Love this starbucks -exceptional staff! Despite it being really crowded on some days , they still never fail to serve their customers with a smile. I'm a regular there and absolutely love every single member of the team. Thank you Anelia, she's a breath of fresh air (always smiling and very polite). Also Charlie, James and every single one of the staff there!

Terrible service from senior member of staff. Very dismissive. Actual server who appeared to be new was, however, kind & helpful. Will not be going again. Not comfortable, very cold & reminiscent of a railway waiting room.

I had broken down and was waiting for assistance which took a long time to come.The coffees and tea were excellent and the staff were so helpful and friendly which I appreciated. Loos were very clean

The A3 and M25 are a disaster for service facilities. If travelling from South Coast to North M25 it's Wisley or Wisley. Very tatty with only 1 of 3 Loos working... Whilst not on the Menu, we had very respectable Cortado. In general this Seattle outfit the worst of the bunch. As well as the Cortado one came with a perfect 'Bugs Bunny' on the top. Sadly my wife stirred her coffee before I had time to photograph it... Hayling Seagoon

Visited today at 0845 ( Tuesday 26 th July). Exceptional staff team leader sorting so much and supporting staff who were all happy and engaged . Very quick service !! Fabulous coffee too . Thank you . Need Starbucks award for sure !

It's summer, so the outdoor areas are in use but here we find once again that all the staff have done is to fling the doors open. It's obvious that that the outdoor areas haven't been swept in days, let alone that morning.

Just called in for a breakfast coffee and toastie. Ordered at the counter OK and then waited and waited. When asked why so long told online orders get priority. So your place in the queue gets pushed further and further back. You could wait all day under this bizarre policy. Never been a fan of Starbucks and this added to my reasons why.

#Standard but friendly staff at this one. Does the usual starbucks food / drink. Car park ok, bit scary pulling in / out due to fast traffic not giving way and short slip roads

So concerned. DIRTY. Stopped here on long journey for coffee break. Help! Coffee and service ok. NOONE sitting in. All taking away. Can see why! hand sanitiser on table but no one supervising any extra precautions. Went to sit down by window, dead insects on ledge, been there quite a while and everything looked very grubby. Yuk! Quick exit to drink in car. Husband had to use toilet said it was filthy! Not been cleaned for a long time, black dirt built up. Both so disappointed as we should all be extra alert in these times. Then on here, TWO years ago reviews saying unclean. How can this be allowed to continue unchecked?

This is the best Starbucks in Surrey . So good that I travel everyday from Guildford on the A3 to get my coffee and then go to the M25 round about and return to Guildford. The staff are friendly and personable, especially the amazing Manager Andy who is always willing to go out of his way to help . The coffee is fresh and delicious as I’m sure they descale their machines regularly. The shop is modern and new and very clean ! I highly recommend THIS Starbucks and only this one , it puts every other franchise to shame

I pass through Starbucks Wisley North almost every morning. I get a warm welcome and receive excellent service. Good parking facility also.

The restaurant and toilets were dirty and untidy. There were tables not cleared with cups and packaging. Litter on the floor. Messy toilets. The place was not very busy, so no excuses. Don’t want to think about the hygiene but I hope it’s better than the housekeeping.

No welcome, no offer of a tray, no direction to the milk etc. Tables not cleared but they were not busy. Bacon roll was dry & tasteless and there was a long dark hair in the cheese & ham pannini. Toilets are unisex, no toilet paper, one tap with a caution notice when the water is scalding and the hand drier didn't work. But the tips cup was repositioned numerous times whilst I was served. Dream on!

When we walked through the door, we could see that there were uncleaned tables. We saw there were lots of spare tables though. We ordered our drinks, then look for a table and only found one that had been wiped down. We were there half an hour, with very few customers coming in, but still the tables weren’t cleaned. I went to the toilet and the one that I frequented was disgusting. Toilet paper all over the floor which was also wet and the hand dryer didn’t seem to be working.

