The best restaurants serving British food in Grayshott East Hampshire South East

Seems a popular tea room in the centre of Grayshott. We had a pot of tea each as there only appeared to be pots for one and cake. Who does not like cake? My friend had Victoria sponge and I had the lime and zucchini. It was nice to have a good variety of cakes to select from. Service was pleasant with friend,y staff. Both tea and cake are well priced.

Table booked for 915am for breakfast, arrived just after 9, the place wasn’t even open, when we got inside it was cold, service took ages because everyone was late, wouldn’t have minded if someone with manners had bothered to explain what was going on, the owner or manager was more interested in getting her own coffee and being on her phone, to be honest first and last time, staff need a uniform, couldn’t figure out if they are staff or on the way to a school music festival.

It was rather empty so marking atmosphere was a bit difficult but the food was good and served promptly and politely
