The best restaurants serving Spanish food in Brunswick and Adelaide Brighton and Hove South East

A reasonable night out, with friendly staff and ok food. It is small plates/sharing, mainly Spanish-type tapas. Unfortunately a little too much fried food for my liking and not enough salads/vegetables choices. Particularly attentive service from the bar staff, as we were eating at the bar.
