My normal chippy changed ownership and the quality fell through the floor... found this amazing chippy! The portions are amazing the size of fish Wow and the fish itself easily the best cod I've ever had! Amazing thankyou so much!

Today, on the 21st of April, we went to this costa. We ordered 2x caramel frappes, 1 with the coffee shot. First of all, they didn't give me my extra beans for bringing my own cup. Then, walking home and taking a sip it was just a slushy. No caramel had been put in it at all. My daughters one was the same with just a shot of coffee in it. There was also no topping on the cream. COSTA PLEASE TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE PROPERLY. The drinks were disgusting but too late to go back.

Lovely food but did not enjoy having my meal and conversation interrupted by a member of staff who then stood over me and told me to leave a review. He refused to leave until I did so!

Lovely place for a quick donut and staff were really patience with you whilst picking your donuts and it is quite clean as well here.

I visit ori cafe when I’m shopping in Bluewater either with friends or my husband & sometimes solo. I would highly recommend it here whether it’s just for a drink, cake or meal/snack (the sausage rolls are amazing) along with the cake choice & the hot chocolate!!! The service is great & you are always made to feel welcome, I’ve been served by a lady called Steph a few times & what a happy friendly person she is!! Highly recommend!

Watched a movie in screen 5, my home’s TV quality is much much better than this screen. Picture quality is blurred and washed.. such a waste of time and money.

Exceptionally fast service, great staff who clearly work very well under pressure. The food is absolutely delicious with such a wide variety, plus so affordable aswell. My new go-to Bluewater food place!

Attempted to use my 3+ £1 Coffee Network voucher for the first time at Cocoba Bluewater as my selected venue. Staff refused to accept the vouchers. Very disappointing!

Ben was absolutely fantastic today. First class service, nothing was too much trouble. He was super polite, efficient and gave our time in the restaurant a truly personal touch. He is a credit to Bella Italia. He brightened our day! What a superstar. Thank you Ben, you’re amazing!

Restaurant located in one of the food court areas of Bluewater (opposite the Carluccios). Two visits in November 24. Promptly shown to a table despite no reservation and very busy restaurant, service was also prompt and friendly. The lunch time set menu is really excellent value (around £18 at time of visit) and good quality dishes (Sea bream and steak and frites both particularly good). Excellent service and value.
