As a lover of all things pizza, I must admit that today I was absolutely blown away by the amazing service at the Pizza Hut Takeaway in Guildford. I was served by Abhi who took his time to explain the menu and promo offers then created a beautiful tasty pizza delight (Spiced Beef with Onions and Chicken) which we all enjoyed. Thanks guys please keep the great service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience since receiving a free drink and 2 free ice cream since hot out

The pizza delivered to us was not edible. The entire pizza was sprinkled with a lot of sugar. Unfortunately, pizza with chicken, cheese, onion, etc., sprinkled with sugar, does not taste good.

❗️Ordered tomato on my pizza but got sweetcorn YUK!…. After removing it, ate the pizza, not as nice as I imagined as there was NO tomato otherwise it was okay! Next time….. PizzaHut….TRY HARDER❗️

Have been ordering from them twice a month for a few months and nearly all the times the food took around 1h to arrive and then sometimes it was cold and stale, it is a lottery. Las night it happened again, waiting for 45 min, when we asked the restaurant about our order they explained that the pizzas were made but they had no drivers. We mentioned about the quality of the pizza by the time it arrived to us but they were like 'it will be ok, it's in a hot bag'. Well, 20min later it arrived and it was cold and stale as anyone could have predicted. Not going to order from them anymore, which bugs me because I used to love their pizzas

Ordered here yesterday for delivery!! Wow I am amazed food was excellent and I think I had one of the friendliest and fastest delivery drivers around!! Was in Lovely looking Christmas jumper and glasses! Definition of style right there !! What delighted me most was he had this really cool blue smart car! You wouldn't think fast but gosh did he bring me a super hot pizza! 🍕 Would I order again...? Yes if this guy delivered for me..!!!! Should get a raise 💥💥

accidentally forgot ice cream, pizza was good but cold I think they were waiting for a driver for a while so most stuff went hard I assumed the just eat method would be with a motor bike but it wasn't

Over 5 pounds for a handful of little wedges...food 30 mins early....why? Not good...food was OK.. disappointed

A new driver was unable to find my address so the pizza had to be resent with another driver. Everyone was apologetic and the store included additional wedges to make up for the inconvenience. I was happy with the communication during resolution of the issue.

Ordered a couple pizzas from Pizza Hut Woodbridge road today. Wish I hadn’t bothered they was awful lack of ingredients and generally poor quality guaranteed I won’t use again and will use my preferred rats castle instead £32. Wasted.

The attitude of the staff member I spoke to was appalling. 1 star is too much to rate them tbf

Really disappointing experience. Food arrived almost 2 hours late and was cold/greasy. Asked for a replacement but they were unable to guarantee it wouldn't take another 2 hours to arrive so wanted my money back which they also refused to do! Its a shame because they used to be delicious and always arrive hot. Will stick to dominos in future!

Ordered online. Was delivered in 40 mins very good for Friday evening. Had a Melt meal box and macaroni cheese. Was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. Ordered a few times now never had an issue with service food or delivery

So ridiculous, we received the wrong order, they don’t refund me and they said they can resend my food but we need to pay fees about driver, we said yes, and then she asked me for my bank number , I gave her, and she asked me for security code?????!!!!!!!! I said I can’t give you but we can pay by cash or you can send me your bank number then I can Transfer your money, she refused everything!!! That’s ridiculous!!!! And eventually I didn’t eat anything for my dinner.

I really want to rate better, but unfortunately every-time we order, at least one of the pizzas is wrong. So we wait 30mins for it to arrive and then have to call and they have make it again and one person is left waiting another 30mins while they send out the correct one. This happens again and again. We wouldn’t keep using but it’s one of I to place who do gluten free pizza.

Pizza order delivered without a hitch

Got a delivery order on uber eats. Arrived at my house in about 40 mins. Chicken wings were great, meat was tender and full of flavor. Potato wedges were crispy and hot. Would order again.

We ordered 1h20 minutes ago on the phone, was told it would be less than 30 minutes. Called constantly but they wouldn't answer the phone. Then get told it's going to be another 45 minutes when we finally get through. No offer of a discount, over 2 hours is a bit different to 30 minutes

App was telling me that it was later, had a call from the driver today he was outside. 25 mins early but slider will not select anything more than 5 mins!

A particular employee named kavya gave me a great customer service with a smile, most welcomed I’ve felt in a fast food place for a very long time.

