Domino's Pizza in Guildford

u have robbed me u have charged me £13 for a small personal pizza witch on ur Menu £3.99 for two toppings and £5.99 for 4 toppings it’s ur prices on the Menu but u made me paid £13.. this why I give u zero star for ur price ur custmer service and for ur very fat pizza nothing was good there… I recommend every one not to go there because for sure it will happen same to you what happened to me and others people as u see people reviews there’s people wasn’t happy so try another pizza shop on same road

Was told by the tracking my order was ready, only to get there and have to wait over 30 minutes for my food. They couldn't locate my 2nd pizza and had to cook another. No explanation or apaolgy for this and when I asked what was going on with the 2nd pizza i was told its going through the oven. I only knew it had been lost from over hearing their conversation. The manager was very rude, offered no apologies and basically shouted about how many orders they have had? Which I said isn't our problem. Wasn't offered any apology or compensation. The boy apologised when handing me my pizza and that was it. The pizza that was sat on the side for the 30mins was cold. Will mot be returning

Took about 30mins after we ordered. Apparently they lost a pizza or something. And one of my pizzas were cold.

Took half an hour after being told it was ready they didn't give us any compensation. Pizza was conducted and not cut properly.

Ordered from domino’s this evening, when the food arrived we noticed how burnt it was and it was also rock hard. We called domino’s to let them know that the pizza wasn’t edible, the person who answered the phone was rude and said that ‘we have had loads of complaints about this because we had a power cut and there isn’t anything we can do’ I told him that something needs to be sorted because we can’t eat the food and we spent lots of money on it, understandably they had a power cut but they should not of sent pizza out when it came looking like this. He then proceeded to say that the manager wasn’t there and they will ‘call me back later’ and I said when can I expect a call back and he hung up the phone on me. Luckily my domino’s is not too far away from me so we ended up having to go in to get replacements. Not once did we get an apology for how the pizza was delivered to us… never had any bad experiences from Domino’s but today was not a good one. Very disappointed

I honestly have never felt so upset with service recieved today. Waited for ages for delivery on tracking app driver no where near house.Called ti find out where order was and was told tried to deliver and rang doorbell and knocked I don't have a doorbell.I was made to feel shit as tried to say no one been to my house and got told well I don't know which one or you is lying but will resend order. I was assured food would be hot . Had phone again 40 mins later as still no delivery had not been sent out yet. By time got food it's wasn't even warm and stone cold despite being told wasn't going to be. Found the lady spoke to first very rude not even an apology they say the customer is always right but I was made to feel like a liar snd very upset.Will be not be ordering from here again.

I recently ordered from Domino's, and it was a complete disaster. The food arrived stone cold and tasted horrible—like it had been sitting out for hours. The pizza was soggy, the toppings were stale, and the overall experience was just awful. To make things worse, the staff was incredibly rude when I called to address the issue. They showed zero interest in resolving the problem and acted as if I was the one inconveniencing them. This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I've had. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Ordered pizza, went to collect, got completely ignored for nearly 10 minutes by the staff who were more interested in gossiping with each other than dealing with customers.

The person who made my pizza was an artist! We ordered two large pizzas, wedges and garlic bread. My custom pizza that was made so perfectly, even slice and each slice containing the same amount of ingredients, was a bbq base, with vegan pepperoni, mushrooms, pickles, red jalapeños amd stuffed crust. My partner ordered a similar pizza. That pizza maestro deserves to have their work put in a museum! Stunning!

Terrible. Their pizzas are £25, then when they deliver they bundle deliveries together. I'm near the store and the driver went miles away first before delivering mine. When I tried to call the store they were rude, and the second time I tried to call they purposefully ignored. The driver then called their manage while I was with them, and their manager was incredibly rude to me and hung up. I've recorded everything, and will be taking this matter to court.

