our order called them to be told I was speaking to the owner and called all the names under the sun for asking for the issue to be sorted will never use again if in doubt check their reviews on Google this seems to be a regular issue

Missing half our meal call for over 20 mins to get given abuse by the so called ower who was rude and throwing abuse avoid at all cost

lamb wrap was missing from the order, not something a quick phone call would sort...after trying to call for 10-15 mins we got through, no apology, no offer to send food out. Told to just claim a refund from Just Eat, when a manager was requested the employee said they were the manager and proceeded to call my partner a "sl@g". Safe to say we won't be ordering from there again, a shame as one of our regular choices which we will no longer use

Hands down the best pizza we’ve ever had, kebab was a huge! It was just a shame it didn’t come with a chilli in the salad as specified, but my only complaint being ‘my kebabs salad wasn’t correct’ (I’m pathetic I know haha!) isn’t bad going and overall really happy with our food highly recommend especially the pizza!!

food arrived without my chips so they had to resend it, also my burger filling was wrong too I asked doe lettuce and ketchup it came with onions and mint yogurt sauce

Just called to say last night experience with our order was wrong sent it back.... geeez absolute no apology just because the area I live in is totally irrelevant... reply on yes I remember this order...... I'm the owner.... yes your all drug related Street, and got aggressive over the phone call ... numbers our Street yeah drugs again.... my wife is furious.... with this the owner as pointed out earlier was aggressive again.

The wrong Oder was sent - paid for a chicken shish special and received a chicken donor. Restaurant did not answer phone. Unlikely I’ll be ordering again from them

AVOID. Would give 0 if possible. Ordered from them through just eat a few times with no issue. Today lamb Donner was missing from the order, asked the driver, he said phone the grill. Phoned the grill and dealt with a rude dismissive member of staff accusing more of trying to pull a fast one. Didn't want to hear what I was saying, said it wasn't possible and they checked the order themselves.... I never got my food. Won't be using them again.

We shared the chicken between 3 of us 2 of us being pregnant and as a result we were all made to throw up multiple times the same night of eating and the morning after!! Not happy at all

They wanted me to cancel the order online so I would get charged instead of themselves - so unprofessional and inappropriate! 0/5 would not recommend

Ordered a chicken and doner kebab. What I got I have no idea!!! Def not chicken and def not doner kebab meat. Seemed like some sort of diced pork which was rubbery as hell. If i could post pictures i would. Plus delivery driver turned up with very little change on him so end up paying more than it should have been. (More fool me). Won't be using them again. On the plus side, the chips weren't too bad

If I could give no stars I would! Nothing wrong with the actual food but the manager has to be the rudest man I have ever met! Order from her all the time and never have issues but tonight ordered a takeaway and when it was delivered the order was wrong, requested garlic mayonnaise and there wasn't any, when I called he told me to not be ridiculous and to just eat it without it, he then proceeded to speak to me in such a demeaning way! And then tried to tell me I was lying! So disappointing as this use to be my go to kebab shop!

Loss of two star only due to absence of one food item ordered. Otherwise food was quite good. That is what managed to arrive without hiccup. Bag was sealed tight and otherwise unmolested so must have been at the kitchen stage. It was the CHIPS for the curious.

Ordered a couple meals quite late, arrived in fair time. The chicken & lamb donner kebab was edible but not something to look forward to , was shredded chicken bits with no flavour and looked on the undercooked side in terms of colour. The donner meat was really really thin & not what proper kebab should be like. the double cheeseburger was sloppy and tasteless & poorly put together. Surprisingly the chips was still hot & crispy which is a nice touch compared to your usual takeaway. I wouldn’t recommend a delivery but maybe I you went in the shop to order the quality might be better.