The delivery guy forgot my drink, so he apologised and went all the way back to the store to get it and dropped it off on its own. Brilliant service 👏

Pizza tasted like paint, chicken smelled like a Lewisham bin, three weeks into a council strike.

Went to a concert so ordered pizzas for 1115-1130,returned to the hotel at 2245 and pizza's on reception!!! Apparently arrived 2215 (1 hour EARLY)

Live outside of Guildford and with deliveroo was delivered door to door in half an hour. Pizza hot and cooked to perfection,.Doritos Nachos were made right the chicken didn't taste watery like it's rival cough cough all in all very good

Awful delivery. Look 1 hour 40 minutes, over an hour late. On phone for 20 minutes and no response, ended up cooking, complete waste of time.

They sent us the wrong order, wouldn't answer the phone when we tried to correct with the store, now customer services are not giving me a refund, only a voucher that doesn't even cover what we ordered!

Absolutely awful. Food tasted disgusted and arrived cold. Pizzas were stale and looked old. I have never written a Google review about anything but this was so bad I just had to warn people. Waste of money, avoid!

Fast delivery, food was hot, the margarita pizza was not the best tasted rubbery, however the veggie sizzler was on point as was the pepperoni garlic bread

We just moved into the area and found ours local Dominos was awful and careless, so went to the old faithful as found out they do deliver to our area. The first 2 I ordered had been very good but the 3rd had a huge hollow blow out in the stuff crust which ruined 2 out of the 4 peoples dinner, hopefully they are better next time and I can up my review as time wise they were great!

Sorry guys you dropped the ball this time, but it is the only time it's happened, surprised to see an extra small plain cheese pizza (not what we would order) in there, my guess is this was by way of an apology, but when asked on the phone if I wanted anything else I said no, as by that time the hunger had worn off, had a piece of that and as it was also cold, so it went in the bin, but Thanks for the thought, and the 2 pizza's we did order went in the fridge as we no longer wanted them by that time, but they should be good as those are our go to options each order.

They didn’t deliver because they said they tried to call me and I didn’t answer which is ridiculous, I was home and waiting for the food I paid for. Tue food was cold and soggy when it arrived.

The cookies were listed as served with a Scoop of ice cream... yet there was non :(

Really good job. Called up, ordered a few pizzas and sides for work. Picked up 15mins later and was piping hot and awesome. Will be back soon. Alfie was great at helping us get them all done. Cheers

Thought this place had changed and got there act together but no! Never again.

Tried for over an hour to do a family size order , online order kept being cancelled and phone keys connecting then being disconnected like it was being hung up …so can’t tell you how the food was as they didn’t seem to want to take my order xx

Omg the Indian man in the dark grey corsa is an amazing delivery person. He definitely deserves a raise.

We have been ordering food from here over 4 years now, but recent experiences made us not to order from here in the future. Shame, it used to be so good, now it’s just multiple orders made wrong or burnt and butchered with a pizza cutter.

Extremely poor service for about a year now. But most recently 3 out of 4 pizzas over 2 orders didn't have garlic crust. I know this sounds silly but come on we all know garlic crust is king and definitely gives the pizza flavour. Too bad we didn't receive it. Think we'll go to dominoes next time

I ordered a cookie dough dessert (frankly, it was the only reason I ordered with Pizza Hut). When the order arrived, they left out the ice cream that is supposed to go with it. I would have been fine calling the kitchen to ask them to deliver the ice cream, and call it quits, but there is NO telephone number that I can call to raise it with them. The number that features on google automatically switches off. So my goodwill was being stretched. Then I found the pizza was the wrong one, and it was undercooked, and my goodwill has very much been trashed. I'd rather they'd bothered to cook the pizza right and check the order rather than getting this wrong order to me 5 minutes early. This whole experience was a massive disappointment. Not using Pizza Hut again.

Awful the order was completely wrong I'm a veggie and got meat when rung up they told me to bring it which I couldn't as my car is getting fixed and with 2 kids in bed I can't leave so he said next time I order go with just eat as then I'll get a refund so spent 20 quid on meat absolutely awful even said I'll email them the photos he said no I have to bring it in. Awful workers and manager

Silver micra driver, fit guy, delivered very properly within 7 minutes of delivery, pizza still smoking hot. I'm gonna order more often (i hope this man gets a raise)

Delivery was superbly quick. The guy in the old Nissan Micra was great to work with . He arrived incredibly quickly, with the pizza sizzling hot.