We purchased a small order from this store on uber eats, and never spoken to someone so rude. I do not recommend ordering from this dominoes, instead order from woodbridge road who helped us resolve the issue. Thank you Joshua. So dissapointed. Ruined my weekend.

Poor customer service. They called to tell me that they had run out of part of my order. I didn't want a substitute so they confirmed I would be refunded for that part of the order. They never sent the refund, and I got no response when I chased it.

Can’t believe what i just received for 50 Pounds! 4 burnt pizzas? Barely any cheese on can’t eat the pepperoni pizza as its basically black on top with no cheese absolutely disgusting! Will be sticking to papa Johns for sure! Been completely robbed of 50 pounds terrible place! Given dominos a bad name.

Don’t waste your money. Deliver takes 4 times the amount and suddenly they don’t have your order when you phone almost 2 hours later

We ordered two medium pizzas on a Saturday evening and they never turned up. Called the restaurant to ask why the delivery driver hadn’t turned up since we waiting for him. We received a horrible phone call from and employee who claimed they were “the manager” telling us it was our fault and we were not entitled to a refund and we were not getting a re-delivery. They then hung up on us. So we called again and Ryan picked up who was kind enough to talk it out and sorted out a re-delivery. Will be calling up to make a formal complaint due to the vile language this employee used to speak to us.

Very good food at a reasonable price if you look for the deals.

Ordered 2 pizzas by phone for a collection and they said will be ready in 15 min. going to the shop after the 15min to wait another 10 min to be told I have to wait another 15 min because they have to remake one of the pizza. Never had issue with the shop in Woodbridge road shop, but every time going to Woodbridge Hill shop have to wait double than 15 min.

My not so great matter was once solved with utmost Professionalism by the gentleman in charge. He turned around my customer experience. Delivery customer.

Absolutely fantastic. Food was bussin, got the order spot on and it arrived hot and fresh. Service was excellent, driver followed delivery instructions perfectly and the guy on the was friendly. Cannot fault this is any way whatsoever. 5/5

Friday night but shambolic lots of unsatisfied customers

Very bad experience. The waiter was discriminatory and hate speech. We chose to eat in the store. The ordering process was very indifferent, and there was a white couple ordering with us. When the pizza was made, we were seated Wait, the waiter kept saying I hate people, I hate people like that. It lasted at least 30 minutes until we left. And one of the older waiters ignored our excuse me. This may be what I encountered in the UK Worst store. Can't trust and trust food quality and safety.

Shocking, can't even arrange delivery. Won't refund. Reported as fraud to bank instead. Avoid like the plague

An hour and 20mns later I’m waiting for an 8” for my 5yo from a dominoes literally a 10mn walk away. I call after an hour, they answer the 3rd time and say “don’t worry you’ll get your pizza” 20mns later still no pizza and they’re not answering the phone. About to go there and demand somebody actually loses their job as it’s beyond ignorant and inconsiderate to be dismissive and flippant when clearly there’s been an error.

Had good experiences ordering from here in the past, but my recent order the staff member was VERY rude and provided very poor customer service. This has ruined the reputation of this dominos for me and I won’t be ordering again.

Pizza was tasty, we ordered online and our 2 pizzas and 2 sides were ready in 15-20 minutes. Pickup was good, friendly staff, even included some free dip. Not a horrible experience all together.

Very bad delivery !!!!!! You walk almost 1 km in order to meet the driver they assume that the gate is closed in fact it was opened !!!!! I’ve ordered dominos in almost each content in the world never experienced bad delivery and such a situation happens twice here !!!!!!!!!!

Ordered online and tried to change within a minute as we had ordered the wrong one. Couldn't change. Load of rubbish. Won't use them again!!!

I wanted to write a quick review to say how great one particular gentleman was on the phone. We had a mistake made with our order and only found out once we had opened the delivery and driver had already left. We called up, spoke to a young gentleman call Luke and he was EXCELLENT when resolving the issue. They sent and new pizza out and gave us a discount on our next order. Excellent customer service.

