Yogoo! Natural Frozen Yogurt in Guildford

Very disappointed with the service and also for the quality. I love Yoggo when opened. But now the portions are getting smaller and smaller but the price is going up. It was much better the Laulau. On the tip of that they don't give you receipt and never send by email. Avoid it...

Bought 3 large Yogoo last night 27 October at price of nearly £20 , I was very dissapointed as was a takeaway and was all small portions in pots , I have been buying yogoo for awhile in Bournemouth and always been ok , I may contact my local council and trading standards as feel been cheated as ordered a large portion got only half in each yogoo pot not good won’t use again .

Overall, the yoghurt is delicious and has a good selection of toppings. It is a little pricey. The issue is mainly the staff; whenever my friends and I have gone, the workers don't tend to listen to your request and tend to pull a face when they've missed hearing you and go to correct your order. They charged us extra without reasoning as to why, and overall, it just makes everyone uncomfortable. Outstanding customer service isn't expected, but at least some would be nice.

First and foremost, the service we received was abysmal. The woman behind the counter was not only rude but also exhibited a complete lack of customer service skills. This behavior made our visit anything but enjoyable. To make matters worse, our orders were consistently incorrect. We received Yogoos that we did not order, and when we attempted to bring this to the attention of your staff, we were met with refusal to acknowledge their mistakes. It is unacceptable to serve customers the wrong items and then not take responsibility for the errors. My child doesn’t even like Kit Kat and had ordered Oreo, when we questioned this your staff member shouted “that we had ordered Kit Kat,” and shrugged her shoulders. Furthermore, I was astounded by the complete lack of child-friendliness. Families should be made to feel welcome, and this was not our experience. This is an important aspect of a family-oriented business that should not be overlooked. What was particularly shocking was when we dared to provide feedback on the subpar service we received. Instead of accepting constructive criticism, the staff member argued back, stating that we were not welcome and shouldn't return, and that she had been in a good mood before we came over. This level of unprofessionalism is not something we expected from Yogoo Guildford. I hope you take this complaint seriously and consider it an opportunity to improve your service and customer experience. Our visit to Yogoo Guildford was nothing short of a disappointment, and I hope you can rectify this situation to ensure that other customers do not have to endure a similar experience.

I tried the Yogoo! in Basingstoke for the first time last year and have had about 6 since. I try to be as healthy as I can, so went with the frozen Yogurt, X2 granola, dark choc and X3 fruits. It is SO good. When the dark choc goes hard on the Yogurt it is mmmmmm. I know it's not a sin free snack but it's certainly healthier than most other sweet treats I'd go for. For a fiver it's my go to treat now, I'd definitely reccomend. The staff in the Basingstoke Yogoo! are super friendly and always up for a genuine chat when I order. I always walk away with a smile

Having tried various frozen yoghurts when I spotted Yogoo I just had to try it . I had one small pot of the plain yogoo with mini smarties on top & tiny drizzle of dark chocolate what a surprise - this yoghurt is full of flavour not too sweet but definitely better than any I have had before. Not cheap my partner paid £3.50 but with it piled up higher than the pot it was definitely worth every penny. Plus it came with a serious sensible spoon to eat it with - all in all I would definitely have another - might even have a cone next time 😜

If you love frozen Yogurt then this is the place for you. Great selection. A real treat for my sweet tooth. Be careful though you could just eat and eat.
