If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Ordered a passion fruit bubble tea and my partner had a milkshake. The bubble tea was absolutely disgusting, nothing like bubble tea and the milk shake, was more milk, without the shake. So runny. So if you fancy losing £6.50 in a few seconds, this is your place to go.

Afternoon tea was excellent, lovely fresh sandwiches, the best warm scones and so fresh little cakes. Thoroughly enjoyed this birthday treat with a friend. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

This is mine and my partners go to takeaway shop! The food is delicious with great portions sizes. Our deliveries always come earlier than the expected time for delivery! We also always ask for an extra pot of burger sauce and we offer to pay for it but we have got it free every time. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a chippy tea!!

Went here for the first time last week and the food quality was amazing. Fast service and lovely polite staff! You can tell that they really care about their customers, would definitely come back here.

Asked for a red velvet and a black forest but got given 2 red velvet. Did not notice until got home and have 1 unhappy mother not good enough

Nice Store on two levels that is a lot bigger inside than what you expect and nice bay window area over the high street that gives you an interesting view of what's going on.

If I could rate 0 stars I would!! The food was ridiculously late and when I called the restaurant they said driver had just left, it then took them an extra 35 minutes to deliver when I’m only 10 minutes away!! And was then cold when it arrived!! Was also missing a whole meal and drink so my partner and I had to share mine and even then the loaded chips stuck together like a brick!! Will not be ordering from here again

Ordered saveloy and chips. Chips are lovely but the saveloy was horrendous. The skin on the sausages had split so had soaked up loads of water. Clearly been sat in the water for a good amount of time. £14.20 for chips, saveloy, drink and a pot of burger sauce. Won’t be going back anytime soon!

Vile. Order was delivered within 25 minutes of booking when we were informed it would be between 1 hour and 1 hour and 20 minutes for delivery. Food was stone cold & had quite clearly been lying about the shop for some time. Chips had certainly been reheated, chicken shish kebab was burnt and cold. Donner kebab was cold, over-cooked and everything had obviously been reheated/zapped. Will be taking this further with trading standards and food hygiene guys.

We just never have a good experience with these people they’re either late by hours or they cancel your order after you’ve sat waiting for it for hours.

Three weeks ago, I placed an order for pizza. My experience was nothing short of disastrous. Firstly, my order was more than an hour late. Upon contacting your restaurant, I was assured that my order was "5 minutes away." However, 15 minutes later, I received another call informing me that the delivery driver had broken down. I was then offered the option of a remade order or a full refund. I opted for a full refund, which I was told would be processed immediately. To my utter dismay, I have yet to receive my refund. I have been informed that my refund "needs to be escalated." This is completely unacceptable. The combination of an excessively late order, misleading information, inconvenience,a failed delivery, and the subsequent failure to process a promised refund demonstrates a complete disregard for customer service.