I have had one of the worst experiences ever with Domino's after being a regular customer for several years.I had ordered a pizza and chicken wings with a bottle of drink.They arrived on time however my wings came a less amount then I had ordered. I then proceeded to call the branch to ask why this situation.Clearly there is no value or respect for their customers as the way I was spoken to was very ill mannered. I spoke to a male worker at the time who put me on hold without giving me the chance to fully explaining the situation.He then returned to say that I was wrong and that his "manager" was the one who cooked the order so therefore I must be definitely wrong. From my experience and knowledge of customer service this is very concerning as in any business or corporation who values their customers or clients does not treat them like that even if no compensation is rewarded for their inconvenience. I then asked to speak to the manager (female) .She came to speak on the phone speaking in a very rude and unprofessional tone like she was verbally arguing with me."I done the order myself yeah, it's not wrong yeah". I should not have to expect to speak to a manager of an establishment/business in British slang/ street talk . Overall this experience was terrible and the manager refused to give me her name as she was aware that I would be making a complaint due to the service and food I was given. I do not recommend for anyone to order from this Domino's , very disappointed. I have contacted Domino's head office and expect to hear from them soon about this matter.

Don't recommend anyone, Assistant manager Lewis was extremely rude. My order delivery time was 2.50 and he told me he will start making order 30 mins early bug when I called at 1.45 to edit my order, he refused me in a very rude way and put the phone on me. I'll be making a formal complain to head office as well.

Disgusting pizza.. shocking presentation. Barely cooked. The worst Dominoes I’ve used. Sprinkling of incorrect toppings throughout.

This is my favourite local domino's As always the pizzas are tasty, fresh and the temperature is amazing, it is like eating pizza just taken out from the oven. I don't like the other stores, only this one and I definitely recommend it to anyone.

absolutely disgusting 🤢 much prefer the other local dominos but dont get the choice to order for delivery from there any more, pizzas have definitely changed taste to a more disgusting one , never any toppings on the pizzas,not even any cheese on them when you ask for extra cheese,better off just asking if you can pay a fiver for a bit of crust because thats all your going to get,wedges are always rock hard aswell, little tip for anyone ordering it may work it may not but if you ask for a pizza with changes on it your probably get a fresh pizza other wise your going to end up with a pizza thats been sat there since the night before and just re-heated!! absolutely shocking considering the prices of their food 🤢

Excellent customer service, they got one of my order wrong but they rectified it immediately. I was very pleased with their service.

I was served by a young lad at the counter who was very friendly however the blonde manager was being very rude to the staff in the kitchen which has put me off this dominos. Please get a manager that respects their staff

Collected pizza and had wrong ingredients on it and had to go back and wait. Then the next i ordered i had no drink when delivered

How hard is it to get a single pizza order right? More than 3 it seems. Ordered once online and, when I turned up to collect, discovered order not processed. Came home to double check and ordered again. Returned to the takeaway for a second time to collect and this time pizza made with the wrong crust so asked to be remade. Waited in the shop this time and when the pizza came it was the same wrong crust again! At this point I could not be bothered, took the wrong pizza and just got out of there. It had already been over an hour since I ordered and any trust that they could follow simple instructions were gone by then. The only positive is I now know where not to order pizza from.

