Was really looking forward to trying out this new bakery. Ambiguity as to whether it had open yet (looked open - but no signage or opening-hours info displayed) for a couple of weeks leading up to apparent opening. Saw some assistants at the counter, and tentatively stuck my head through the door to politely ask. But one assistant (American sounding) just gave me the dirtiest look - like I had trespassed, and curtly replied it wasn't, as they were just making up some of the produce. I then enquired when it would be open, and received a similar response. I left at that. 2-3 weeks later was passing and had noticed it opened, so popped in. The same assistant gave me the same look and - in a rude tone - addressed me as "buddy". i ignored him and spoke to his more courteous colleague. Though to tell you the truth I'd already been put off. I'll just wait for Ole & Steen bakery to open in the High Street. Appalling!
Absolutely outrageous prices in the cafe. £8.50 for a slice of quiche. £10 for soup and bread! The decaffeinated coffee was tasteless and lukewarm. Service was very slow- sorry but there's nothing here to make me want to go back!.
Terrible servicio de comida sin fechas en su embalaje de su paquete de alimentos atolón que idealmente como una tienda de alimentos y café que es increíble
We decided to give this place another try but sadly regretted it. Arriving you are immediately greeted by a rude lady shouting “only cash only cash”
Within a minute before you have had a chance to look at the menu, she then shouts “ what do you want? What you want”?
There are never any pleases or thank you a thoroughly vile person .
The food is okay, but not special or worth the awful experience .
We visited this beautiful restaurant in the heart of Wisley and received great service and great food. We enjoyed the premium orange juice and the salad was very good.
Made a pit-stop here between shops and was pleasantly surprised. I don't think many people realise that you don't actually have to use the in-store automated order screens - I chose to order via staff who were super quick and attentive. Always nice to deal with a human. I liked the tea and brownies here too. Thanks Black Sheep Coffee. ;-)
Rude unfreindly and unwelcoming.
Serious customer service traing required.
Stopped by with my brother who I had arranged to meet. I had my bike so asked my brother to look after outside while I used the toliet.
He was then going to buy two coffees for us to drink outside. I naturally new I couldnt take bike in.
I asked where the toliet was prior to using and no issue at this poiunt, I was told it was upstairs.
Upon leaving to sit outside so I could guard my bike and my brother could purchase the coffees the team leader chased after me and gave me a lecture on how the toliets were for paying customers and not to use again in the future.
This was so embarrasing for me and off putting for customers because it was turning in to a heated arguement and people were looking.
Even a vicar tried to end the arguement.
I was trying to explain that he hadnt given us a chance to make the purchase but was jumping to conclusions.
I was trying to explain that it would of been better to have asked me if I was planning to make a purchase or maybe say something if I had not made a purchase and returned another day.
I was explaining that I was going to look after my bike and my brother was waiting and going to make a purchase.
I was also trying to explain that this has never happened to me before anywhere ever and I have lived in Guildford for nearly 60 years.
My brother did still make the purchase but this episode really spoilt the enjoyment.
I felt he had difficulty underdstanding my point due to language barrier issues.
I dont think I would return to this branch. This was meant to have been the team leader and it could have been avoided if he had asked me when I first asked to use the toliet if I was making a purchase or when leaviong the toliet.
I still dont think he understood from my prospective. This was probably the worst experience I have had in a coffee shop and I have travelled to over 40 countries all over the world. It is not neccessary to treat customers like this.
Five of us went here for a coffee and a cake. We had cinnamon buns and a chocolate muffin with flat white coffee’s and a caramel frappacino all of which were good.
Bought 3 large Yogoo last night 27 October at price of nearly £20 , I was very dissapointed as was a takeaway and was all small portions in pots , I have been buying yogoo for awhile in Bournemouth and always been ok , I may contact my local council and trading standards as feel been cheated as ordered a large portion got only half in each yogoo pot not good won’t use again .

even the manager doesn't know how to apply a discount coupon previously employee did it properly when i said to the manager he scolded the employee in front of me i feel its a toxic work culture i was in urgency so i brought overpriced stuff but i am sure that i will be not visiting this place again i feel the one who is making food should be happy while preparing the food which is not in this case the manager is so unprofessional
Not recommended. The milkshake was thin and tasteless (not at all thick and creamy). Just some mixed milk with a little squirty cream on top. The smoothies amount to blended fruit (a cheap way of bulking the smoothie). A smoothie without fruit was not available. When I asked for a thick and creamy smoothie she gave me a puzzled expression (spoke little English). Very disappointing. It would seem the ownership has changed hands.
Food awful. Shall never eat here again.
We have been dining here pre-show from the days when it was a proper restaurant. Now it is 'a cafe' but the standard has fallen disastrously, even for cafe food. This week was the 2nd time in 3 visits when we have been unable to eat our food - overcooked ready food, dried up, hard and visibly burnt. I don't know how any self respecting cafe would put food that is so obviously dried up and burnt, in front of a paying customer. Complaint was met with a refund and a smirk from manager. Not an inspiring response.
