The staff have got such an attitude in there and can’t be bothered to help . Talk to each other instead of to a customer and when you tell them the food is cold they pull a face at you

My wife ordered food for delivery, more than half the food was missing, the driver was stopped, his words were “I don’t eat this disgusting s**t, why the f**k would I care” called kfc, no f**ks given, all happy to take your money, don’t trust these with a barge pole

Uber eats need to sort the customer service out, I made an order, and an item from my order was wrong, and I could have had a very sick child, as they are allergic to water, they sent me, fusing to give me a refund, they don’t listen and very rude,

Waited over 2 hours for a delivery to be told that a driver still had not been assigned. Waste of time will not be ordering delivery again and may never order KFC again. Waste of time, ruined the night

Painfully slow. Waited 30 mins before asking for refund. Colleagues looked like they’d seen a ghost when you asked them a simple question. Didn’t help seeing the maintenance guys walking through the kitchen with dirty equipment. Would rather eat prison food then step foot in the dirty gaff again. Defo going to report and try and close the store down. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Awful customer service, woman at the till saw we was waiting to order and just carried on talking to colleagues. We got a box of popcorn chicken which turned out to be only about half full and the chips tasted horrible and the box wasn't even full. Also ordered a burger meal and the burger looked like someone sat on it and the chips were awful and the chips weren't even full too. The tables were filthy...there were bits of food all over the seats, tables and on the floor and no worker seemed to care! Overall, really don't recommend and avoid at all costs!

Just avoid. Took ages to get served. The place was filthy. The “food” was just diabolical. I was hungry so I ate it in the not so nice environment. Zinger was cold and lame. Chips were cold. Drink was ok. All this for £6.00 which was worth a pound. Honestly I will never take an enemy in there.

Orderd via deliveroo. Delivered within the allotted time frame but one drink missing, incorrect sauces and freezing cold. Not good, would not order from kfc again. Extremely Disappointed

Absolutely sh! t service. Ordered via uber eats, wasn't the delivery guys fault. They lost my order then only sent him 1 of the meals I ordered. It took 1 and half hours to get to me for me not to be able to eat! The delivery guy was helpful telling me how to get my money back! Never again

Order from deliveroo which was fine but takes a little longer. Our box meals were confused, but easily solved and moved items around. Food arrived hot, tasted fresh and looked good.

Always forget part of the meal. Happened gain today a meal missing... do not answer the telephone to fix the order and refused to refund even though food was not give. Disgusting and very very poor customer service

Cold food delivered late and an incomplete order and to be told by deliveeoo they will get back to me in 2 days via email.........awesome!! Won't be using this again! And to be fair the store when you collect very rarely get it right anyway so I guess I should have known! Fed up of large chain takeaways! Where are the local firms to take these on?

Ordered via just eat. The food arrived however the cookies were missing so I had to sort this out before it got to late. Phoned KFC first to be told that cookies had either fallen out in drivers bag or been forgotten however because the just eat drivers do not work for KFC that they would not resend them. They said that they would be prepared to make a note of it and give me the cookies next time that I am in town however they admitted that it defeats the object of ordering for delivery. Not only that I would not enter the shop at the moment anyway cause I doubt they would let me in without a mask and there is no way that I am wearing one of them. May I suggest that KFC have a better system in place if they are going to work with Just eat. Thankfully there was a dessert outlet online that I was able to order replacement desserts from.

Yet again we ordered 3 KFC meals via Just Eat tonight and were missing 3 items from our order. Out of the last 4 orders we have placed recently we have been missing items from 3 of them. The last time we were missing an entire meal and could not get it delivered unless we paid again for delivery and surcharges. All we are ever offered is a refund for the value of the missing items. We even left a note on the order asking for it to be double checked before sending out as we always seem to have items missing. Not good customer service from either KFC or Just Eat. I would rate zero if I could.

I would give this a zero if I could. Out of 2 recent orders via Just Eat both were entirely wrong. Just Eat told us to sort it out with KFC who were entirely unhelpful. They have basically defrauded me out of £38 and ruined my son's birthday. I was not offered a refund or a voucher. The woman on the phone at KFC could not have been more uninterested to help. She told us to phone the driver! How on earth could we do that? Awful. I will never use KFC or Just Eat again. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Ordered KFC through Uber Eats order was delayed by 20mins and when arrived was missing 3 x fries and one can of drink. Also no plates, cutlery or sauces. Uber wouldn’t do anything and KFC no response.

