Peri Peri Grill in Maidstone

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Kebab wrap tasted funny, so I opened it up. Mould on the lamb (I ordered chicken)

I ordered from uber, that arrived onetime, the food was nasty, old and dry, I ordered meat and chips and a double burger meal, a single burger arrived and no drink, the meat looked and tasted a day old, extremely disappointed, and they should be embarrassed to serve that.

Cold food, was late and forgot part of my order

I ordered on Uber Eats, I’ve been waiting 2 hours for my food, still hasn’t arrived. I contacted Uber on live chat and they said that the place uses their own drivers. Clearly something up with this place. Now need to try and get my refund. Definitely won’t be using this terrible place again. Awful

Just moved down to Kent (from London) and thought we’d order a takeaway tonight as we’re still unpacking our belongings. The Food portions were excellent, flavour was really nice, just a little too mild for my liking, but I guess that’s a reflection of the area I now live in haha

I tried the milkshake and I was really blown away with my first sip. Really nice and friendly guys ready to serve you up a fantastic time here. Thank you

Bought a large portion of chips for £3.99 got home they were dry and shrivelled and not a large portion at all, more like a small. Absolute liberty!!

The chicken fillet on a brioche bun there was no bun or lettuce etc in it no cans of pop and nothing to eat it with after me noting please can we some cutlery to eat with Not impressed as traveling in a hotel where they don’t supply

We ordered food from elsewhere and threw it in the bin by far the worst takeaway we have ever experienced all stale and soggy the dogs refused to eat it

Food was nice, but missed a drink, and chicken had hardly any peri sauce on it at all

I would like to complain about the person who delivered my food. He arrived with muddy shoes and they trailed all across the corridor of a very clean apartment block leading to my flat. I then had to clean and apologise to neighbours. I know it was him as it led to my flat and I never left my flat yesterday. The chicken was also poor in quality.

This is third time now so won’t be using this service 😡

Nachos were cold, bacon was soggy and needed more cheese or source as it was very very dry. Wings were good.

Food was unfortunately all stone cold and the nachos were chewy rubber with a small bit of cheese no salsa or any kind of sauce for the price disappointed we just gave them to the dog. It’s a shame because the meal for 3 of us was close to £50 and had it arrived even semi hot the burgers would have been amazing. Burgers are the only reason I’m giving 3 stars as they were really good quality for the price

Very disappointed. Nachos was just a bag of crisps in a container . No jalapeños, with very little cheese and sauce only covering about 6 crisps. The burrito was so dry that a had to have a drink just to swallow what was in my mouth. Also very little flavour.

Strange issues with food being inconsistent and customer service

Delivery was over an hour late and every time we phoned, we were told it would be another 5 minutes.

Avoid at all cost! Our food arrived undercooked and the chips tasted like they had been reheated in the microwave. We have never ordered from this place before and always love trying new places out to eat but won’t ever go back after this awful experience!

Really disappointed with the nachos, very little cheese and what was there was stuck to the box. Food was cold when arrived, but the chicken wings were nice

I am very disappointed we ordered some nice food we fancied so we ordered no issue there was good value for Money no issue there the food arrived stone cold really unhappy so it went in the bin I don’t thing they used hot bags just paper bags so by the time it got here stone cold I may have just thrown my money in the bin because it wasn’t something you Can eat cold wich is such a shame as for just eat I asked for a refund and they gave me £11.99 back on my just wat account instead of the £25 we had spent that’s quite an insult as I want a full refund credited back to my bank Account as I certainly won’t be using just eat again am Considering deleting my account and yet I have £11.99 partial refund on an account I’m not going to use again So totally out of pocket will now tell all my friends not to use this just eat service either very unhappy this could have been avoided

The food was good, all halal, but it took them 3 hours to deliver even with calling twice. Make sure you have snacks for the wait

I never had burrito cooked with lamb doner meat it was horrible.

The food was fine, but I ordered hot and the heat was 2 out of 10. Not an exaggeration- roughly equal to a sprinkle of black pepper. Either they got the order wrong or they don't know what hot means. As such, I cannot recommend.

Half a chicken was quite nice, and so were the brownies. lamb burrito disappointing as it was just doner meat in a wrap with onions and rice. And the doner itself was burnt and inedible. Made me feel unwell. Chicken burger was disappointing too

Chips were soggy and undercooked. Hot dog was advertised as with mayonnaise but turned up smothered in mustard, My son is severely allergic to mustard. However although restaurant did not seem to understand the severity of this mistake - they did promptly send out a replacement

Most bland nachos ive ever ordered. Literally tortilla chips with half melted cheese and jalapeños. No salsa, sour cream, guacamoleand the bacon ones are the same with just tortilla chips half melted cheese and 2 rashers of bacon on top... We live 15 mins away from the restaurant and it took over an hour to get here. Overall absolutely terrible! Would not recommend

Food was beautiful it was cold when it arrived so I had to reheat but the quality was outstanding

Food is expensive and bland, so not worth it. Wasted my money on things aren't even half cooked or have a flavour or spices, the desserts were the cheap things you buy pre-made at the off license store, such a disappointment.

Not sure how this place has a 5.9 out of 6. Nachos were tortilla chips with a smidge of cheese melted, no sauces or anything. Chips were soggy and undercooked, burger was ok (cheap gritty meat), burrito was probably the nicest thing out of the whole meal. £34 and half of it went in the bin, would advise to spend your money elsewhere
