The best restaurants in Dorking South Mole Valley South East

Very nice food and nice staff, was our first time here but won’t be our last,

Next door was a pizza place. Always a nice friendly pub. Dorking has many good pubs. Some are still in Dorking.

Me and wife bought a pizza from here last night and I can say without any dought it was the best pizza I have ever had in Dorking, the food was extremely nice I would recommend you buy from here

Family dinner for 6 , Friday evening. Asked for a quieter table & were taken to a circular one in the rear room. Nicely handled, no fuss & helped for our hard of hearing relative. Thanks. The meal service was very friendly , tho I didn’t find the drinks list until later. It was in front of me! Good was good , we had a variety of dishes starters, mains & desert. All done well. Good selection of non alcoholic drinks where needed. First time in the White Horse for years. Well worth it & very nice. Thanks to the staff.

I remember, think his name was Andy, guy with a beard who use to own this pub. We are talking about the late 80's. Great pub back then. Today, still a nice place. Pool table has gone.. Oh well but they did have football on so not is all lost. What happened to Andy?

Great Chinese takeaway with a nice variety of well prepared dishes. The portions are a good size, making this a great choice for value also. I always get a hot & sour soup as a starter and all the dishes I've had have been good. Some of my favorites from here are the sweet & sour pork Hong Kong style and the Kung Pao chicken.

Rude woman, doesn't listen and talks over you , wrong order and waited forever with no apology or refund, food was bland and cold , food went into the bin , terrible experience from start to end ... !!!

I live in Dorking and for many years have been using the brasserie. Ive Never had a bad meal , sit in or takeaway. Ive just had another takeaway tonight that was, as usual, excellent. Reliably very good quality and good prices, highly recommended

The food was nice (once it came out), but the service was really slow. We had to wait more than an hour for a roast and fish and chips, and it wasn't that busy (about 4 other tables).

Ordered takeaway to be delivered. Advised 45 min to one hour Took an hour and a half, food cold and far below previous quality. Offered £2 delivery refund, despite being within 3 mile radius for free delivery Very poor

This is the second time I came here on my way to a hike. This place never fails to deliver. Great food, location and staff. The food is a bit more on the expensive side compared to normal pub food but it makes sense given the quality

Possibly a little small for our party of 10 and they took time to get our initial order Main courses delicious but very slow