Avoid please everyone, raw food nearly died have phoned trading standards and health and safety, wrote to head office did not want to know and they were rude, also forgot my partners beans too and avoid uber eats as they shut my account down because i complained so taking them to watch dog also

Everytime I come here, the crushem machine is out of order, the staff only seem to know about 5 words of English and constantly mess up orders and forget items. Other KFC stores I have been to, never any problems but this one always messing up, staff are rude and majority of them just standing around when the place is a mess.Complained on more than 1 occasion via the website but never hear back.

Too many staff standing around not knowing what was going on. Kitchen manager seemed completely out of their depth. Delivery drivers checking and correcting the orders. My order ignored. Took me to ask for a refund before anyone listened and food was under cooked. Bloody poor

Ordered via JustEat, to find I’ve received the completely wrong order. Called the restaurant and was hung up on, following calls were not picked up. Unsure what to do and very disappointed as usually good service.

I use KFC quite a bit. I’ve recently found out after many poor experiences in the local area, that they are all run by the same franchise. I think the Senior Managers & Owners need to have a good hard look at their operation.

I have ordered twice using Deliveroo for a KFC takeaway and twice this branch has managed to mess up the orderFirst time the whole order was wrong second time no chips sent I mean it’s chicken and chips it’s not rocket science and it can’t be that difficult to read an order bag it and make sure the rider had the right stuff before it’s taken , but for this branch it clearly isKFC as a brand I love this branch however are incapable of delivering a simple order Beware if your ordering online and try some ware else if you want what you ordered If KFC HQ read this maybe you should invest some time in fixing why this branch are not capable of giving a customer what they have paid for and not just once !

What can say, I used to love KFC but after today I will never be eating it again. The meal itself was disgusting but they forgot to put our daughters chicken on the tray as well as sauces and a spoon for her ice cream. We first went up to get the chicken and the sauce and the man didn't understand what we were saying. Then 5 minutes later we asked for a spoon for the ice cream which we were asked "can't she use a straw." Also my other daughter is peg fed which we need water to flush it through, so we asked for a small amount in a cup to which we were told they only do water in a bottle and if we want it we have to get it from the toilet. For a big chain you would think they would be trained with some sort of customer service and the food would be better than it was.

Made an order at 8:00pm and the order didn’t arrive till 9:45pm tried to ring the restaurant several times to either find out what was taking so long or if I can cancel the order. Also the people at Deliveroo weren’t helpful at all about why it was taking so long so was just sat waiting and waiting. Not happy at all

Had to wait over 10 mins to order my food and when I finally got to the till the young lad with blonde hair has no communication skills and takes 3 goes to put my order through. Had to wait another 15 mins for the food as the take away service comes first and they push straight to the front. Get home and they mess up the order. Will not be going Again and the chips are rubbish and so few now

Visited the Maidstone shop on 12th November, the girl behind the counter had obviously never heard of a chicken burger meal and she kept saying I do not understand!!!! For god sake this is England so please could you employ staff to understand your menu and the English language.

Visited here for a takeaway at around 7.30 on Saturday evening. My order was taken within 2 minutes...so far so good. I then had to wait in the area for it to be ready. This was unpleasant in itself as there had been a sticky spillage on the floor which no-one was attending to other than having put a warning sign up, meaning a large area of the very small waiting space was not available. I patiently watched other customers collect orders, with no sign of mine. Soon there was a number of us waiting, whilst other newer customers were served. After 15 mins waiting, I asked what was going on and was told that there was no chicken cooked! I pointed out that they were a chicken takeaway and that it was a busy Saturday evening and that shouldn't they have a supply already cooked. I was told that there were new staff on and that chicken took 15 minutes to cook. The serving staff were so embarrassed that they all stood with their backs to the customers, willing some chicken to appear from the kitchen. Despite the 15 minute cooking time, I was still there 25 minutes after placing my order. Yes they eventually gave me an extra portion of fries and some popcorn chicken, but as neither of these were wanted, they ended up going to waste as we had ordered what we needed and did not need extras. I came out in disbelief that I had visited a fast food chicken restaurant which had not anticipated the need for chicken or the fast food service! Diabolical. Should have been told about the wait before ordering and paying as I would have left and gone elsewhere.

Just I am writing this review for the amazing service I ve received by the guy with glasses ( Benjamin??? ) My card had fallen and he put so much effort to find it and give it back to me with no hesitation and an amazing smile! 5 Stars for this service. He also served me in the past and always helpful and do more than what was expected. Thank you....

kfc's hot wings and potato gravies are to die for. whoever, created this i thank you from my heart. I have at least spent minimum of £200 for hot wings.

