So very disappointed 😔 We travelled especially to Frankie's as we heard great things about it. Needless to say we won't be going back again! Gluten free batter is not this ! Absolutely awful. It went in the bin .

We had a meal here today with a group of 15 for a family birthday. The Nepalese food here is always great, and we were not at all let down today. Restaurant is lovely and clean and despite the large group our meals were all served together at the same time. It has to be said that the service here is really friendly. They did all they could to make sure it was a meal to remember. Thank you.

Seems a popular tea room in the centre of Grayshott. We had a pot of tea each as there only appeared to be pots for one and cake. Who does not like cake? My friend had Victoria sponge and I had the lime and zucchini. It was nice to have a good variety of cakes to select from. Service was pleasant with friend,y staff. Both tea and cake are well priced.

This is just take-out. It seems everyone who orders anything in battered balls in the reviews has a tough time of it, so probably best avoid those. Otherwise, we've ordered from them regularly over the last 6 yrs, and bar one time when something was forgotten, they're always punctual, courteous and the food is nice. Lots of choice and everything's tasty (apart from, evidently, those battered ball dishes).

Extremely disappointing to say the least. We like supporting local small businesses but after trying the counter several times it lacks anything of convenience and we will never be going back for the following reasons: 1. They seem to make up about 4 sandwiches daily and rely on selling solely those concoctions without any variation or ability to make up fresh sandwiches with the ingredients i’d actually like. 2. Don’t bother going in past midday as they’ll have little left out - a little confusing for a spot that would surely be ideal for lunch. 3. Not fresh ingredients. Likely due to the above, sitting in “the counter” all day for that one person who likes that exact obscure creation. 4. Relatively uninterested staff who don’t seem to know a thing about welcoming anyone into their business or care if they spend money. All in all a sad experience, I cannot see how you can keep the lights on with a business model so vague and unenthusiastic. I hope management really take note of the above as this sentiment is echoed by many in Grayshott. Until then - avoid and go to any of the other small coffee shops or even, dare I say it, the BP garage - you’ll have a better experience.
