The best pizza I have had! Crispy, well seasoned base with fresh toppings. Great Tiramisu and cocktails. Service was also perfect, we will be back!!

An absolutely excellent chinese restaurant. Really good attentive service with some of the best quality chinese food we have had. Salt and Chilli squid, Prawn toast and Aromatic duck were all exceptional and probably the best I've had.

We just had the most amazing dinner here - it was so good, I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu! We shared the crab won tong to start, then my friend had the chicken supreme for main, which was succulent and was served with a lovely potato fondant. I had the lamb rump, served medium rare, on a bed of babaganoush, and with a side of an enormous platter of tagine, unctuous with stewed lamb, which I shared with my friend. We didn't really have room for dessert, but with food this good, we didn't want to miss out, and my friend's crumble + ice-cream and my lemon meringue tart didn't disappoint. All washed down with a carafe of the house red, a full-bodied Merlot. Wow! Just wow!! Get there quick before everyone else finds it!

I just completed all you can eat Taco Tuesday at Slam Tacos and all I can say is wow. Every Taco more delicious than the last. We had a total of 14 tacos each and they were all sensational. My favourite was the Confit Chicken and Tuna (Bonito) Tacos and my partner had as many Roasted Pork Tacos he could get his hands on 😋 I would highly recommend Slam Tacos (Taco Tuesday or otherwise) to anyone looking for a delicious and chill night out. The team at Slam Tacos also really looked after my allergies, providing an alternate option. I will definitely be returning soon with my gals pals for another Taco Tuesday. I believe the menu changes around, so if you like what you see in the menu I'd recommend booking soon. Also make sure to book via their Eventbrite link and prepay so Tacos are only £18pp, opposed to £22pp on the door (deal available at time of writing, please double check.)

I first set foot in Shayan to fulfill my craving for a meaty kebab treat. As soon as I walked in, I was instantly blown away by the vibrant and inviting setting which made me feel quite comfortable. We were served by gracious people who took time in listening to us and they were quick to bring out the food we ordered. From the moment I saw the dish I ordered (Koobideh, two lamb skewers) I knew I was in for a delicious treat. The aroma of the food was enough to make my mouth water and a single bite completely changed my whole perspective on how kebabs should be done. We also indulged in some tea with additional ingredients to add on. Definitely going to return. Recommended to people looking for some good kebab.

7 of us enjoyed a lovely evening meal here. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the food was amazing. The mussels are a definite must have - absolutely divine texture, taste and sauce. Would come here again.

Really great experience, food excellent, service fine also. It was a very cold evening and in the back area it wasn’t terribly warm. The kitchen staff did a great job. Next time I’d eat at the bar!

Excellent vegan cafe with a side of a bar!

Every dish was excellent, each dish came out at the perfect time, with a good gap between dishes. Felt very looked after but the food was the star of the show. The restaurant is cosy and very small but the food is well worth it!

Fabulous evening of truly delicious and exceptional food. I'm not a massive meat eater so it was particularly enjoyable for me to have a tasting menu focused solely on fish. The signature egg & soldiers dish was incredible- I've never tasted anything like it before. Service was excellent and front of house were super friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant itself is simple in decor and I was a little chilly but it did not spoil my evening.