We visited this Starbucks on 17 Dec on return from a trip to London. On the way up, we had visited the Starbucks on the OTHER side of the road, and had been somewhat bemused, given that we ordered food and drink to 'eat in', to be given a PAPER cup and no plate - merely a paper bag- for our toasted sandwiches. In fact, we couldn't even see a China cup or mug in sight. So in THIS Starbucks, we were a bit more alert. On ordering a hit chocolate each, which was advertised on the board as £3:40, we queried why we had then been charged £3:45. The answer? "Well if you have a paper cup, we charge 5p extra as a 'donation' to our environmental charity. Several issues here: 1) On neither side of the road had we requested a paper cup - we had not at any point been given a choice.2) 'Donation' implies choice. Again, we weren't given one.3) The Wisley South Starbucks was making EVERYONE'S drinks in paper cups - again, no choice, and no China cups were visible anywhere - so the natural assumption was that only paper cups were available!4) We asked for our drinks to be transferred to china cups - which should be the expectation when eating or drinking 'in'. But we still opted to pay 5p to the environmental charity - as I'm sure many people would happily do. But this should be a transparent choice - not a craftily obtained 'donation'.

Stopped in for a coffee which was made and served by a lovely young blonde girl, chatty and smiley. However the Spanish (im assuming, apologies if i am wrong) barista ruined the relaxed atmosphere with his bad manners and terrible customer service. He got the ladies order wrong in from of me, upon correcting him, he asked her if she was sure. Then gave her little to none whip cream, when shes asked for it to resemble the advertisement, he replied 'its policy' and refused. Eventually he gave in and provided an adequate amount of cream after other customers commented. This barista, with no manners, then continued to comment on my "pretty face" making me uncomfortable with inappropriate comments. What happened to just saying 'hello'! Next time i will just make an instant coffee at work, at least it will have less attitude and inability to make me feel uncomfortable. I feel sorry for the people who work with this man. People with no social skills should not interact with the public.

Just visited this place for the first time. The place is disgusting. I’ve never been to a Starbucks that’s so dirty! Considering we arrived at 8am on a Sunday morning, how is it possible for it to be such a mess - tables not wiped, floors filthy, the place strangely stinks of manure and I wouldn’t bother using the toilets, or if you do watch where you step!

What a dump! If the owners of the brand knew how bad this place is they'd close it down!We arrived for a break form a long drive and were told "there's no expresso based coffees." Also about 4 cakes in total,. We had a disgusting filter coffee and sat outside among a deluge of leaves all over the tables and chairs, ashtrays full of all sorts of garbage and no attempt made to clean anything up. Of the 4 toilets three were broken - in mine it didn't flush but was not closed off to the public. This place is a disgrace to all coffee shops. Never again.

After driving over 100 miles we thought a coffee might be nice.I ordered two drinks then the guy making them disappeared to answer a personal call. Then I watched as several peoples drinks were being made. Not ours. I was going to remind the guy who served me (tom) of my existence, but I noticed he started making two drinks. They were plonked on the side with a murmer. I asked if they were mine and got ignored. I raised my voice and asked again. He then mumbled the names of the coffees. I just took them and hoped for the best.Luckily they were fine. Also the toilets are filthy and don't look as though they've been cleaned before.

Called in last Sunday 10th June 2018. Asked for decaf americano but was given ordinary - it was lucky my husband went back to the counter to check! Was then given a huge bucket of 'coffee' that tasted like a watery instant. When I delivered it back to the counter I was asked if I wanted another. What! More of the same - no thank you, and no offer of a refund. Another couple there had already sent their coffees back and got replacements saying that it was the worst coffee they had ever tasted.The strong smell in the car park seems to indicate there is also a problem with the drains. Will try the petrol station opposite next time.

Just waited 25 mins for a cappuccino!!! Absolutely awful so so slow! :( won’t be returning :( this was on Sunday 6th May at 9:30. Very unhappy customer

I must say the burnt coffee was a big let down, but at least the cake was nice. Staff were rushed off their feet but it was the morning rush. If I had of got a drink in then would of complained but as a few miles down the road was the first sip It was wasted.

I couldn’t find a review site for the Starbucks on the south A3 carriageway opposite the North Service station but as the same company I would imagine the same comments would apply. I parked my car in an allotted space and was appalled by the amount of litter on the bank , piles of it. When I ordered my drink I asked the server who was responsible for cleaning outside and he apologised and said they were and was sorry I was not having a good experience! Starbucks try to make out they are environmentally friendly and helping the world but can’t even look after the environment around their building. What about bins, notices to not drop litter and daily clear ups. Obviously Starbucks are not dropping the litter , it is the irresponsible customers but these companies have to take responsibility as they are creating so much waste. Also the road leaving the service station was in a disgusting state which M and S and the fuel station need to clear up as well. That will be the last time I will visit , it was a depressing experience.