The pizza I ordered came extremely quickly, and was made to an exceptional standard. The guy in the silver micra is my broo, very fast and consistent driver, always delivered smoking hot. Might I add he is very good looking too.

couldn’t find house, had to go outside and the delivery person didn’t even get out the car- was given through the car window. also ordered a drink but it wasn’t given to us, which has happened before. very poor service

Well what can I say. It was actually funny to be honest with you. In all fairness the food was here quick and hot. However neither of the 2 pizzas were cut. One of them had no cheese on a third of the pizza. I wasn't gonna call up or be a bother but eventually after speaking with the family around our pizzas we thought it best to let them know. After being left on hold with the line busy noise for 5 minutes they answered. Initially a polite relatively young sounding boy answered. After greeting each over I roughly said "I don't really know how to say this so I'm just gonna say it, we ordered two pizzas and neither were cut and the pepperoni one didn't have cheese or any toppings on a third of it" He responded with usual questions I.e what's you address? And told me to hold after I answered. He came back and told me my order and said that his colleague made one and he made the pepperoni one and made sure to let me know "i made it perfectly and nothing is wrong with it" Meanwhile looking at the third a pizza with no topping that was left i said "we can send you a picture maybe it happened in delivery (it definitely was cooked without toppings) I wouldn't have any reason to lie to you. I don't even want any more the rest was enough for us we just thought we would let you know. He then insinuated any normal person who wasn't of lying would of called straight away. I let him know we ate it whilst on hold. He said I was lying about being on hold. He then proceeded to get aggressive down the phone. Pizza hut - please sort your teenage staff out. Its not the first time I have had issues with this branch. Chefs that can't take any criticism shouldn't be in the kitchen regardless of if your fast food or not. Once again we thought we would just let management know someone was clearly having a off day but instead we got belittled down the phone by a teenager.

Ordered food to be delivered at 5.40 pm rang At 6pm told on way now rang again at 6.20 told should of been delivered so new one made & would be 20mins! Rang again at 7 told driver had brought food back as couldn’t find delivery address told can wait another 20mins for delivery!! In the end I had to collect my order from the store at 7.45pm just the 2 hours later!! Won’t be re ordering again 😡

So last time I ordered used Uber they delivered to wrong house then lied so used just eat which is my normal and they didn’t bother delivering my cookie so next time il just go direct feather that using one of these cowboy outfits no more

Shocking service, with a manager who couldn't careless about Covid hygiene or customer satisfaction. If you order online, expect substitutes. Macaroni cheese turned into Garlic Bread.

Would give this 0 stars if I could terrible management. Ordered £50 worth of food to be delivered at a set time, called the shop after waiting half after set delivery time- manager claimed food had already left and was with driver. Manger then called back 20mins later to explain the food had not left the shop and in fact they had to re cook the food and would be another hour!! Over 1hr 30 min late, food Finally arrived. Terrible terrible service and lack of management.

Absolutely appalling. Ordered last night, money was taken, and it never turned up. None of the customer service lines picked up the phone they were all switched off. Went in today to ask what happened and was met with a really unhelpful man telling me to call the customer service which I had already said I had tried. Said he could not help or refund or anything, didn't even ask for my order number. Even head office's inbox is full so you can't even call them.

Really really poor customer care in the Guildford branch last night and today. My housemates and I ordered last night, had the confirmation email come through and the money taken from our accounts. We received an update saying the pizza had been delivered when it had not. The pizza did not turn up at all. Tried phoning the branch - could not get through at all. Popped into our local branch today to discuss the situation and we were met by a rude colleague who told us just to email through the website and basically asked us to leave. Turns out all of the phones are down. And now we have to wait 5 days for any updates regarding our £50 loss and lack of pizza. Not what you want to hear after coming home from a long shift at the hospital as a student in healthcare.

I ordered food from this restaurant and it arrived wrong. I then called and asked for my original order which then came wrong again. So disappointed. Would not recommend

Surprisingly this pizza hut makes some really good quality pizzas - but only pepperoni pizza. We had told to put less cheese in our chicken and when they forgot, they promptly replaced it.. but the chicken itself does feel like it was frozen chicken.

Great pizza and really reasonable price

My delivery was over an hour long to come to my house, food was cold, didn’t have what I ordered and when I tried to get a refund it wouldn’t allow me because I ordered over the phone so I didn’t get an order number. Wouldn’t go back there again after that service and the food.

Ordered from hear a few times but tonight's was just wrong the pizzas were covered in a herb that completely over powered the pizza and made each bit taste the same. Its a shame as normally good but tonight's food went straight in the bin.
