All good accept I paid for a meal which included a drink that I chose but did not receive!???

yet again order wrong no cheese

Only ordered one meal, got the wrong drink and the sauce on the roll was a bit sparse. Would have been perfect otherwise

I ordered my meal for 12.10 and it didn’t arrive until 13.00 the food was very cold

The person working today needs retraining. How can you get the food wrong when there’s pictures to follow. Does cheese come out your wages?

On Friday 3rd May at about 2.30pm we called in to SUBWAY Unit 2, Laight Rd in Maidstone to be served by a very nice and helpful young man Hayden. I asked him if they did any gluten free straight away he asked is it because of Celiac disease. He has been the first person to ask that question when I have been eating out. Well done Hayden for being so knowledgeable. Really enjoyed my baguette. [good to know Subway do have gluten free].

Kept chasing delivery time then food was cold when got here

Very quick delivery, food is great

One of the best guy works here, who knows how to make a sub. He spread out all veggies and sauces evenly across.

Back in my good books. Not a single fault

So I ordered yesterday and was sent untoasted food and a half full sub. This morning I though it give them a second chance. They have sent me the complete wrong order. Never this using subway again. Useless.

Food missing. Food stone cold and waited over an hour the original time quoted.

Just received my food but the cold coke was on top of my sub so my sub is cold

Breakfast sausage, egg and bacon was ok bit only 1 piece of bacon. Disappointed.

ordered chicken tikka salad.. where was the chicken tikka? got just salad ? never got the crisps we wanted what's the point in picking your own crisps for them to send different ones ?? the meatballs was very cold like they hadn't even been heated

other then it being 20 mins late with no way of contact to inform me it's late it was actually really good food so still happy

Food was good but I ordered my sub toasted and it wasn’t toasted 😕. Apart from that all ok 👍

The two members of staff, a lovely guy, a lovely girlie, (if I can say that) on 1. 2. 24 at about 7pm ish. Great members of staff, nothing was too much trouble, made us feel welcome, very helpful regarding the menu, and the new menu. Both are an asset to your team. Thanks guys!!! 😊

really good but do you really have to put a cold drink in a bag and put, what should be, warm subs around it so they can cool down efficiently ?

Ordered x 3 Sticky Toffee Pudding Cookies as part of a promotion only received 1, no discount, no note to say sorry. Ordered a Pepsi max and received a Coke zero. Do you people not realise that this is breach of contract? You cannot just change an order and expect to get away with it. I wont be ordering from you again. Total incompetence!

rolls weren't what we ordered and had sauce which I'm allergic too in them disgusting. Very poor and very upset. not very bright people in your store.

Baguette it was burnt and I couldn’t it

I ordered 9 hash browns and only received 6. The food was all luke warm, although were still nice. The nachos were rock hard and had the paper stuck to them/the cheese.

The wedges were undercooked and the caesar sauce in the salad was very gritty, couldn’t attempt to finish it before i threw up. Not ideal for a pregnant woman.

Tuna sub was tasty. Nacho chicken bites were cold and not to my liking but that’s personal preference. Delivery was on time so not a bad experience 👍

Poor stock control ! Went to this branch to get a Big Breakwich sun and was told “ no egg or sausage “ !! This was at lunchtime so no excuse to have no stock and the essential part of a sun they are advertising as an all day option. Happened more than once now ! Avoid for disappointment !

Love Subway! Always fresh and on time. Replace what they don’t have with something else. Some places do call me ahead of time to let me know but I’m not fussed either way. Very happy

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from one individual (the one with the wart on his cheek) was pulling faces at me like he was on something heavy and thought it was ok to insult me. I walked out before I had very strong words with him. I think this person needs to be reviewed on his customer service skills. I’m not sure if the staff are being recorded but i strongly suggest management look at around the 3:30 mark of today. VILE INDIVIDUAL

Oh my golly god I came in here the atmosphere and service was insane got the baller sub and tell you what it was a dreammmm. Lass named Alicia and a lad named Aiden served me, and the way they looked at me when I walked in gave me butterflies. Kind regards Big rob

The salad box was turned upside down, the contents looked like scrapings from the restaurant plates.

It was okay apart from I ordered a footlong and paid for it to come only and 6inch sub

Waiting more than one hour food stone cold ...on tha app saying driver assigned and my food stays 1 hours already cooked ...so looks they don't care, so please do not order from them is not worthy!

Horrified the team at this branch felt it was ok to make a vegetarian sandwich using the same knife and gloves as they had on for a mega meat sandwich they had just done. They didn't understand vegi delight and me saying vegetarian. I said gloves should be changed but nope!! Then handed a cup which had fluff inside it!! Disgusting asked for complaints told its online

Shame I ordered hearty Italian mega meat sub and received plain bread with pepperoni and salami… only no meatballs 🤷🏻‍♀️

They were out of the meatballs but phoned straight away to let us know. We opted for the meatless meatballs instead and they were amazing!

Not great, heavy bottle in the same bag as the sub wrapped in paper so now a crushed mess. Impatient delivery driver hammering on the door i thought he was trying to knock the door down. Not impressive at all.

Ordered 2 x 6 inch subs on 9grain wheat, received 2 x 12 inch subs on seeded bread which i am allergic to. Not ideal and the phone number for the restaurant doesn't work so i couldn't get a replacement. Just eat issued a refund but I was hungry :(

No cheese in the subs at all and I paid for extra cheese as well . Was horribly dry. Cookies where awesome as always

The pizza subs were wrapped in paper instead on in a box so all the paper ripped off the cheese ruining the food not happy!