Even after the Easter holiday this cafe was well stocked with lunch snacks which all three of us very much enjoyed.My own ham & cheese toastie was simply delicious followed by fresh, moist carrot cake - scrumptious!The staff are all young, very cheerful and good at their jobs.A very good experience - well done Starbucks..........Martin

We use the A3 a lot and have visited this Starbucks on many occasions in the hope of finding it a nice environment to relax and enjoy a coffee. Unfortunately no matter what time of day we have called in, it has usually been dirty with awful toilets that need cleaning and restocking.Now we much prefer to use the fuel station's coffee outlet and facilities.

10.30am on a Saturday and the novelty of Starbucks still makes me think it will be great American coffee and fab pastries and snacks, right? Omg, it was horrible. Dirty, queue for the loo because 2 were out of order, floors sticky and dirty, thank goodness I had sanitiser gel in my bag. Coffee was rank, seating was yuck, toilets were just overused and dirty and smelly. Can't believe we said afterwards the petrol station would have been better!

Stop here a lot and the staff are always friendly. The toilets must be hard to clean at busy times, as you basically have to queue with the customers in order to get in there to clean them! The public - who are both Starbucks customers and Not customers - are not clea, we all know that! So, I'm more understanding than some of these reviews that loos will not be 100% perfect. Drinks are always perfect and a good range of food to go with. Two choices of outdoor seating, which are nice on a hot day, also lots of quiet space, which I like to use to study.

We arrived late afternoon well before closing time but the staff behaved as if we had just walked as they were locking the doors. There was no friendly welcome and all the seats were pretty much obstructed by the tables which had been placed upside down on top of the chairs. We ordered deluxe hot chocolate (whipped cream etc) and a latte as well as a caramel slice. Whilst the hot chocolates were being made we were asked whether we wanted cream on them well I would have thought that was self explanatory, normally wouldn't have bothered me but for the tone of the staff member in question and the general customer service had already got my back up. The caramel slice was forgotten about and when we enquired one was quickly shoved into a paper back despite having said we were eating/drinking in the restaurant. When my husband went to drink his latte it was 3/4 foam as opposed to coffee by this time we were just fed up with it all and decided to leave. I popped to the ladies before leaving and imagine my surprise when I waited for the staff member to finish cleaning the toilet who proceeded to ignore me and lock the toilets blocking my access to them ! Overall poor service, poor quality coffee and hot chocolates! Don't waste your time keep driving!!

Very quick and friendly service. Expresso never let me down at Starbucks but the bathroom is a mess. You only scored 3 for that reason.

Today I had the worst sandwich ever in this Starbucks. A sausage sarnie was a dry old roll with cardboard tasting, meatless sausage, squashed in a panini toaster, barely heated. The best thing was the HP brown sauce sachet. Don't bother stopping here.

Five staff who took 20 minutes to make 4 drinks. Notices in bad English. Low energy service. Make an effort! Drink tasted fine.

Wasn't planning on stopping here, but had to pull in and wait for a colleague. The green sign was like a magnet, so I popped in for a Mocha with cream. Very nice, done the trick, whilst waiting for my colleague to arrive with my fuel card. Thank you.

I always stop at this Starbucks when I leave Guildford heading back to Manchester. I find the staff very friendly and they make better coffee than other places I have been to, perfect for myself.

The music was too loud and intrusive. The pain au raisin was on the edge of stale and the coffee was bitter. Staff were reasonably ok and they can't be blamed for having been supplied with poor quality product. However,mother music was under their control.

Popped in for coffee on our way home after a weekend away they weren't that busy but nearly all the tables were dirty and full of empty coffee cups and rubbish so we sat outside at one of the few tables that were cleanish only to realise that the bin close to us was not only overflowing but had a dirty nappy in it as well .We will not be returning. .

Popped in for morning tea and coffee, the place wasn't busy, but the floor was very messy bits of food around tables and unclean tables with bit of food, coffee stains etc. even the counter top where you collected your drinks had drink stains and bits of cake on it. I would have thought the manager could have arranged for one of the staff to attend to keeping the place tidy as one of their duties. The staff weren't very friendly a please and thank would seem appropriate but unfortunately they were not fourth coming.

Good coffee served here, along with good pastries to boot. Plenty of seating and fantastic service, make this a great place to stop at on the A3.