If I could give 0 stars I would without hesitation! absolute rubbish is what this dominos can only be described as, from the ‘food’ (if you can even call it that) to the staff & customer service. If you live closer to the Stoughton branch like I do, I would recommend going out of your way to Merrow or Woodbridge road Guildford!, you’ll actually get a sufficient level of customer service with staff who have learnt people skills and a decent pizza. First time I ordered from here I made half and half online and asked for thin crust. (Which can I just add, have had enough times to know how it should be) So my pizza turns up looking a bit defeated to be honest with a lack of toppings considering there priced at £1.69 each I should think two bits of sweet corn on each slice is a bit of a piss take 😂 lack luster to say the least, by this point I’m struggling to see what I’ve got in return for £26. Only to then discover a crust so burnt it you tried to eat it you’ll need a dentist ASAP. So I’ve called the restaurant to explain only to be spoken to with zero respect and zero people skills. I was told. yes that’s right t.o.l.d that I should know what a thin crust pizza is like and generally that’s how they come and that I should of thought about what I ordered before I ordered my pizza, wow 10/10 for customer service guys! Not.. so as I then went on to describe that I’ve had a thin crust plenty of times to know in fact it’s defiantly not the way it’s generally served is by breaking your teeth on inedible pizza crust and that Id like another one sent out ASAP I was then told it would take an hour despite the last one taking around 20 minutes, so I challenged this to then be told about 2 minutes later into my very un -pleasant phone call that actually can have it out in 30 mins and that in fact there are no current orders on the screen. Funny that.. so they bring the next one out and again very tight with the toppings but by this point had really had enough mostly of how I was spoken to down the phone. So I contacted head office much for them to think the same of all of this that the service was appalling and opened a case for a refund and ended up being sent a code for a free pizza however had to be from the same place! A couple of weeks later I’ve ordered again with this code half and half again, 1 half bbq base and the other normal both sides completely different, bbq side has meat and veg and the normal side just cheese for it to arrive all back to front. The bbq base is on the cheese side and you can work out the rest, so second time now they’ve messed up our order. Didn’t really want to call them to endure another rude phone call on there behalf, but wasn’t happy considering the reason we ordered this pizza in the first place was to make up for the last ones mistakes, to be told.. when you make half and half pizzas online it’s very confusing for us and it’s very easy for us to get each sides mixed up, it’s a simple answer then don’t offer a service you and your staff don’t know how to use, I personally can’t really understand how hard it can be to read a clear order and make it. They couldn’t of been to busy and it was delivered in around 25/30 mins. So had another one sent out which was corrected, but basically the moral of my story is if you want your food made to a decent standard that you are rightfully entitled to as your the paying customer do not come here because the likelihood is that you’ll either get the wrong pizza or break your teeth trying to eat it. Be disappointed with how stingy they are on toppings and be out right disgusted with how your spoken to, I’ve noticed in some other reviews how there customer service is hardly a winner. Ps, me and my mum both had terrible stomach aches later in the night after eating this pizza too. Absolutely awful place with even worse customer service, avoid like the plague and spend your money else where.

I ordered food and waited over an hour before i called them to determine what happened, the delivery driver did not ring the door bell or call my phone on arrival. The pizza shop was about to charge me more than what the pizza costs using the student discount meaning the pizza which was over 1.5hours late would have costed more without giving me any apology for this unacceptable behaviour. No notice that the delivery driver would not send the food today. I hope that the delivery driver and management will change in the near future.

Ordered a vegetarian pizza. When it arrived it had pieces of bacon and meats which was what I specifically did not ask for. Called up and spoke to the manager at the time who said that the bacon and meat would’ve been by accident when making pizza. I asked for a refund but he wouldn’t refund the whole order, Eventually agreed on getting refunded for that pizza alone. Over 3 weeks now and no refund so I’m writing this. Pleasant experiece. They sometimes do solid offers and there are coupons for small pizzas for free, if you can find one. The toppings could be a lot more (pizzas sometimes look a bit empty). Overall, you pay as much as you would expect for a pizza, not too expensive but certainly not cheap. The only thing is, they got wrong my pizza and instead of a bbq base they made me a normal tomato based one. Kinda disappointing, since I only find out after leaving.

Most of time they are good in delivering but once they deliver it to wrong address and twice they had a massive delay, if you call them and complain, you will find out the manager is not the most polite person in the world.

Nice pizza, but a tad shy on the toppings.. good turn around time for collection though.