Me visita regularmente como kfc me gusta disfrutar de la comida y la comida es buena! Sin embargo, el lugar es siempre un desastre. Ir arriba y cada vez está sucia y no se ha limpiado, he estado allí bastante temprano a veces y ha sido como la primera y es como que ni siquiera límpielo de la noche anterior? ! Los contenedores son siempre rebosante, nunca he visto una vez un miembro del personal limpio de ellos. Yo estaba una vez arriba y el 95% de las mesas tenía restos cubiertos con ellos, no es agradable tener que sentarse en una mesa sucia. Incluso entonces, era uno de los miembros del personal no incluso la aclaración de la mesas, él estaba barrido sobre el bandejas. De hecho, me sentí tentada a tomar fotos de todos ellos, ya que no he visto algo así. Y también los aseos de las mujeres no tienen contenedores sanitarios dentro de ellos! Así que he estado allí para encontrar artículos sanitarios tirado en el piso! La comida es buena pero el lugar, generalmente no saben cómo pueden escapar con

Unfortunately good KFCs are hard to find and this one is no exception. Greasy over cooked chicken pieces, dirty tables and floors made my experience with my grandchildren a bit disappointing.

Yo comí en el Kentucky Fried Chicken en el Maidstone East street hace días en altura. El pollo estaba muy aceitosa y no está preparado. Me dio mi tarjeta de fidelización para acumular puntos pero se negó ya que la tienda no está participando en la campaña de descuento del KFC. Después de 4 días de comer en esta tienda todavía siento el pollo en mi estómago! Asqueroso! Normalmente me gusta KFC pero esta rama no está a la altura de KFC.

Pedimos la comida entonces esperamos en el mostrador de la colección. Después de 5 minutos de mi orden a la junta como listo luego de repente desapareció mágicamente. Esperé otros 5 minutos pensando mi pedido se trataba. Sin embargo, pronto me ocurrió que mi comida no iba a venir. Tuve que pedirle a alguien detrás del mostrador si mi comida iba a llegar a que sólo me miraban como un fantasma. Cuando mi comida no llegue lo había pedido para llevar, pero yo creo que esa solicitud fue demasiado para la falta de células cerebrales detrás del mostrador.

restaurantes de KFC en general y preparar y servir la comida rápida precios razonables, y este no es una excepción- Me encantaron especialmente mi almuerzo aquí.otros dos puntos a tener en cuenta: Este outlet está bien cuidado y muy limpio, y el personal fue muy, muy agradable. Esto hace una diferencia. Muy bueno.

Esto es lo que me esperaba de un pollo barata y patatas fritas. El menú puede suite todo el mundo y no sólo sirven pollo. El servicio es razonable y la comida agradable

Nos encanta venir aquí, es siempre un servicio rápido no importa qué hora o día que vaya allí. El personal es siempre muy agradable y servicial, también manejan para mantener el lugar limpio. Tienen las nuevas pantallas pantallas, así que no tienes que ir hasta las cajas pero tenía prisa para no tener la oportunidad de darles una oportunidad.

Love the new burrito it's amazing, especially the Zinger, if you like spicy. The waiting time at lunchtime is way to long. Any other time it's about right. Clean, non intrusive staff. What more can u ask for of fast food store?

Went on a Saturday evening with children. Nice service, hot food and clean. Toilets were locked but opened by friendly member of staff who was cleaning them. Good fast food in Maidstone.

Arrived at 8 in the evening. We entered through the main door to find large sections of the seated area being sealed off for use. so limited seating.This part of week street is normally occupied by chavs, but this particular evening they had found employment in this outlet.Placed order, waited for our meal to arrive, when the food arrived it was left on the counter as a member of staff attempted to workout how to use the Pepsi dispense. We collected our food.We found some seats and sat down to eat, then it become evident that we had been given the wrong food.I returned to the counter to be spoken to in a rude and abrupt manner.I throw the found out and we left.This place is a total dump and like all KFC outlets a complete rip off, much better when it was a Kentucky Fried Chicken.Just avoid. Plenty of other outlets that will be happy to serve you

Always always forgeting to put something in the bag ! Drinks are the worst they always leave them out food not bad but make sure u check your order.

The staff might be from all over the world but they work hard, the food is quick and the taste is consistent. The queues are managed and th espoo is clean.
