Absolutely terriable.
My donner wrap was cold , like stone cold.
I took it back and they made me a new one which was also cold.
The shop was very dirty with donner meat all over the shop floor.
This place needs reviewing. Not good !
I used to order from here twice a week but overnight my regular order went up 50% in price and haven't ordered since. The food is okay, but not worth what they are now charging.
Breakfast. The plates were not as clean as they should be. Most of the food was cold. We ordered scrambled egg. Waited for ages only to be told they had run out of eggs. Then like magic the scrambled eggs appeared when we had finished our breakfast. The choice of food was limited. The toaster was useless. The soap dispenser in the disabled toilet was empty. I told an employee who told me it was broken and that there was a bottle on the side. There wasn't. All in all 3 stars is probably more than they deserve

We came down today at 12pm to find out that this place is closed but quiet clearly on the website it's saying it is open been coming here for a while now but my views are going to be start changing soon....
Very disappointed I have been twice and both times the coffee was disgusting . The sandwiches were quite expensive too I ordered a latte and it’s was so bad I couldn’t drink it . I did give the place a second chance but I won’t be going back for coffee
Terrible coffee - we returned 3 full cups as it has a very unpleasant after taste - either burnt beans or some kind of taint. The staff just shrugged. Go to McDonalds across the way
I've never written a review for McDonalds before. My last experience changed my mind.
This not my first time having me or my partner having a bad experience at this branch. I get that they are busy (and on this occasion I get that it is half term) but surely management need to take this into account with their staffing.
Ordered via the app as I often do. Ended up waiting 40mins for food and it still doesn't materialise and orders placed ahead of us had not been fulfilled either.
Tried to queue to speak to staff member but there was obviously a queue of disgruntled people. Ended up leaving without the food (and obviously without a refund) as we were going to be late for our film showing in the nearby cinema.
I even wanted to cancel the order and not even ask for a refund in order not to waste the food but could not do that. My son who is only 12 said "this McDonalds is always like this".
My wife told me to go back after the film to complain but I couldn't contemplate the stress of doing so.
I appreciate that you may be limited in cheap fast food options in that part of town (esp if going to Lockmeadow), however I would suggest that before you order try to find out waiting times otherwise you may be stressed and angry like I was (and ended up having to get my son extra snacks for the cinema as he went without lunch!).
Please sort it out franchise owners of this branch. Not good.
The service, the staff attitude and the food was disgusting.
The food was luke warm and thrown together without a care for the brand or the customer.
Would avoid in the future.
The staff have got such an attitude in there and can’t be bothered to help
. Talk to each other instead of to a customer and when you tell them the food is cold they pull a face at you
This place is absolutely awful, they never get the order right because they are not listening, how they keep their customers I really don’t know and it is always cold, I had to tell them 3 times last night my order and they still didn’t get it right, the employees are all awful
