Ordered a delivery, turned up 2 hours late. Called up after 1 hour, guy said 10mins, another 30mins past, guy said 10mins. 2 hours later - really disappointed.

Delivery service isn't good, what we ended up getting is not worth the wait.

So this is kinda a posh kebab place, not like your inner city kebab shop 😀 . An excellent range of food, bergers, kebabs, pizzas and also veggie options to. I believe you can order on line but I just turn up and order. And its positioned opposite the pub which is even better at chucking out time.

In the verdant expanse of the Surrey Hills, Watson and I found ourselves ensnared in an unexpected quandary of hunger. Our meanderings fortuitously led us to Grayshott Kebab House, a beacon of culinary delight nestled in this picturesque landscape. Upon entering, we were greeted by the tantalizing aromas of exotic spices and freshly prepared delicacies. My observant eye was instantly captivated by their deep pan pizzas, which seemed to whisper tales of gastronomic ecstasy. With little hesitation, I chose a pizza, generously adorned with extra toppings. Each bite was a revelation - the crust, perfectly baked; the cheese, a molten treasure; the toppings, a harmonious medley. This was not mere sustenance, but rather, akin to the nectar of the gods. Time seemed to halt as we indulged in this delectable creation. The pizza, a culinary masterpiece, was swiftly conquered by our voracious appetites. It rejuvenated our spirits, preparing us for the adventures that awaited. As we readied to depart, I noted to Watson, who had unwittingly acquired a smudge of barbecue sauce on his lapel, "Our journey beckons, Watson, but let us not forget this fortuitous repast." With our hunger sated and our spirits buoyed, we stepped out into the serene beauty of the Surrey Hills, the memory of Grayshott's unparalleled pizza lingering warmly in our thoughts.

Never had an issue. Sometime meat can be a little gristly, but sometimes that can happen.l depending on the cut. Been having takeaways for years, can’t complain

My husband and I ordered 2 different kebabs yesterday. My husband has been vomiting since 2 am this morning with cramps and diarrohea. I noticed when I ordered that the chef picked up 3 raw chicken skewers and then touched a pitta bread straight after. I was hoping the ends of the skewers were clean but clearly I may have been wrong and should’ve bought this to their attention immediately. I advise Do not order any food from this place. Our weekend visiting my parents has been ruined due to the lack of hygiene within this place.

We had a fabulous stay at The Cricketers this weekend just gone. .... perfect location for our family get together. Really welcoming upon arrival as we were met by Sophie who was a real gem the whole weekend ... she is an utter asset to the place ✨️ (thank you Sophie) had a lovely cosy sleep in a comfortable room. On Sunday morning for breakfast we stepped into the pub and all the fires were lit which made it SO cosy - we could of stayed all day!! Breakfast was continental included in room price - which was fresh & plentiful - we also opted for hot breakfast & it was cooked exactly how we'd asked - it was de-lish !! Overall LOVE The Cricketers!! ❤️ 🏏 & love that they are so relaxed about dogs, Linguine loved her stay & the dog treats at the bar!!! Really gorgeous weekend ✨️ We will definitely be back! Nice little locals pub with parking on site, warm wood burners and a fair selection of drinks and nibbles 😋

We called in for lunch on impulse as we were close by. The general ambience is of a typical pub. The menu is also typical pub, the basics at fair prices but limited choice and no specials. The menu is available on-line. We chose a shared baked camembert (£12) as a starter, followed by lasagne (£14) and scampi (£14). Quality and quantity were both good; service was efficient. Service charge not automatically added nor prompted by the card machine, that's unusual, but we left a tip. The disapointment, and for us it is a big one, is to find later that the Food Standards Agency Hygiene Rating is only a 3, two behind the top score of 5. Last inspection November 2024. With the majority of restaurants in Petersfield achieving a 5 then a 3 is just not good enough. So our overall rating is a 3.
