Christmas party was a blast at this place. I usually come here for the lunch with my clients as it's always prompt and the food on point but never came in a big group. They were great , kept us entertained and the drinks were blowing. the food was again great and Dani was great .We might have been a bit too jolly at the end

The cafe was completely overwhelming with crowds of people milling round trying to find the various queues. I wanted soup, sandwich, coffee and cake. This meant joining 3 different queues! I had to enlist the help of my husband to queue for coffee and cake whilst I got soup. I gave up on the sandwich and will grab something elsewhere that is not so frenetic. There was one young man serving on the sandwich and soup counter. As the sandwich counter had a massive queue he was unaware of me and another person waiting for soup. I waited at least 5 minutes before asking him if anyone was serving soup. He was polite, apologetic and helpful but he was obviously and understandably overwhelmed. Too few staff and an unnecessarily complicated queuing system.

We were having a work Xmas party. The vibes and music at All Bar One were on point. Atheena our host was very attentive and is an asset to the bar.

In the mood for a burger, and willing to pay inflated prices for a better burger, I headed to this Five Guys My intention was to eat in, but the place was miserable. I have never been to a 5 guys so depressing. Litter and old meals on the floor and tables, staff clearly unhappy to be there. A few scattered “customers”, none eating. Decided to takeaway! First bites of the fries weren’t good: cold, hard and quickly left. The burger was ok. Some toppings were missing, but edible. Milkshake was nice £20 this cost me. Won’t be going to this one again. There is another close by at the shopping centre, which is much better. Strongly recommend going there. This five guys is sub-McDonalds quality at twice the price

Not been here before. Staff were great showing us how to order from out table. Food was brilliant tasty - hummus with a spicy sauce, followed by chicken, rice, spicy chips. All served within a good time and although we were checked by the waitress to see if we enjoyed our meal were not badgered. Really liked the atmosphere. Will definitely visit again.

The evening didn't get off to the greatest of starts with a 25 minute wait for a table. Finally once seated, it seemed that the lighting supply was being rationed as the area we were in was so dark and dingy. The chicken was ok...

Impromptu after theatre matinee dinner was very nice and we were able to sit under the heaters in the outside area as fully booked. Great waiter who was very helpful. Food was good too. Only criticism is the toilets were a bit grim and their floors were not clean from dust etc.

Shocking.Funky smell in all of restaurant(wotsits) burger had a funny smell.ordered cajun chips just got chips with a few mixed herbs on i've had better frozen food.Rude staff.Miniscule butgers for the price wich is completely absurd wouldn't come back if you payed me to.Awful,woeful,disgraceful,lousy,abismal.

As always good, food and coffee is excellent. When i was going to London every day, they wore the place to go for me, always fresh and never disappoint me with coffee.

I didn't expect much from the diner. I was meeting a colleague there since my hotel didn't serve breakfast. I was very clean, and the service was impressive. I don't recall the name of the server, but he was very attentive and professional. Food was good - average: I had scrambled eggs and bacon.

Lovely Christmas dinner, really good service! Staff were quick and friendly. Would recommend and would come back again.

Poor customer service by overweight woman. She didn’t like us asking questions. They do not accept cash. Yet didn’t tell us when we ordered. Food is ok not great. It is very commercialised. So not much attention in the cooking. Rice is very stodgy like rice pudding. Need to brush up on Customers met service and maybe tell the Obese lady to join the gym.

This place is a warm and welcoming environment with fantastic staff especially Ariani who was outstanding in her job and very knowledgeable and pleasant, lager wise I would say it is one of the cheapest pubs in the area and the lager is nice

Went for a dinner with my friend waited for ages to get a table (restaurant wasn't even busy!) Service very slow we asked for a bill which been through on the table like a rubbish on the street I was in shock 😲 I will never go there again
